 ノック式のシャープペンシルは周知のとおり、軸筒の後端部にノックカバーとしてのキャップが着脱可能に取り付けられており、このキャップを軸方向にノック操作することで、軸筒内の芯ケースに収容された筆記芯(替え芯)が、芯固定チャックと保持チャックの作用により、軸筒先端側の口先部から順次繰り出されるように作用する。
 この場合、筆記芯が無くなり筆記芯を補給する場合には、前記キャップを取り外して芯ケース後端部の補給口に筆記芯を補給すると共に、再び前記キャップを軸筒の後端部に装着する操作が必要になる。また前記キャップ内に消しゴムが装着されているシャープペンシルにおいては、前記キャップの着脱操作に加えて、消しゴムの着脱操作も必要になる。 
 筆記芯の補給後においては、再装着された前記キャップのノック操作を繰り返すことにより、補給された筆記芯が口先部から突出する例えば先端パイプの芯繰り出し口から除々に繰り出され、筆記が可能な状態となる。 
 前記したとおり、従来のノック式シャープペンシルによると、筆記芯が無くなったことを認識してから、筆記芯の補給を行い、再び筆記が可能になるまでには、キャップの取り外しや再装着、また筆記芯を繰り出すまで数多くのノック操作が必要であり、その煩わしさは誰しもが経験するところである。 
 そこで、本件出願人は筆記芯を補給するにあたり、キャップの取り外しや再装着の操作が省略できるようにしたシャープペンシルについて先に提案しており、これは特許文献1に開示されている。

 前記特許文献に開示されたシャープペンシルによると、キャップを軸方向に半回転させることで、筆記芯の補給口が開口されるように構成されているので、キャップの取り外しや再装着の操作を行うことなく、筆記芯の補給を容易に行うことができる。
 しかしながら、筆記芯の補給後において当該筆記芯が前記した先端パイプ等の芯繰り出し口から繰り出されるまでには、多くのノック操作が必要であることは従来と変わりがない。 
 この発明は、筆記芯を補給するにあたり、キャップの取り外しや再装着の操作を不要にすると共に、筆記芯の補給後においては例えば2回程度のノック操作により、補給された前記筆記芯を先端パイプ等の芯繰り出し口より繰り出すことができるように構成したシャープペンシルを提供することを課題とするものである。
 前記した課題を解決するためになされたこの発明に係るシャープペンシルは、ノック棒のノック操作に連動して前後動され筆記芯の解除と把持を行う芯固定チャックと、前記芯固定チャックの前方に配置され前記筆記芯を摩擦により保持する保持チャックとが具備され、前記ノック操作の繰り返しにより前記筆記芯を順次繰り出すことができるように構成したシャープペンシルであって、前記ノック操作により前記芯固定チャックによる筆記芯の把持が解除されている状態において、前記筆記芯の補給口が開口される芯補給口の開閉機構が備えられ、かつ前記保持チャックは、前記筆記芯の繰り出し口の直近に配置されていることを特徴とする。 
 この場合、一つの好ましい形態における芯補給口の開閉機構は、前記ノック棒に取付けられ、軸方向に筆記芯の導入パイプを備えたノックカバーと、前記ノックカバーのノック操作による前進動作により、前記筆記芯の導入パイプの先端部が挿入されて筆記芯の補給口が開口される可撓性の素材による開閉弁とにより構成される。 
 加えて前記開閉弁が、薄膜状のゴム素材に切り込み部を施すことにより構成され、前記ノック操作により前記ノックカバーに備えられた前記筆記芯の導入パイプの先端部が前記ゴム素材の切り込み部に挿入されて筆記芯の補給口が開口されるように構成されることが望ましい。 
 また、他の好ましい形態における芯補給口の開閉機構は、ノック操作により前記ノック棒が軸方向に回転駆動されるように構成され、前記ノック棒側に形成された開口と当該ノック棒に取り付けられたノックカバー側に形成された開口とが軸方向で一致することで、筆記芯の補給口が開口されるように構成される。 
 この場合、前記ノック棒は、ノック操作を受けて軸方向に前進した状態でロックされ、再度のノック操作を受けて軸方向に後退して前記ロック状態が解除されるように構成され、前記ノック棒が軸方向に前進したロック状態において、筆記芯の補給口が開口されると共に、前記芯固定チャックによる筆記芯の把持が解除されるように構成することが望ましい。
 前記したこの発明に係るシャープペンシルによると、ノック操作により芯固定チャックによる筆記芯の把持が解除されるとともに、筆記芯の補給口が開口されるように構成されているので、前記補給口から補給された筆記芯は、把持が解除された状態の芯固定チャック内に重力によってそのまま入り込む。
