Abstract

Ein Verfahren zur Optimierung von Verbrennungskraftmaschinen, insbesondere zur Emissions- und/oder Verbrauchsoptimierung, bei welchen über Korrekturfunktionen in ihren Steuergeräten in jedem Betriebspunkt gegebenenfalls zumindest eine der Nebeneinflussgroßen derart eingestellt wird, dass in einem definierten Zyklus von Betriebspunkten die Emissionsgrenzwerte eingehalten sind, soll derart verbessert werden, dass von der Messung am Motorprüfstand über die Modellbildung bis hin zur Kalibrierung der Steuergeräteparameter so viele Schritte wie möglich automatisiert ablaufen können. Dazu ist vorgesehen, dass in einem ersten Schritt ein Versuchsplan für die Betriebspunkte und Nebeneinflussgroßen unter Verwendung mathematischer Modelle der Steuergerätefunktionen und der Verbrennungskraftmaschine in Bezug auf die zu optimierende Größe erstellt und am Prüfstand abgefahren wird, wobei basierend auf diesen Modellen die optimalen Werte der Nebeneinflussgroßen unter Einhaltung der Emissionsgrenzwerte bestimmt und diese Werte zur Erstbedatung der Korrekturfunktionen im Steuergerät herangezogen werden.
