Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de séparation de composants dans un système de production de polymère, le procédé comprenant la séparation d'un courant de produits de polymérisation en un courant gazeux et en un courant de polymère, le courant gazeux contenant de l'éthane et de l'éthylène n'ayant pas réagi, la distillation du courant gazeux pour obtenir un courant d'hydrocarbures légers, le courant d'hydrocarbures légers contenant de l'éthane et de l'éthylène n'ayant pas réagi, le contact du courant d'hydrocarbures légers avec un système de solvants d'absorption, au moins une partie de l'éthylène n'ayant pas réagi provenant du courant d'hydrocarbures légers étant absorbée par le système de solvants d'absorption, et la récupération d'un courant gazeux résiduaire provenant du système de solvants d'absorption, le courant gazeux résiduaire contenant de l'éthane, de l'hydrogène ou leurs combinaisons.