 しかも、筆記芯を摩擦により保持する保持チャックは、例えば口先部から突出する先端パイプ等の芯繰り出し口の直近に配置されているので、補給された筆記芯の先端部はこの保持チャック部分まで即座に到達する。 
 したがって、ノックカバーを2回程度ノック操作することで、補給された筆記芯の先端部を前記繰り出し口から繰り出すことができ、これにより筆記が可能な状態になされる。それ故、筆記芯の補給において、従来において経験するキャップの取り外しや再装着、また数多く必要としたノック操作の繰り返しを不要にすることができ、筆記芯の補給時において経験する煩わしさから開放することが可能となる。

 以下、この発明に係るシャープペンシルについて、図に示す実施の形態に基づいて説明する。以下に示す各図においては、同一部分もしくは同一の機能を果たす部分を同一符号で示しているが、紙面の都合により一部の図面においては、代表的な部分に符号を付け、その詳細な構成はその他の図面に付けた符号を引用して説明する場合もある。 
 先ず図1~図5は、この発明の第1の実施の形態を示したものであり、これは筆記圧を利用して筆記芯を回転させることができる回転駆動機構を備えたシャープペンシルに、この発明を採用した例を示したものである。
 図1はその全体構成を断面図で示したものであり、符号1はその外郭を構成する軸筒を示し、符号2は前記軸筒1の先端部にねじ込みにより着脱可能に取り付けられた口先部材を示している。前記軸筒1内の中心部には筒状の芯ケース3が軸筒1と同軸状に収容されており、この芯ケース3の先端部には芯固定チャック4が連結されている。 
 この芯固定チャック4には、その軸芯に沿って通孔が形成され、真ちゅうにより形成された先端部が複数に分割されて、分割された先端部の周囲が真ちゅうによりリング状に形成された締め具5内に遊嵌するようにして装着されている。そして、リング状の前記締め具5は前記芯固定チャック4の周囲を覆うようにして配置された円筒状に形成された回転カム6の先端部内面に装着されている。 
 図2にも示されているように前記口先部材2より突出するようにして先端パイプ7が具備されており、この先端パイプ7の基端部は前記口先部材2内に位置するスライダー8の先端部内面に嵌合されて取り付けられている。前記スライダー8は、その基端部(後端部)側が大径となるように形成されており、その基端部内面が前記した回転カム6の先端部における周側面に嵌合されて取り付けられている。そして、図2に示したように前記先端パイプ7における芯繰り出し口の直近の内面に、中央に通孔が形成され筆記芯を摩擦により保持することができるゴム製の保持チャック9が収容されている。 
 前記した構成により、芯ケース3より芯固定チャック4内に形成された通孔、前記先端パイプ7および前記保持チャック9に形成された通孔を介して、先端パイプ7の芯繰り出し口に至る直線状の芯挿通孔が形成されており、この直線状の芯挿通孔内に後述する筆記芯(替え芯)が挿通される。そして、前記した回転カム6と芯固定チャック4との間の空間部には、コイル状のチャックスプリング10が配置されている。 
 なお前記チャックスプリング10の後端部は前記芯ケース3の端面に、また前記チャックスプリング10の前端部は回転カム6内に形成された環状の端面に当接した状態で収容されている。したがって前記チャックスプリング10の作用により、回転カム6内の芯固定チャック4は後退する方向に付勢され、その先端部が前記締め具5内に収容されることで、筆記芯は芯固定チャック4の通孔内において把持される。 
 前記した回転カム6は、その軸方向の中央部が径を太くした太径部になされ、その太径部の一端面および他端面にはそれぞれ多数の鋸歯状のカム面が円環状に連続して形成され第1および第2の回転カム面を構成している。
 一方、前記回転カム6の後端部には、円筒状の上カム形成部材12が前記回転カム6の後端部を覆うようにして軸筒1内に取り付けられており、前記上カム形成部材12の前端部には、前記回転カム6における第1の回転カム面に対峙するようにして第1の固定カム面が形成されている。 
 さらに、前記回転カム6の外側に下カム形成部材13が配置され、この下カム形成部材13は軸筒1側に取り付けられ、かつ前記回転カム6における第2の回転カム面に対峙するようにして、第2の固定カム面が形成されている。
