부착용 를러 (150)는 케이스 (110)의 개구부 (113)에 위치되어 공급릴 (130)의 회전에 따라 권해되는， 상측보호필름 (121)을 제외한 패드롤 (120)의 구 성부들을 가이드하여 피부에 패드 (122)와 부착용 시트 (123)가 부착되도록 하는 것으로， 케이스 (110)의 개구부 (113) 측에 형성되는 제 3축 (117)에 회전 가능하 게 위치되며 구동용 를러 (160)의 회전에 따른 하측보호필름 (124)의 견인에 의 해 공급릴 (130)로부터 권해되는 패드 (122)와 부착용 시트 (123)가 해당 환부에 밀착되도톡 하여 부착시키는 가이드를러 (151)를 포함한다.
구동용 를러 (160)는 부착용 롤러 (150)의 일 측에 위치되어 피부와 마찰 을 통한 구동력을 발생시켜 제 2권취릴 (170)이 회전되도톡 하여 부착용 를러 (150)를 경유한 하측보호필름 (124)의 권취에 따른 인장력에 의해 공급릴 (130) 이 회전되어 패드롤 (120)이 공급릴 (130)로부터 권해되도록 하는 것으로， 케이 스 (110)의 개구부 (113) 측에 형성되는 게 4축 (118)에 회전 가능하게 위치되며 피부와 접촉된 상태에서 진행시 마찰에 의해 회전되는 구동를러 (161)와， 상기 구동를러 (161)의 하측단에 형성되는 구동기어 (162)를 포함한다.
제 2권취릴 (170)은 구동용 롤러 (160)의 일 측에 위치되어 구동용 를러 (160)의 회전시 회전되며 부착용 롤러 (150)를 경유한 패드를 (120)의 하측보호 필름 (124)이 권취됨과 동시에 하측보호필름 (124)의 권취에 따른 인장력에 의해 공급릴 (130)이 회전되도록 하는 것으로， 케이스 (110)에 형성되는 제 5축 (119)에 회전 가능하게 위치되며 하측보호필름 (124)의 일단이 고정되어 권취되는 제 2권 취를 (171)과, 제 2권취를 (171)의 하측단에 형성된 상태에서 구동기어 (162)에 치 합되어 구동기어 (162)의 회전시 회전되며 제 2권취를 (171)에 하측보호필름 (124) 이 권취되도록 하는 계 2권취기어 (172)를 포함한다.
여기서, 제 2권취릴 (170)은 제 2권취를 (171)의 상측단에 형성되는 권취용 다이얼 (173)을 더 포함하는데， 권취용 다이얼 (173)은 패드롤 (120)의 권취 상태 가 느슨해 진 경우 강제로 제 2권취릴 (170)을 회전시켜 패드를 (120)이 항상 팽 팽하게 권취된 상태를 가지도록 하여 사용상 편리함을 제공한다. 이때, 권취용 다이얼 (173)은 제 2케이스 (112)의 외측 표면에 위치되어 사용상 편리함을 제공 하는 것이 바람직하다.
한편， 패드 부착기의 암 (180)과 붐 (190)에 있어서, 암 (180)의 길이가 가변되고 붐 (190)이 암 (180)에 대해 소정 각도 회동되도록 하는 것은， 공지의 구성을 통해 이루어질 수 있으므로 상세한 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
또한， 제 2권취릴 (170)의 제 2권취기어 (172) 일 측 또는 구동용 를러 (160)의 구동기어 (162) 일 측에는 기어들이 한방향으로만 회전되도록 하는 래 치가 구성되어 패드를 (120)이 역방향으로 권해되는 것을 방지하는데， 상기 래 치는 공지의 기술이므로 이에 대한 상세한 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
이하， 상기와 같은 패드 부착기의 동작과 효과에 대해 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저， 공급릴 (130)의 회전롤 (131)에 패드롤 (120)이 권취된 상태에서， 패드를 (120)의 상측보호필름 (121)의 일단이 제 1권취릴 (140)의 제 1권취를 (141) 에 권취되고 하측보호필름 (124)의 일단이 부착용 를러 (150)의 가이드를러 (151) 에 가이드 된 상태에서 제 2권취를 (171)에 권취되어 공급릴 (130)과 가이드를러 (151) 사이에 위치된 패드를 (120)이 상측보호필름 (121)이 벗겨진 상태를 가진 다. 여기서， 제 2권취릴 (170)의 권취용 다이얼 (173)의 수동 조작에 의해 패드를 (120)이 항상 팽팽한 권취 상태를 가지도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
이후, 케이스 (110)의 개구부 (113)가 개폐용 커버 (114)에 의해 개방되고 개구부 (113)를 통해 노출된 부착용 를러 (150)와 구동용 를러 (160)가 해당 환부 일 측의 피부에 접촉된다.
