Description
SISTEMA PARA RETENER BANDAS ELÁSTICAS CON ELEMENTOS DE FIJACION Y ANCLAJE PARA REALIZAR EJERCICIOS DE FUERZA Y RESISTENCIA
CAMPO TECNOLOGICO
La presente invención pertenece al campo de los elementos, accesorios, soportes, arneses y equipos para realizar actividad física utilizando dispositivos resistentes elásticos que permiten recuperar, mantener, desarrollar la fuerza, desarrollar la resistencia y desarrollar el tono muscular en hombro, brazo, antebrazo, mano, espalda, pecho, abdomen, en piernas, glúteos, cintura baja y cuello del cuerpo humano; mediante el intercambio de bandas elásticas de diferentes resistencias ajustadas en un mecanismo cono-embudo adaptado a una sistema para retener bandas elásticas que tiene tres tipos de soporte-arnés, donde el primer tipo de soporte- arnés ejercita miembros superiores, el segundo tipo de soporte-arnés ejercita miembros inferiores y el tercer tipo de soporte-arnés realiza la función de anclaje y seguridad así como la función de ejercitar el tronco y miembros medios.
ESTADO DE LA TECNICA
Se conoce de la invención la utilización de bandas elásticas para realizar actividad física en ejercicios de resistencia ya sea con fines terapéuticos de acondicionamiento físico o de alto rendimiento. Se conocen invenciones para ejercicios de resistencia como las patentes con número de publicación US2008/0220953, US201 1/0237410, US201 1/0195825 que utilizan bandas elásticas para anclar en una estructura. Ninguna de las anteriores solicitudes permite ensamblar o desensamblar las bandas para variar la resistencia y tampoco permiten reducir o aumentar la cantidad de bandas según la resistencia deseada por el usuario, además las solicitudes mencionadas no tienen la posibilidad de anclar o desanclar debido a que deben estar fijas a una estructura.
Las patentes US7998041 , US6071218, US4428577, US4033580, US3966204 son soluciones para hacer ejercicios de para extremidades inferiores y superiores de residencia elástica pero tienen el inconveniente que su diseño no permite intercambiar la resistencia y que al romperse la banda elástica pierde su funcionalidad.
Como antecedentes de anclaje para dispositivos resistentes elásticos está la patente US6036625 que ancla el punto de resistencia entre la puerta y su marco y la patente US4073490 que se ancla a cualquier gancho o a la chapa de una puerta. En general ninguno de los modelos existentes para realizar actividad física utilizando dispositivos resistentes elásticos permite engancharse, fijarse o anclarse.
La nueva invención soluciona los inconvenientes que existen para variar la fuerza de resistencia en un ejercicio con fines terapéuticos de acondicionamiento físico o en un ejercicio de alto rendimiento, asegurando e intercambiando diferentes bandas elásticas a soportes que se adaptan ergonómicamente al cuerpo y evitan el contacto de las bandas con las partes del cuerpo que se ejercitan.
Existen soportes de bandas elásticas específicos para miembros superiores que cuentan con un tubo plástico rígido que sirve como manija y además una reata que es insertada dentro del tubo plástico para retener la banda elástica es incrustado en una hebilla; en este diseño la banda elástica se sale al ejecutar los movimientos y no tiene la posibilidad de fijarse o engancharse.
Otros sistemas presentan manija en banda en espuma que son introducidas en un aro de caucho elástico con forma de manguera, materiales que se deterioran fácilmente y al romperse o dañarse alguna de las partes que los componen, de manera se pierde el soporte y por tanto su uso eficiente. Esta situación conlleva a no tener la posibilidad de reponer, cambiar e intercambiar la resistencia que generan las bandas elásticas de acuerdo con sus colores al tensionar el soporte.
