Description

슬라이드배기식 수술도구 가이더포트
본 발명은 내시경 수술시에 환자의 수술구멍에 설치되어 각종 수술도구를 복강 내로 안내하는 수술도구 가이더포트에 관한 것으로서, 특히 복강 내 유해가스가 발생한 경우에 배기내관을 복강 내부까지 전진시켜 복강 내에서 직접 배기가 가능하도록 구성함으로써 수술도구의 조작을 방해하지 않으면서도 수술 중 발생하는 스모그 등 유해가스를 보다 용이하게 배출시킬 수 있는 슬라이드배기식 수술도구 가이더포트에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 기존의 개복수술과는 달리 피부의 절개부분을 최소부위로 하고, 환자의 빠른 회복을 위해 복강경 내시경 수술방법이 시행되어 오고 있다.
이러한 내시경 수술은 투관침(Trocar)이라는 투관용 삽입 수술기구를 이용하여 환자의 복부에 작은 구멍을 천공하는 방식으로서, 하나 이상의 투관침을 삽관시키고, 투관침을 통해서는 각종 수술기구인 집게, 절제기구, 장기 적출물 인출구, 내시경 카메라 등을 복강 내의 수술부위까지 진입시켜 각종 담낭절제술, 담도 결석 제거술, 출수 돌기 절제술, 일반외과 수술 등을 실시하고 있다.
한편, 최근에는 환자의 복부에 남게 되는 흉터를 줄이고, 환자의 빠른 회복을 위해 전술한 바와 같이 다수개의 투관침 및 절개를 시도하지 않고, 흉터가 거의 남지 않도록 배꼽 한 부분을 통해 내시경 수술이 이루어지도록 하고 있다.
보통 인체의 배꼽에 수술을 위한 구멍을 내면, 향후 환자의 회복시 상처가 아물더라도 외관상 흉터가 쉽게 노출되지 않고, 이는 흉터로 보이지 않기 때문에 현재에는 배꼽 한 부위를 통한 내시경 수술이 선호되고 있다.
상기와 같은 시술을 위해서는 수술종류에 따라 배꼽에 10mm 내지 12mm의 수술구멍을 내고, 수술구멍에는 각종 수술도구를 복강 내로 안전하게 진입시키기 위한 수술도구 가이더포트가 설치되어 사용되고 있다.
이러한 종래의 수술도구 가이더포트로는 본 출원인의 등록특허 제10-1027546호, 제10-1027561호, 제10-1052644호 등에 다양한 구성이 개시되어 있는 바, 종래의 수술도구 가이더포트는 세부적인 구성상 차이점이 있음에도 기본적으로는, 포트몸체의 상단에 각종 수술도구의 진입을 위한 복수의 도구진입부와, 환자의 복부팽창(기복형성)을 위한 가스(예컨대, 질소 등)가 주입되는 가스주입부와, 수술 중 발생하는 유해가스의 배출을 위한 가스배출부가 각각 구비되고, 상기 포트몸체의 하단에는 수술구멍을 통과한 후 복벽에 걸리면서 포트몸체를 지지해주는 지지링체를 포함하는 구성으로 이루어지게 된다.
이 중, 특히 가스배출부가 필요한 이유는 수술과정에서 살이나 혈관을 태우게 되면 그에 따라 스모그 등의 유해가스가 발생하게 되는데, 이러한 유해가스를 신속하게 배출시키지 않으면 환자의 인체에 해로울 뿐만 아니라 수술시야의 확보가 어려워서 원활한 수술을 진행할 수 없기 때문이며, 따라서 수술과정 중 유해가스가 발생하게 되면 가스배출부를 통해 신속하게 발생된 유해가스를 배출시켜야만 하는 것이다.
그런데, 상기한 본 출원인의 종래기술을 포함한 모든 종래의 수술도구 가이더포트에는 상기 가스배출부가 포트몸체의 상단에 가스주입부와 함께 구비되면서 단순하게 개폐밸브만이 포함된 구성으로 이루어져 있는 바, 유해가스의 배출이 신속하면서도 원활하게 이루어지기 어려운 문제점이 있게 된다.