이 상태에서 구동용 를러 (160)가 해당 환부를 향해 전진 이동하면, 구 동용 롤러 (160)는 피부와의 마찰에 의해 회전하게 되고 이에 따라， 구동용 를 러 (160)의 구동기어 (162)에 제 2권취기어 (172)를 통해 치합된 제 2권취를 (171)이 회전하면서 패드를 (120)의 하측보호필름 (124)이 제 2권취를 (171)에 권취된다, 이때， 하측보호필름 (124)이 계 2권취를 (171)에 권취되는 인장력에 의해 공급릴 (130)로부터 패드를 (120)이 권해되고 공급릴 (130)의 회전기어 (132)에 제 1권취기어 (142)를 통해 치합된 제 1권취를 (141)에 패드를 (120)의 상측보호필름 (121)이 권취된다.
또한， 회전를 (131)로부터 권해되는 패드를 (120) 중 상측보호필름 (121) 이 제거된 패드 (122)와 부착용 시트 (123) 및 하측보호필름 (124)은 연속하여 부 착용 를러 (150)의 가이드를러 (151)에 의해 가이드되게 되고， 이때， 패드 (122) 와 부착용 시트 (123)는 각각의 접착력과 가이드를러 (151)의 가압에 의해 해당 환부의 피부에 부착되게 된다.
여기서, 본 발명에 의한 패드 부착기의 경우， 암 (180)의 길이 조절과 붐 (190)의 각도 조절을 통하여 해당 환부에 용이하게 접근되는 것이 바람직하 다.
따라서 상술한 바와 같은 패드 부착기에 의하면， 패드와 부착용 시트가 를 형태로 구성된 상태에서 해당 환부의 일 측으로부터 해당 환부로 이동되는 구동부재에 의해 패드와 부착용 시트가 권해되면서 환부에 부착됨으로써， 등이 나 허리 등과 같이 손이 접근하기 어려운 부위에 흔자서도 패드를 쉽게 부착하 도록 할 수 있다.
또한， 패드가 부착용 시트에 부착된 상태에서 를 형태로 구성된 상태에 서 권해되는 동작에 의해 패드의 부착시 부착용 시트가 함께 환부에 부착되도 록 할 수 있다.
【산업상이용가능성】
본 발명에 의하면， 패드와 부착용 시트가 를 형태로 구성된 상태에서 해당 환부의 일 측으로부터 해당 환부로 이동되는 구동 부재에 의해 패드와 부 착용 시트가 권해되면서 환부에 부착됨으로써， 등이나 허리 등과 같이 손이 접 근하기 어려운 부위에 흔자서도 패드를 쉽게 부착하도록 할 수 있다,
또한， 패드가 부착용 시트에 부착된 상태에서 를 형태로 구성된 상태에 서 권해되는 동작에 의해 패드의 부착시 부착용 시트가 함께 환부에 부착되도 록 할 수 있다.

