Abstract

La présente invention concerne un réceptacle de conditionnement, réalisé en film souple, possédant un premier côté scellé sur un second côté, un bord supérieur et une partie supérieure ouverte, une chambre intérieure et un système d'amorce de déchirement. Selon l'invention, on place un produit dans la chambre interne à l'intérieur du réceptacle de conditionnement et on ferme hermétiquement le réceptacle. Le film souple a une propriété de déchirement linéaire et une contrainte interne déséquilibrée de sorte que le film présente une propriété de déchirement linéaire en combinaison avec les bords déchirés formant un recoquillement vers l'extérieur et à l'opposé de la chambre intérieure à l'intérieur de l'article de conditionnement. Le réceptacle de conditionnement est particulièrement approprié pour le conditionnement de produits médicaux à stériliser alors qu'ils se trouvent dans l'emballage. L'invention concerne également un produit conditionné à ouverture manuelle, un traitement de préparation et de transfert d'un produit ainsi qu'un traitement d'ouverture d'un produit conditionné réalisé à partir d'un réceptacle de conditionnement.
