Claims (6)
- 集中巻モータのための集中配電部材において、
中心軸を有する円環状のバスバーと;
バスバーと一体形成され、バスバーの内側に位置するコイル巻線の端部を係止するコイル接続端子と、を備え、
コイル接続端子は、バスバーから中心軸と平行に延びる、先端を有する起立部と;
先端から中心軸に向けて延びる一対のアーム、一対のアームは起立部の先端からバスバーの接線方向両側へ延び、中心軸と平行な折り曲げ線で中心軸に向けて屈曲させた一対のウイング部で構成される、と:
一対のアームの先端に設けた巻線の端部の係止部と、
を備える集中巻モータ用の集中配電部材。 - 一対のアームの途中に互いに接する方向へ変形させた狭窄部を形成し、一対のアームの、狭窄部より先端側に形成される二股の部位に係止部を設けた請求項1の集中配電部材。
- コイル接続端子は、一対のウイング部に形成した突起をU字形に屈曲させた折り曲げ部をさらに備え、折り曲げ部の先端を一対のアームに挟み込み、折り曲げ部より先端側のアームに係止部を設けた請求項1の集中配電部材。
- 突起は一対のウイング部の一方からバスバーに向けて突出する、請求項3の集中配電部材。
- バスバーとコイル接続端子は、所定形状に切断され、所定の折り曲げを加えた帯状部材で構成される、請求項1から4のいずれかの集中配電部材。
- 中心軸を有する円環状のバスバーと、バスバーと一体形成され、バスバーの内側に位置するコイル巻線の端部を係止するコイル接続端子と、
バスバーから回転軸と平行に延びる、先端を有する起立部と;
先端から中心軸に向けて延びる一対のアームと、
を備える集中巻モータのための集中配電部材、の製造方法において、
起立部の先端からバスバーの接線方向両側へ延びる一対のウイング部を予めバスバーに形成し;
一対のウイング部を中心軸と平行な折り曲げ線で中心軸に向けて屈折させることで一対のアームを形成し;
一対のアームの先端に巻線の端部の係止部を設ける、
集中配電部材の製造方法。