No se conocen patentes de soportes para bandas elásticas específicas para realizar ejercicios en miembros que permitan anclarse y que se puedan convertir en un arnés para equipos de gimnasia que es el propósito de la presente invención. La presente invención tiene la posibilidad de retener e intercambiar bandas elásticas de diferente capacidad elástica a través de bujes cono-embudo insertados en cavidades denominadas capsulas cónicas formadas por costuras.
BREVE DESCRIPCIÓN DE LAS FIGURAS

MEJOR FORMA DE REALIZAR LA INVENCION Y DESCRIPCION TECNICA
Según la figura 1 , se muestra el soporte-arnés para miembros superiores fabricado en cinta- reata que ajusta bandas elásticas para ejercicios en fuerza y resistencia de pecho, espalda, hombro, brazo, antebrazo, mano, cintura y abdomen . Donde el soporte-arnés para miembros superiores se agarra con la mano, retiene e intercambia las bandas elásticas de diferente grado de elasticidad, hasta seis grados de elasticidad y se permite al soporte-arnés fijarse engancharse o anclarse. La manija tubular (1 ) es semirrígida flexible y se adapta a la mano de manera anatómica además sirve como buje para que las cinta-reatas alojadas en su interior se muevan sin ocasionar rozamiento o lesiones en la mano al ejecutar los ejercicios o movimientos.
El soporte-arnés para miembros superiores tiene forma rectangular semirrígida debido a las costuras realizadas sobre el segmento de cinta-reata (2) que forman ángulos y dobleces. El segmento de cinta-reata (2) está unido de manera opuesta al segmento de cinta-reata (12) mediante una costura (3) y la unión de estos dos segmentos de cinta-reata atraviesan la manija tubular (1 ) configurando un elemento de agarre para la mano anatómico y flexible. El segmento de cinta-reata (2) está formando dos costados paralelos verticales (4) y un costado horizontal perpendicular (45) . Para hacer los costados verticales (4) y el costado horizontal (45) se realiza un doblez con costuras en forma de triángulo rectángulo (5), donde este doblez en forma de triángulo rectángulo (5) pasa el segmento de cinta-reata (2) de la posición vertical a la posición horizontal generando así la forma rectangular semirrígida característica del soporte-arnés para miembros superiores.
Sobre el costado horizontal (45) se trazan con líneas de costuras figuras de trapecio rectángulos (6) y figuras de trapecio isósceles (7) ; y entre ellos se crean otros trapecios isósceles en forma de capsulas cónicas (8) con interior vacío para alojar los accesorios denominados bujes con embudo (9) con tapa (1 0). Dentro de los bujes con embudo (9) se retienen las bandas elásticas (1 1 ) que pueden ser intercambiados o reemplazados.
En el segmento de cinta-reata (12) opuesto al segmento de cinta-reata (2), se cosen en cada uno de sus extremos herrajes media-argolla (1 3), que permiten al soporte-arnés para miembros superiores anclarse y convertirse en accesorio-arnés para equipos y máquinas de Gimnasio con poleas, mosquetones o ganchos. En el recorrido del mismo segmento de cinta-
reata (1 2) y en sus costados se cosen veleros (14) que van a cumplir la función de asegurar los herrajes media-argolla (13), mientras no están en uso.
El soporte-arnés para miembros superiores tiene trapecios isósceles laterales en forma de capsulas cónicas (46) con interior vacío para alojar los accesorios denom inados bujes con embudo (9) dentro de los que se retienen las bandas elásticas (1 1 ) que pueden ser intercambiados o reemplazados de acuerdo al diferente grado de elasticidad, con hasta seis grados de elasticidad para ejercer la fuerza de resistencia deseada. En la figura 2 el soporte-arnés para miembros inferiores ejercita la fuerza y resistencia para piernas, glúteos, espalda baja y cuello. El soporte-arnés para miembros inferiores se divide en tres partes que comprenden cada uno de los elementos, accesorios en donde cada uno de ellos tiene características y funciones específicas que realizan de manera independiente e integrada. La primera parte del soporte-arnés para miembros inferiores asegura el soporte-arnés a los miembros inferiores tobillo y pierna, y de manera independiente al cuello. La primera parte del soporte-arnés para miembros inferiores se compone de una lona rectangular abullonada (15) que se toma como estructura y en sus extremos se cosen las hebillas rectangulares (16) que recibirán los segmentos de cinta-reata con veleros (1 7) .