즉, 복강 내에서 발생한 유해가스는 포트몸체의 내부를 통해 상승하여 상단의 가스배출부를 통해 배출이 되는 배출경로를 갖게 되는데, 이러한 유해가스 배출시에도 가스주입부를 통해서는 기복의 유지를 위해 계속적으로 가스가 주입 보충이 되고 있는 바, 이렇게 주입되는 가스의 일부는 필연적으로 바로 가스배출부를 통해 배출이 될 수 밖에 없으며, 이에 따라 가스배출부를 향하는 유해가스의 배출 흐름이 주입된 가스에 의해 방해되면서 유해가스가 신속하면서도 원활하게 배출되기 어려운 문제점이 발생하게 되는 것이다.
본 발명은 상술한 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 제안되는 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 가스배출부가 슬라이딩 전후진 가능한 배기내관을 포함하도로 구성하여 수술도구의 조작에는 영향을 미치지 않으면서도 복강 내에서 발생된 유해가스는 복강 내에서 직접 배출이 될 수 있도록 함으로써 유해가스를 보다 신속하면서도 원활하게 배출시킬 수 있는 슬라이드배기식 수술도구 가이더포트를 제공하는 것이다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 과제해결수단으로서,
수술도구의 진입을 위한 도구진입부와, 복부팽창용 가스의 주입을 위한 가스주입부와, 복강 내부의 유해가스 배출을 위한 가스배출부가 포트몸체에 각각 형성되어, 각종 수술도구를 복강 내로 안전하게 안내하는 수술도구 가이더포트에 있어서, 상기 가스배출부는 상기 포트몸체에 연통 형성되는 배기외관과, 상기 배기외관에 전후진 슬라이딩 가능하게 삽입 설치되는 배기내관을 포함하여, 수술과정 중 유해가스가 발생되는 경우에, 상기 배기내관이 전진되어 포트몸체의 내부를 통해 복강까지 진입됨으로써 상기 배기내관을 통해 유해가스가 복강 내에서 직접 배기되도록 하는 슬라이드배기식 수술도구 가이더포트가 개시된다.
여기서, 상기 배기외관의 끝단에는 상기 배기내관이 통과되는 배기구가 형성되며, 상기 배기구의 내측면에는 걸림턱이 형성됨과 함께 상기 배기내관의 선단부에는 상기 걸림턱에 걸리면서 배기내관이 배기구로부터 이탈되는 것을 방지하는 돌출단이 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 슬라이드배기식 수술도구 가이더포트에 의하면,
배기내관을 복강 내부까지 슬라이딩 전진시켜 복강 내에서 유해가스가 바로 배출될 수 있도록 함으로써 가스주입부를 통해 주입되는 가스에 배출흐름을 전혀 방해받지 않으면서 신속하고 원활하게 유해가스가 배출이 되는 장점이 있다.
또한, 일반 수술과정에서는 배기내관이 후진되어 포트몸체로 진입되지 않으므로 수술도구의 조작에는 전혀 영향을 미치지 않는 장점이 있다.
아울러, 상기한 바와 같이 구체적으로 명시한 효과 이외에 본 발명의 특징적인 구성으로부터 용이하게 도출되고 기대될 수 있는 특유한 효과 또한 본 발명의 효과에 포함될 수 있음을 첨언한다.

이하에서, 첨부된 도면들을 참조하여 본 발명에 따른 슬라이드배기식 수술도구 가이더포트의 바람직한 실시예를 상세하게 설명하기로 한다.
본 실시예는 당업계에서 평균적인 지식을 가진 자에게 본 발명을 보다 완전하게 설명하기 위해서 제공되어지는 것으로서, 도면에서의 요소의 형상, 크기 등은 보다 명확한 설명을 강조하기 위해서 과장되거나 축소되어 표현될 수 있음을 유의하여야 한다.

상기한 도면들을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 슬라이드배기식 수술도구 가이더포트(100, 이하 “가이더포트”라 함.)는 먼저, 기본적인 구성으로서 종래와 동일하게 탄력성과 내구성이 우수한 우레탄시트 등으로 형성될 수 있는 포트몸체(10)를 포함하게 된다.