 前記上カム形成部材12および下カム形成部材13における第1および第2の固定カム面は、それぞれ多数の鋸歯状のカム面が円環状に連続して形成されており、これらのカムのピッチはこれに対峙する前記回転カム6における第1および第2の回転カム面に施されたカムのピッチと同一となるように構成されている。 
 図1において、円筒状に形成された前記上カム形成部材12の後端部内面には、円筒状のストッパー部材14が嵌合されており、このストッパー部材14の前端部と、円筒状に形成され軸方向に移動可能なトルクキャンセラー15との間にはコイル状のクッションスプリング17が装着されている。 
 前記クッションスプリング17は、前記トルクキャンセラー15を前方に付勢するように作用し、この付勢力を受けた前記トルクキャンセラー15に押されて前記回転カム6は前方に向かうように構成されている。 
 また、軸筒1の後端部にはクリップ21aを一体に形成した円筒状のクリップホルダ21が嵌め込まれて取り付けられており、図2にも示されているとおり前記クリップホルダ21の内周面には、円筒状に形成されたノック棒22が軸方向にスライド可能に収容されている。このノック棒22は、前記したストッパー部材14との間に配置された軸スプリング23によって、軸筒の後方に向かって付勢され、ノック棒21の一部に形成された環状の鍔部22aが前記クリップホルダ21の前端部に当接することにより、ノック棒22の脱落が阻止されるように構成されている。 
 前記ノック棒22には、短軸部材24が取り付けられており、この短軸部材24の略中央部には通孔を中央部に形成した面24a、すなわち前記芯ケース3への当接面が形成されると共に、前記短軸部材24の後端部には、円錐面24bが形成されている。前記短軸部材24の後部には、その後端部側の径を若干細くしたスプリング受け25が配置され、このスプリング受け25の内部空間と前記短軸部材24の円錐面24b側との間に、芯補給口の開閉機構を構成するゴム製の開閉弁27が配置されている。 
 図3は、前記ゴム製の開閉弁27を単独で示したものであり、(A)は正面図で、(B)は(A)におけるa-a線より矢印方向に視た断面図で、(C)は斜視図でそれぞれ示している。
 前記開閉弁27は、図3に示すようにその外郭が円筒状になされ、この円筒状の中央部において軸に直交する方向に薄膜体27aが一体に形成され、この実施の形態においては前記薄膜体25aに十字状の切り込み27bが形成されている。
 図1および図2に戻り、前記ノック棒22の後端部にはノックカバー28が装着されており、このノックカバー28にはその後端部に円錐状のガイド面28aが形成されると共に、このガイド面28aに続いて筆記芯の導入パイプ28bが軸方向にノックカバー28と一体に形成されている。また前記パイプ28bを取り巻くようにして、前記スプリング受け24とノックカバー28の後端部内面との間に、リターンスプリング29が装着されている。 
 そして、定常時においては、前記リターンスプリング29の作用により筆記芯の導入パイプ28bの先端部が、前記開閉弁27の薄膜体27aに達しないように調整されている。すなわち、この実施の形態においては、後で詳細な動作説明をするとおり、ノックカバー28に配置された筆記芯の導入パイプ28bと前記開閉弁27とにより、芯補給口の開閉機構が構成されている。 
 前記した構成のシャープペンシルによると、前記した芯固定チャック4に筆記芯が装着されている場合には、前記ノックカバー28のノック操作により、筆記芯は先端パイプ7の芯繰り出し口より順次繰り出される。
 すなわち、前記ノックカバー28をノック操作することでノック棒22が前進し、ノック棒22に取り付けられた短軸部材24の当接面24aが芯ケース3を前方に押し出す。これにより、芯固定チャック4の先端部が締め具5から突出することで筆記芯の把持状態が解除される。そして、前記ノック操作の解除により軸スプリング23により芯ケース3は後退し、芯固定チャック4はチャックスプリング10の作用により後退する。 
 この時、筆記芯は保持チャック9に形成された通孔において摩擦により保持される。この状態で芯固定チャック4は、その先端部が前記締め具5内に収容されることで筆記芯を再び把持状態にする。すなわち、前記したノックカバー28のノック操作の繰り返しによる芯固定チャック4の前後動により筆記芯の解除と把持が行われ、これにより筆記芯は先端パイプ7の芯繰り出し口より順次繰り出されるように作用する。 