En la superficie de lona abullonada rectangular (1 5) se trazan líneas de costuras geométricas (18) para conformar triángulos rectángulos, trapecio rectángulos (19), y rectángulos (20), que permiten al soporte-arnés para miembros inferiores doblarse, plegarse y adaptarse anatómicamente a la planta del pie, al tobillo, a las rodillas o al cuello.
La segunda parte del soporte-arnés para miembros inferiores asegura los extremos de las bandas elásticas (21 ) y se compone de dos segmentos de cinta-reata (22) similares cosidos sobre la lona rectangular abullonada (15). En cada uno de los segmentos de cinta-reata (22) se realizan pliegues que forman alerones rectangulares (23), en cuya superficie se trazan líneas de costuras que dan formas geométricas de trapecios rectangulares (24) y entre los cuales se crean trapecios isósceles (25). En el interior de estos trapecios isósceles (25) se forman unos espacios vacíos con forma de capsulas cónicas (26) que alojan en su interior los accesorios denominados bujes cono-embudo (27), con tapa (28) y en donde también van a ser retenidos en su interior los extremos de las bandas elásticas (21 ), quedando asegurado dicha banda elástica (21 ) dentro de la capsula cónica (26) con el buje cono-embudo (27).
La tercera parte del soporte-arnés para miembros inferiores posibilita fijarse, anclarse o engancharse a elementos como ganchos, argollas, tubos, mosquetones, techo o máquinas de gimnasio. La tercera parte del soporte-arnés para miembros inferiores se compone de un segmento de cinta-reata (29), cosido a lo largo de la lona rectangular abullonada (15) que en sus extremos y en el centro se cosen herrajes media-argolla (30), como también en su recorrido se cosen veleros (31 ) para asegurar los herrajes media argolla (30) mientras no se estén utilizando para evitar golpes o accidentes.
Según la figura 3, el soporte-arnés para anclaje presenta una cinta-reata tubular con el accesorio buje cono-embudo (41 ) para retener, intercambiar y aislar los extremos de las diferentes bandas elásticas (43) que existen en el mercado con los que se realizan ejercicios de fuerza y resistencia tanto en tronco, miembros superiores e inferiores del cuerpo humano, además puede ser fijado o anclado a elementos como ganchos, argollas, tubos, mosquetones, techo o máquinas de gimnasio sea horizontalmente o verticalmente.
Según la figura 3 y la figura 4, el soporte-arnés para anclaje en cinta-reata tubular para retener bandas elásticas tiene elementos determinados donde cada uno de estos elementos tiene características y funciones específicas que realizan de manera independiente e integrada dependiendo del segmento donde se cosan en la cinta-reata tubular denominada base (32).
En el centro se cose un pasador (33) en reata que permite al soporte-arnés fijarse, engancharse o anclarse a ganchos o mosquetones.
Una lona abullonada octogonal (34) en cuya superficie se trazan líneas de costuras que forman arcos (35), trapecios (36) y rectángulos (37) que permiten al soporte-arnés para anclaje adaptarse anatómicamente al tobillo o a la mano como manija. Otra función de la lona abullonada octogonal (34) es la de evitar el rozamiento de la banda elástica con el cuerpo humano. A ambos lados zona abullonada octogonal (34) y sobre el segmento de la cinta-reata tubular base (32) se cosen dos segmentos en cinta-reata tubular (38) con forma rectangular a manera de alerones, generados por costuras y dobleces.