그리고 상기 포트몸체(10)에는 메스, 포셉, 내시경 등과 같은 각종 수술도구가 포트몸체(10)의 내부로 진입되도록 안내하는 도구진입부(20)가 적어도 하나 이상 형성이 될 수 있고, 또한, 환자의 복부팽창(기복형성)을 위한 가스가 주입되는 가스주입부(30)도 형성이 될 수 있다.
또한, 포트몸체(10)의 하단에는 가이더포트(100)의 설치시 환자의 수술구멍을 통과한 후 복강 내에서 복벽에 걸림으로써 포트몸체(10)를 지지해주는 지지링체(40)가 구비될 수 있다.
다만, 상기 포트몸체(10), 도구진입부(20), 가스주입부(30), 지지링체(40)는 모두 본 출원인의 등록특허 제10-1027546호, 제10-1027561호, 제10-1052644호 등에 이미 다양하게 개시된 구성부분으로서, 본 실시예 및 상기한 도면들에서는 설명의 편의를 위하여 그 중의 일 예만을 채용하여 예시한 것임을 이해할 필요가 있다.
따라서 상기 포트몸체(10), 도구진입부(20), 가스주입부(30), 지지링체(40)에 대한 보다 상세한 설명은 본 발명의 본질을 불필요하게 흐릴 수 있으므로 생략하기로 하며, 또한 상기한 도면들에 도시된 구성만으로 특별히 한정될 필요없이 종래기술로 이미 공지된 다양한 구성과 결합관계들로 이루어지는 것이 가능함을 충분히 이해할 수 있을 것이다.
다음으로, 본 발명의 특징적인 구성을 살펴보면, 본 발명의 가이더포트(100)는 배기외관(50)과 배기내관(60)으로 이루어진 가스배출부를 포함하게 된다.
이러한 가스배출부는 내시경 수술시 복강 내에서 발생하는 스모그 등의 유해가스를 배출하기 위한 것으로서, 상기 배기외관(50)은 상기 포트몸체(10)에 연통되도록 형성이 되고, 상기 배기내관(60)은 상기 배기외관(50)에 전후진 슬라이딩이 가능하게 삽입 설치되는 구성으로 이루어진다.
상기 배기내관(60)은 수술과정에서는 도 2에 도시된 것처럼 후진되어 포트몸체(10)로 진입되지 않고 그 선단부가 배기외관(50) 내에 위치됨으로써 포트몸체(10)를 통해 진입된 수술도구들과의 간섭을 방지하여 수술도구의 조작에 영향이 없도록 하고, 수술과정 중 복강 내에 유해가스가 발생된 경우에만 도 3과 같이 슬라이딩 전진이 되어 포트몸체(10)의 내부를 통해 복강까지 그 선단부가 진입됨으로써 복강 내에서 직접 유해가스를 배출할 수 있도록 작동된다.
이를 위해, 상기 배기외관(50)의 끝단에는 배기내관(60)이 슬라이딩하면서 통과되도록 지지하는 배기구(51)가 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 이렇게 배기구(51)를 관통하여 슬라이딩 전후진되는 배기내관(60)이 후진시에 배기구(51)에서 이탈이 되지 않도록 배기구(51)의 내측면에는 걸림턱(52)을 형성시키고, 배기내관(60)의 선단부에는 돌출단(61)을 형성시킬 수 있다.
그러면, 배기내관(60)을 잡아당겨 후진시키더라도 돌출단(61)이 걸림턱(52)에 걸리면서 배기내관(60)이 배기구(51)로부터 이탈되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
한편, 상기 배기내관(60)의 타단부에는 가스배출을 개폐하기 위한 개폐밸브(62)가 구비될 수 있는데, 이러한 개폐밸브(62)는 종래 다양한 구성이 공지되어 있으므로 특별한 제한없이 공지된 다양한 구성을 채용하는 것이 가능하다.