 加えて、このシャープペンシルにおいては、芯固定チャック4は筆記芯を把持した状態で、前記回転カム6と共に軸芯を中心にして回転可能となるように前記軸筒1内に収容されている。そして、前記したクッションスプリング17の作用により前記トルクキャンセラー15を介して回転カム6は前方に付勢されている。 
 この状態で、筆記がなされた場合、すなわち先端パイプ7から突出している図示せぬ筆記芯に筆記圧が加わった場合には、筆記芯を把持している前記芯固定チャック4はクッションスプリング17の付勢力に抗して軸方向に僅かに後退し、これに伴って回転カム6も軸方向に後退する。したがって、回転カム6に形成されている円環状の第1の回転カム面は同じく円環状に形成された前記第1の固定カム面に接合して噛み合い状態になされ、回転カム6は第1回転カム面の一歯の半位相(半ピッチ)に相当する回転駆動を一方向に受ける。 
 一画の筆記が終わり、筆記芯に対する筆記圧が解かれた場合には、前記クッションスプリング17の作用により回転カム6は軸方向に僅かに前進し、回転カム6に形成されている円環状の第2の回転カム面は同じく円環状に形成された前記第2の固定カム面に接合して噛み合い状態になされる。これにより、回転カム6は第2回転カム面の一歯の半位相(半ピッチ)に相当する回転駆動を再び受ける。 
 以上のとおり、前記したシャープペンシルによると、筆記圧を受けることによる回転カム6の軸方向への往復運動に伴って、回転カム6は一方向に間欠的に回転駆動を受ける。したがって、筆記芯は自身が受ける回転運動と筆記による摩耗とにより、先端部が常に円錐形状になされる。それ故、書き進むにしたがって筆記芯が偏摩耗するのを防止させることができ、安定した線幅による筆記が可能となる。 
 図4および図5は、前記した構成のシャープペンシルにおいて、筆記芯を補給する様子を順に説明するものである。 筆記芯を補給する場合には、先ず図4(A)に示すようにノックカバー28に設けられた筆記芯導入パイプ28bに、筆記芯Lを挿入する。この場合、ゴム素材による開閉弁27の薄膜体27aには切り込み27bが施されているので、筆記芯Lの先端部は前記薄膜体27aの一部を変形させながら、抵抗なく挿入することができる。 
 そして、指先で芯Lの全体が芯導入パイプ28b内に入り込むように操作することで、芯先は芯ケース3内に入り込み、この状態で芯Lは、開閉弁27の切り込み27bによって保持された状態になされる。 
 図4(B)は、ノックカバー28をノック操作した場合の初期状態を示しており、ノック操作によりノック棒22が前進し、ノック棒22に取り付けられた前記短軸部材24の当接面24aが芯ケース3の後端部に当接した状態を示している。この状態においては、ばね定数(k=P/δ)の関係で、軸スプリング23が若干縮み、ノックカバー28内のリターンスプリング29には変化がない。したがって、筆記芯Lは、開閉弁27の切り込み27bによって保持された状態のままとなる。 
 図5(C)は、ノックカバー28のノック操作が進み、芯固定チャック4が締め具5から突出した状態を示す。これにより芯固定チャック4は筆記芯の把持を解除する状態になされる。しかし、この状態においても、筆記芯Lは開閉弁27の切り込み27bによって保持された状態が保たれる。 
 図5(D)は、ノックカバー28のノック操作がさらに進んだ状態を示しており、芯固定チャック4は、筆記芯の把持を解除した状態にされたまま、芯固定チャック4のこれ以上の前進に限界が生ずる。このためにノック棒22の前進は停止され、相対的にノックカバー28内のリターンスプリング29が軸方向に縮む。
 この作用によりノックカバー28に形成された筆記芯導入パイプ28bの先端部は、開閉弁27の薄膜体27aに形成された切り込み27bに向かって入り込む。 
 これにより、芯補給口の開閉機構は開放され、開閉弁27の切り込み27bによって保持された芯Lは、重力によって芯固定チャック4側に向かって落下する。この時、芯固定チャック4は解除状態になされているので、筆記芯Lの先端部は、先端パイプ7の芯繰り出し口の直近に配置された保持チャック9の位置まで即座に到達(落下)する。以上の動作は、図4および図5に基づいて説明したとおりノックカバー28の1回目のノック操作により実現する。 
 したがって、補給された筆記芯Lの先端部は、先端パイプ7の芯繰り出し口の直近に配置された保持チャック9の位置まで即座に到達するので、これに続いてノックカバーを1~2回程度ノック操作をすることにより、芯固定チャック4および保持チャック9による筆記芯Lの繰り出し動作により、筆記芯Lの先端部は先端パイプ7より繰り出され、直ちに筆記が可能な状態となる。 