Sobre la superficie de cada uno de los segmentos en cinta-reata tubular (38) se trazan líneas de costuras con formas geométricas de trapecios rectangulares (39) y trapecios isósceles con forma de capsulas cónicas (40) dentro de las cuales se van a alojar los bujes cono-embudo (41 ) con tapa (42). La banda elástica (43) que puede ser intercambiado, es retenido dentro por buje cono-embudo (41 ) y queda aislado del contacto con el cuerpo evitando accidentes.
Por último en los extremos del segmento de cinta-reata tubular base (32) se adhieren y cosen veleros (44) que van a permitir asegurar y ajustar el soporte-arnés al tobillo o a la mano. Los tres tipos de soporte-arnés se gradúan según niveles de resistencia al intercambiar los diferentes bandas elásticas que se retienen o se retiran fácilmente mediante la presión del buje cono-embudo ejercida en las cavidades denominadas capsulas cónicas formadas por costuras. También se pueden realizar ejercicios con una banda, dos bandas o tres bandas elásticas según la resistencia asociada al color de cada banda y la cantidad de bandas a utilizar.
El sistema para retener bandas elásticas genera infinitas formas de ejercicios haciendo que los sistemas nervioso y cardiovascular sean estimulados sin riesgo; ya que las estructuras articulares en movimientos de flexión, extensión, giros, rotación, mantiene sus rangos propios de movimiento.
El sistema para retener bandas elásticas convierte partes con estructuras en tubo, tales como sillas o camas hospitalarias en dispositivos de anclaje para movimientos específicos de ejercicios de fuerza y resistencia aplicable incluso a tratamientos terapéuticos en pacientes que no puedan desplazarse o estén sujetos a una cama.
Claims
REIVINDICACIONES
Sistema para retener bandas elásticas con elementos de fijación y anclaje para realizar ejercicios de fuerza y resistencia, caracterizado por tres tipos de soporte-arnés hechos en reata que ejercitan miembros del cuerpo humano por medio de bandas elásticas intercambiables de diferentes grados de elasticidad según su resistencia, donde las bandas elásticas se ajustan mediante en un mecanismo cono-embudo que por presión se aloja en una cavidad denominada capsula cónica conformada por costuras sobre la reata de cada uno de los tres tipos de soporte-arnés.
Sistema para retener bandas elásticas de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque el primer tipo de soporte-arnés denominado soporte-arnés para miembros superiores ejercita miembros superiores mediante una manija tubular (1 ) semirrígida flexible que se adapta a la mano, dentro de dicha manija tubular (1 ) son insertados y unidos por costuras dos segmentos de cinta-reata (2), (12) que al salir a cada lado de la manija tubular lleva unas costuras (3) produciendo quiebres en ángulos rectos y luego en su recorrido se le realizan dobleces con costuras que forman la figuras de triángulos rectángulos (5) que cambian su de posición vertical a posición horizontal formando dos costados paralelos verticales (4) y un costado horizontal perpendicular (45); donde el costado horizontal (45) tiene trazadas líneas de costuras con figuras de trapecio rectángulos (6) y figuras de trapecio isósceles (7), y entre ellos se crean otros trapecios isósceles en forma de capsulas cónicas (8) con interior vacío para alojar los accesorios denominados bujes cono embudo (9) que retienen las bandas elásticas (1 1 ) y en donde al segundo segmento de cinta-reata (12) tiene cosido en cada extremo herrajes media-argolla (13) para enganchar el soporte-arnés y veleros (14) que aseguran los herrajes media- argolla cuando no están en uso.
Sistema para retener bandas elásticas de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque el segundo tipo de soporte-arnés denominado soporte-arnés para miembros inferiores ejercita miembros inferiores y se divide en tres partes así:
- La primera parte del soporte-arnés para miembros se compone de una lona rectangular abullonada (1 5) que se toma como estructura y en sus extremos se cosen las hebillas rectangulares (16) que recibirán los segmentos de cinta-reata con veleros (1 7), donde la superficie de lona abullonada rectangular (1 5) tiene trazadas líneas de costuras geométricas (18) para conformar triángulos rectángulos, trapecio rectángulos (19), y rectángulos (20), que permiten al soporte-arnés para miembros inferiores doblarse,
plegarse y adaptarse anatómicamente a la planta del pie, al tobillo, a las rodillas o al cuello.