이상으로 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 구성을 살펴보았는 바, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 가이더포트(100)의 작용을 도 4를 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
우선, 배기내관(60)을 잡아당겨 포트몸체(10)에 진입되지 않도록 후진시킨 상태에서, 통상적인 가이더포트와 동일하게 지지링체(40)를 오무리거나 접어준 후, 환자의 수술구멍을 통해 복강 내로 진입시켜 줌으로써 가이더포트(100)를 설치한다.
그리고, 가스주입부(30)를 통해 복부팽창을 위한 가스를 투입시킨 후(기복 형성), 도구진입부(20)를 통해 내시경 등의 각종 수술도구(도면 미도시)를 복부 내로 진입시켜 내시경 수술을 진행하게 된다.
여기서, 각종 수술도구의 진입을 통해 내시경 수술을 진행하는 과정에서, 상기 배기내관(60)은 후진되어 포트몸체(10)의 내부로 진입되지 않고 배기외관(50) 내에 위치된 상태이므로 포트몸체(10)의 내부를 통해 복강으로 진입된 수술도구의 조작에는 어떠한 영향도 미치지 않게 됨을 알 수 있다.
한편, 수술과정에서 살이나 혈관을 태우는 등의 시술행위로 복강 내에 유해가스가 발생하게 되면, 배기내관(60)을 배기구(51)를 통해 밀어 넣어 그 선단부가 포트몸체(10)를 통해 복강 내부로 진입될 때까지 슬라이딩 전진을 시켜 준다.
이를 통해, 배기내관(60)의 선단부가 복강 내로 진입되어 위치가 되면, 개폐밸브(62)를 개방시켜 준다.
그러면, 발생된 유해가스는 복강 내에 진입되어 있던 상기 배기내관(60)을 통하여 바로 배출이 되면서, 가스주입부(30)로 주입 보충이 되는 가스에 관계없이 원활하면서도 신속하게 배출이 이루어지게 된다.
그리고, 상기 과정을 통해 유해가스의 신속한 배기가 이루어지고 나면, 다시 개폐밸브(62)를 폐쇄시키고, 배기내관(60)을 잡아당겨 원래의 위치로 슬라이딩 후진을 시킨 후에 계속적인 수술을 진행하면 되는 것이다.
이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이, 본 발명의 슬라이드배기식 수술도구 가이더포트에 따르면, 배기내관이 슬라이딩 전후진되면서 복강 내에 선택적으로 진입되므로 수술도구의 조작에는 전혀 영향을 미치지 않으면서도 유해가스는 신속하고 원활하게 배출시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있다.
이상으로 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 대하여 설명하였는데, 본 발명의 기술적 범위는 상술한 실시예 및 도면들에 기재된 내용으로 한정되는 것은 아니며, 해당 기술분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 수정 또는 변경된 등가의 구성은 본 발명의 기술적 사상의 범위를 벗어나지 않는 것이라 할 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 수술도구의 진입을 위한 도구진입부와, 복부팽창용 가스의 주입을 위한 가스주입부와, 복강 내부의 유해가스 배출을 위한 가스배출부가 포트몸체에 각각 형성되어, 각종 수술도구를 복강 내로 안전하게 안내하는 수술도구 가이더포트에 있어서,
    상기 가스배출부는 상기 포트몸체에 연통 형성되는 배기외관과, 상기 배기외관에 전후진 슬라이딩 가능하게 삽입 설치되는 배기내관을 포함하여,
    수술과정 중 유해가스가 발생되는 경우에, 상기 배기내관이 전진되어 포트몸체의 내부를 통해 복강까지 진입됨으로써 상기 배기내관을 통해 유해가스가 복강 내에서 직접 배기되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이드배기식 수술도구 가이더포트.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 배기외관의 끝단에는 상기 배기내관이 통과되는 배기구가 형성되며,
    상기 배기구의 내측면에는 걸림턱이 형성됨과 함께 상기 배기내관의 선단부에는 상기 걸림턱에 걸리면서 배기내관이 배기구로부터 이탈되는 것을 방지하는 돌출단이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이드배기식 수술도구 가이더포트.
