Abstract

Le progresseur de force proportionnelle est un système conçu pour l'accroissement de la force. L'application d'engrenage à denture hélicoïdale (D.T) est conçue entre les pignons d'un groupe et ceux appartenant au groupe suivant. Les pignons des deux groupes ont la même rotation et le même nombre de dents. Le champ d'application des pignons à denture hélicoïdale (D.T) doit rester en égalité momentanée. Ce principe de progression permet ainsi d'éviter le frottement et l'usure. Le système à crampons (C.P) et axes (A.X) présente des pignons à crampons (C.P) qui portent une pression sur des axes (A.X) maintenus par des roues circulaires. Le principe progressif de ce système repose sur la pression exercée par le pignon, dont le diamètre doit être supérieur à celui du pignon qui collecte la pression.