 次に図6~図8は、この発明に係るシャープペンシルの第2の実施の形態を示したものであり、図は主に芯補給口の開閉機構を示すものである。なおこの第2の実施の形態においても口先部分の構成は図2に示した第1の実施の形態と同様であり、先端パイプ7における芯繰り出し口の直近に、筆記芯を摩擦により保持することができるゴム製の保持チャック9が収容された構成が採用される。 
 この第2の実施の形態におけるシャープペンシルにおけるノックカバー28およびノック棒22は、ノック操作を受けて軸方向に前進した状態でロックされ、再度のノック操作を受けて軸方向に後退して前記ロック状態が解除されるように構成されている。
 図6は、後端部に構成される芯補給口の開閉機構の部分を断面図で示したものであり、(A)はロック状態が解除されている場合(非ロック状態)を、(B)はノック操作を受けてロック状態になされている場合を示している。 
 図7に示されているように、ノックカバー28の頂面には、周に沿って45度間隔に開口31が形成されている。一方、前記ノックカバー28によって覆われるノック棒22側においても、周に沿って45度間隔に開口32が形成されている。
 この実施の形態においては、前記ノックカバー28のノック操作により、前記ロック状態および非ロック状態が繰り返され、前記ロック状態および非ロック状態が繰り返される毎に、前記ノック棒22側が軸を中心として45度の回転動作を受けるように構成されている。 
 そして、前記ロック状態においてノックカバー28に形成された開口31と、ノック棒22側に形成された開口32とが軸方向で一致し、筆記芯の補給口が開口される。また非ロック状態においては、両者の開口が軸方向で一致せず、芯補給口の開閉機構は閉じた状態になされる。前記したようにロック状態になされ、筆記芯の補給口が開口された状態で筆記芯を補給することで、筆記芯は図6に示す芯ケース3内に直ちに入り込む。 
 図8は、前記芯補給口の開閉機構を構成する各部材を分解した状態で示したものであり、その一部を斜視図で、他の一部を軸方向で半割りにした状態で示している。前記ノックカバー28は筒状体34の一端部に取り付けられ、この筒状体34の他端部の周面には8つの凸状部材35が周方向に等間隔をもって配置されている。また筒状体34の凸状部材35が形成された端面には、山谷が連続する山谷部36が形成されており、この例においては、一周で8つの山谷が連続して形成されている。 
 一方、符号22で示すノック棒の端部周面には4つのリブ部材38が、周方向に等間隔をもって形成されており、これら各リブ部材38の後部寄りには傾斜面38aがそれぞれ形成されている。前記ノック棒22は、前記筒状体34の山谷部36が形成された開口から挿入され、各リブ部材38の傾斜面38aが、筒状体34の山谷部36に接するように組み立てられる。
 またノック棒22のリブ部材38が形成された開口には、軸スプリング23によって付勢されるスライド管39の端面が当接される。すなわち軸スプリング23は、図6に示すように、軸筒1内の一部に嵌合されたストッパー部材14によって支えられている。 
 前記軸筒1内には、図8に示したように軸方向に8つの溝部が形成され、溝の深さが深い溝部41と、溝の深さが浅い溝部42とが周方向に交互に形成されている。そして、浅い溝部42が形成された前端部側には、幅の広い傾斜面44および幅の狭い傾斜面45が軸筒内に連続して形成されている。 
 前記筒状体34に形成された8つの凸状部材35は、軸筒1内に形成された8つの溝部41,42入り込んでスライドし、したがって筒状体34に取り付けられたノックカバー28は、ノック操作により軸方向にのみ摺動し、回動不能になされている。
 一方、筒状体34内に収容されたノック棒22におけるリブ部材38は、軸筒1に形成された深い溝部41内に落ち込むか、もしくは幅の広い傾斜面44に係合された状態になされる。 
 例えば、前記した非ロック状態においては、前記ノック棒22のリブ部材38は、軸筒1に形成された深い溝部41内に落ち込んで、ノック棒22はノックカバー28と共に軸筒の後端部から突出した状態になされ、この時、芯補給口の開閉機構は閉じた状態になされている。
