Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'hydroconversion de matière première de pétrole lourd qui contrôle efficacement la condensation d'asphaltènes en utilisant une combinaison de réacteur(s) monobloc(s) à deux zones comprenant une zone thermocatalytique de lit bouillonnant mise en œuvre à haute température pour obtenir une conversion élevée du pétrole lourd en produits à points d'ébullition plus bas, suivie d'une deuxième zone d'hydrotraitement catalytique monobloc qui peut être constituée de réacteurs fixes, mobiles et/ou bouillonnants, l'effluent liquide de la première zone étant stabilisé et réduit en termes de teneur en hétéroatome. Cette combinaison monobloc transforme des matières premières hydrocarbonées lourdes, dont une partie significative bout au-dessus de 540 °C, avec des rendements élevés en produits de haute qualité bouillant au-dessous de 540 °C. Dans des cas avec des matières premières de pétrole lourd qui sont plus difficiles à traiter, un catalyseur dispersé et/ou du charbon dispersé peuvent être ajoutés à l'alimentation de la première zone pour favoriser plus avant la conversion en produits à point d'ébullition plus bas.