Claims

【청구의범위】
【청구항 1】
케이스;
패드를;
상기 케이스의 내부에 위치되어 패드를이 권해 가능하게 구비되는 공급 릴;
상기 공급릴의 일 측에 위치되어 공급릴의 회전시 회전되며 패드를의 상측보호필름이 권취되는 제 1권취릴;
상기 케이스의 개구부에 위치되어 공급릴의 회전에 따라 권해되는 상측 보호필름이 제거된 패드를의 구성부들을 가이드하여 피부에 패드와 부착용 시 트가부착되도록 하는 부착용 를러;
상기 부착용 를러의 일 측에 위치되어 피부와 마찰을 통한 회전력을 발 생시키는구동용 를러; 및
상기 구동용 롤러의 일 측에 위치되어 구동용 를러의 회전시 회전되며 부착용 를러를 경유한 패드를의 하측보호필름이 권취됨과 동시에 상기 하측보 호필름의 권취에 따른 인장력에 의해 상기 공급릴이 회전되도록 하는 제 2권취 릴을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패드 부착기.
【청구항 2】
제 1항에 있어서，
상기 케이스의 개구부에 대향되는 부위에 위치되며 그 길이가 가변되는 막대 형상의 암;
상기 암의 단부에 소정 각도 회동되도록 연장되는 붐; 및
상기 붐의 단부에 형성되는 손잡이 (H)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하 는 패드 부착기 .
[청구항 3】
제 1항에 있어서, 상기 케이스는，
소정의 공간을 가지는 계 1케이스와;
상기 제 1케이스의 상측부에 탈착 가능하게 구비되어 상기 공간의 개폐 를 가능하게 하는 제 2케이스로 구성되며，
제 1케이스와 제 2케이스의 일 측에는 개구부가 형성되고，
상기 개구부는 개구부의 일측에 회동 가능하게 구성되는 개폐용 커버에 의해 개폐되는 것을 특징으로 하는 패드 부착기.
【청구항 4】
제 1항에 있어서, 상기 패드를은,
복수개의 패드와 복수개의 부착용 시트가 각각 결합되어 일정 간격을 두고 배치된 상태에서 상측과 하측에 각각 상측보호필름과 하측보호필름이 부 착된 상태에서 롤 형태로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 패드 부착기.
【청구항 5】
제 1항에 있어서， 상기 공급릴은,
상기 케이스에 형성되는 제 1축에 회전 가능하게 위치되고， 패드를 또는 패드를이 권취된 권취를이 삽입되는 회전를과;
상기 회전를의 하측단에 형성되는 회전기어를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패드 부착기 .
【청구항 6】
거 15항에 있어서， 상기 제 1권취릴은,
상기 케이스에 형성되는 계 2축에 회전 가능하게 위치되며 상측보호필름 의 일 단이 고정되어 권취되는 제 1권취를과;
상기 계 1권취를의 하측단에 형성된 상태에서 상기 회전기어에 치합되어 회전기어의 회전시 회전되며 제 1권취를에 상측보호필름이 권취되도톡 하는 제 1 권취기어를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패드 부착기.
【청구항 7】
제 1항에 있어서 , 상기 부착용 롤러는，
상기 케이스의 개구부 측에 형성되는 제 3축에 희전 가능하게 위치되며 공급릴로부터 권해되는 패드와 부착용 시트가 해당 환부에 밀착되도록 하여 부 착시키는가이드롤러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패드 부착기 .
【청구항 8】
계 1항에 있어서， 상기 구동용 를러 (160)는，
상기 케이스의 개구부 측에 형성되는 계 4축에 회전 가능하게 위치되며 피부와 접촉된 상태에서 진행시 마찰에 의해 회전되는 구동를러와;
상기 구동를러의 하측단에 형성되는 구동기어를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패드 부착기 .
【청구항 9】
계 8항에 있어서， 상기 제 2권취릴은，
상기 케이스에 형성되는 제 5축에 회전 가능하게 위치되며 하측보호필름 의 일단이 고정되어 권취되는 제 2권취를과;
상기 제 2권취롤의 하측단에 형성된 상태에서 상기 구동기어에 치합되어 구동기 어의 회전시 회전되며 제 2권취를에 하측보호필름이 권취되도록 하는 제 2권취기 어를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패드 부착기 .
【청구항 10】
제 9항에 있어서， 상기 계 2권취릴은，
상기 제 2권취를의 상축단에 형성되는 권취용 다이얼을 더 포함하는 것을 특징 으로 하는 패드부착기 .
