Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Zwei-Komponenten-Polyurethanzusanunensetzung umfassend wenigstens ein in polaren Lösungsmitteln lösliches Additiv, insbesondere ein Biozid, umfassend die folgenden Schritte: a) Bereitstellen wenigstens eines Poyols; b) Hinzugeben wenigstens einer Lösung des polaren Lösungsmittels umfassend wenigstens ein in polaren Lösungsmitteln lösliches Additiv, insbesondere ein Biozid, und wenigstens eine Trägermaterial für das Additiv zu dem Polyol aus Schritt a); und c) bestimmungsgemässe Bereitstellung wenigstens eines Isocyanats für die Hinzugabe zu dem Gemisch aus Schritt b). Dieses Verfahren hat den Vorteil, dass Additive ohne zu agglomerieren oder auszufallen, ohne Nebenreaktionen und ohne zusätzlichen Trocknungsschritt in eine Zwei-Komponenten-Polyurethanzusammensetzung eingearbeitet werden können.