 この状態で、ノックカバー28をノック操作すると、ノック棒22のリブ部材38は、筒状体34の山谷部36に押されて前進し、山谷部36と傾斜面38aの作用により、軸筒1に形成された幅の広い傾斜面44に乗り上げる。この時、ノック棒22は45度軸回転すると共に、前記したロック状態になされる。この時、芯補給口の開閉機構は開いた状態になされる。 
 このロック状態において、ノックカバー28を再びノック操作をすると、ノック棒22のリブ部材38は、軸筒1に形成された幅の狭い傾斜面45を乗り上げ、続いて軸筒1に形成された深い溝部41内に落ち込んで、非ロック状態になされる。 
 すなわち、ノック棒22をノック操作する毎に前記したロック状態および非ロック状態が繰り返されることになり、これに連動してすでに説明したとおり、芯補給口の開閉機構が開閉される。
 さらにロック状態においては、図6に示すようにスライド管39の前端面が芯ケース3を押し出し、芯ケース3の前端部に配置された前記した芯固定チャック4は、筆記芯の把持が解除されるようになされる。 
 図6~図8に示した第2の実施の形態においても、ロック状態においては、芯補給口の開閉機構は開放され、芯補給口において補給された筆記芯は、先端パイプ7の芯繰り出し口の直近に配置された保持チャック9の位置まで即座に到達(落下)する。
 したがって、ノックカバーを1~2回程度ノック操作をすることにより、芯固定チャック4および保持チャック9による筆記芯Lの繰り出し動作により、筆記芯Lの先端部は先端パイプ7より繰り出され、直ちに筆記が可能な状態となる。 
 したがって、図1~図5に示した第1の実施の形態および図6~図8に示した第2の実施の形態においても、筆記芯の補給時において、キャップの取り外しや再装着、また数多く必要としたノック操作の繰り返しを不要にすることができる。 
 なお、以上説明した実施の形態においては、筆記に伴い筆記芯を回転させる回転駆動機構を備えているが、この発明は前記した特定な構成のシャープペンシルに適用されるだけでなく、前記した芯の回転駆動機構が備えられていないその他のシャープペンシルに適用しても同様の作用効果を期待することができる。

Claims (5)

  1.  ノック棒のノック操作に連動して前後動され筆記芯の解除と把持を行う芯固定チャックと、前記芯固定チャックの前方に配置され前記筆記芯を摩擦により保持する保持チャックとが具備され、前記ノック操作の繰り返しにより前記筆記芯を順次繰り出すことができるように構成したシャープペンシルであって、
     前記ノック操作により前記芯固定チャックによる筆記芯の把持が解除されている状態において、前記筆記芯の補給口が開口される芯補給口の開閉機構が備えられ、かつ前記保持チャックは、前記筆記芯の繰り出し口の直近に配置されていることを特徴とするシャープペンシル。
  2.  前記芯補給口の開閉機構は、前記ノック棒に取付けられ、軸方向に筆記芯の導入パイプを備えたノックカバーと、前記ノックカバーのノック操作による前進動作により、前記筆記芯の導入パイプの先端部が挿入されて筆記芯の補給口が開口される可撓性の素材による開閉弁とにより構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載されたシャープペンシル。
  3.  前記開閉弁が、薄膜状のゴム素材に切り込み部を施すことにより構成され、前記ノック操作により前記ノックカバーに備えられた前記導入パイプの先端部が前記ゴム素材の切り込み部に挿入されて筆記芯の補給口が開口されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載されたシャープペンシル。
  4.  前記芯補給口の開閉機構は、ノック操作により前記ノック棒が軸方向に回転駆動されるように構成され、前記ノック棒側に形成された開口と当該ノック棒に取り付けられたノックカバー側に形成された開口とが軸方向で一致することで、筆記芯の補給口が開口されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載されたシャープペンシル。
  5.  前記ノック棒は、ノック操作を受けて軸方向に前進した状態でロックされ、再度のノック操作を受けて軸方向に後退して前記ロック状態が解除されるように構成され、前記ノック棒が軸方向に前進したロック状態において、筆記芯の補給口が開口されると共に、前記芯固定チャックによる筆記芯の把持が解除されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載されたシャープペンシル。