- La segunda parte del soporte-arnés para miembros inferiores asegura los extremos de las bandas elásticas (21 ) y se compone de dos segmentos de cinta-reata (22) similares cosidos sobre la lona rectangular abullonada (15), donde en cada uno de los segmentos de cinta-reata (22) se realizan pliegues que forman alerones rectangulares (23), en cuya superficie se trazan líneas de costuras que dan formas geométricas de trapecios rectangulares (24) y entre los cuales se crean trapecios isósceles (25) y en el interior de estos trapecios isósceles (25) se forman unos espacios vacíos con forma de capsulas cónicas (26) que alojan en su interior los accesorios denominados bujes cono-embudo (27), con tapa (28) y en donde también van a ser retenidos en su interior los extremos de las bandas elásticas (21 ), quedando asegurado dicha banda elástica (21 ) dentro de la capsula cónica (26) con el buje cono-embudo (27).
- La tercera parte del soporte-arnés para miembros inferiores posibilita fijarse, anclarse o engancharse a elementos como ganchos, argollas, tubos, mosquetones, techo o máquinas de gimnasio, donde la tercera parte del soporte-arnés para miembros inferiores se compone de un segmento de cinta-reata (29), cosido a lo largo de la lona rectangular abullonada (15) que en sus extremos y en el centro se cosen herrajes media-argolla (30), como también en su recorrido se cosen veleros (31 ) para asegurar los herrajes media argolla (30) mientras no se estén utilizando para evitar golpes o accidentes.
Sistema para retener bandas elásticas de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque el tercer tipo de soporte-arnés denominado soporte-arnés para anclaje está compuesto por una cinta-reata tubular denominada base (32), un pasador (33) y una lona abullonada octogonal (34) en reata; donde la base (32) tiene segmentos en cinta-reata tubular (38) con forma rectangular a manera de alerones en reata para retener la banda elástica (43) y veleros (44) para asegurar el soporte-arnés para anclaje al tobillo o a la mano; el pasador (33) permite al soporte-arnés para anclaje anclarse a ganchos, tubos o máquinas de gimnasio sea horizontalmente o verticalmente; y donde la lona abullonada octogonal (34) tiene en su superficie costuras que forman arcos (35), trapecios (36) y rectángulos (37) que permiten al soporte-arnés para anclaje adaptarse anatómicamente al tobillo o a la mano como manija evitando el rozamiento del cuerpo humano de la banda elástica (43).
Sistema para retener bandas elásticas de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque el tercer tipo de soporte-arnés denominado soporte-arnés para anclaje en sus
segmentos en cinta-reata tubular (38) con forma rectangular a manera de alerones tiene costuras con formas geométricas de trapecios rectangulares (39) y trapecios isósceles con forma de capsulas cónicas (40) dentro de las cuales se van a alojar los bujes cono-embudo (41 ) que retienen las bandas elásticas (43) y donde dichas bandas elásticas (43) puede ser intercambiados según la resistencia asociada al color de cada banda y la cantidad de bandas a utilizar.
Sistema para retener bandas elásticas de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque los tres tipos de soporte-arnés se gradúan según niveles de resistencia al intercambiar las diferentes bandas elásticas que se retienen o se retiran fácilmente mediante la presión del buje cono-embudo ejercida en las cavidades denominadas capsulas cónicas formadas por costuras; donde los tres tipos de soporte-arnés permiten realizar ejercicios con una banda elástica, dos bandas elásticas o tres bandas elásticas según la resistencia asociada al color de cada banda elástica y la cantidad de bandas elásticas a utilizar.
