본 발명은 슬러리가 적재되는 화물창에 사용되는 슬러리 필터 및 화물창 구조에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 수분이 빠져나갈 수 있는 통로를 넓게 확보하면서도 외력에 저항하는 내구성을 높일 수 있고 메인메쉬가 직접 외부의 상플레이트 및 하플레이트와 접촉하는 것을 방지하여 상플레이트 및 하플레이트에 작용하는 외력에 의해 메인메쉬가 손상되거나 변형되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 필터 모듈이 상판과 하판 사이에서 유동하지 않고 하판에 밀착되도록 하여 외력으로부터 필터 모듈이 손상되거나 변형되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 슬러리 필터 및 그 슬러리 필터가 적용된 슬러리 화물창 구조에 관한 것이다.
해안가에서 채취되는 모래나 슬러리 형태의 광물 등을 선박 등을 이용하여 장거리 운송하여야 하는 경우, 이를 운반하는 선박 등의 내부에는 모래나 슬러리 형태의 광물 등을 적재하여 보관할 수 있도록 화물창이 형성된다.
선박 등의 내부에 적재되는 위와 같은 슬러리 형태의 모래나 광물 등에는 슬러리에 다량의 수분이 포함되어 있기 때문에 슬러리에서 수분을 제거하지 않고 그대로 운송하게 되면 불필요한 수분이 많은 중량과 부피를 차지하게 되어 운송효율을 급격히 떨어뜨리는 문제를 안게 된다. 따라서, 화물창 내에 적재된 슬러리로부터 함유된 수분을 제거할 수 있도록 화물창에는 수분이 빠져나갈 수 있는 배수라인을 형성함은 물론 그 배수라인 입구에 슬러리로부터 수분만이 빠져나갈 수 있도록 필터링하는 슬러리 필터가 사용되고 있다.
그러나, 종래에 사용되는 슬러리 필터의 경우, 화물창에 적재된 슬러리의 하중 등에 의해 작용하는 외력 등으로부터 슬러리 필터가 쉽게 손상되거나 변형되는 내구성 문제가 빈번하게 발생하는 문제를 안고 있다.
또한, 슬러리 필터 자체가 외력으로부터 견디는 내구성에만 치중하는 경우 슬러리에 함유된 수분을 빠져나가게 하는 필터링 속도가 급격히 떨어지게 되고, 반대로 필터링 속도만을 위해 슬러리 필터에 형성되는 통공의 크기를 키우고 간격을 조밀하게 하는 경우에는 슬러리 필터 자체가 외력에 의해 쉽게 손상되거나 변형되는 내구성 문제를 안게 된다. 그리고, 메쉬 타입이 아닌 타공판 내부에 일정 사이즈의 스톤을 채워 슬러리에 함유된 수분이 일정 사이즈의 스톤을 통과하면서 필터링되도록 하는 기존 필터의 경우 역시 위와 같은 문제가 발생하게 된다.
또한, 슬러리가 적재되는 슬러리 화물창 자체의 구조에 있어서도, 통상 단면이 사각형 형태로 형성되는 슬러리 화물창에서 바닥면만을 이용하여 슬러리에 함유된 수분을 필터링 배출하는 경우, 바닥면에 형성된 슬러리 필터에 작용하는 하중이 보다 가중됨은 물론 수분의 필터링 배출속도 역시 떨어지게 된다. 그리고 사각형 형태의 단면을 갖는 슬러리 화물창 구조에서 바닥면과 측벽면이 만나는 코너 하부의 경우 슬러리에 함유된 수분이 쉽게 배출되지 못하고 잔존하는 구조적인 문제를 안게 된다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로,
본 발명의 목적은 슬러리에 포함된 굵은 입자와의 접촉 또는 외력 작용에 의한 압력 등으로부터 슬러리 필터의 메인메쉬를 보호하면서도 슬러리에 함유된 수분의 통과율은 높이는 슬러리 필터 및 그 슬러리 필터가 적용된 슬러리 화물창 구조를 제공한다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 외력으로부터 내부의 메쉬를 보호하는 상플레이트 및 하플레이트가 각각 직경 24㎜의 상기 통공의 중심이 한 변의 길이가 30㎜인 정삼각형의 각 꼭지점에 위치하는 패턴이 상하좌우 반복되는 형태로 플레이트상에 통공이 형성되도록 하여, 수분이 빠져나갈 수 있는 통로를 넓게 확보하면서도 외력에 저항하는 내구성을 높일 수 있는 슬러리 필터 및 그 슬러리 필터가 적용된 슬러리 화물창 구조를 제공한다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 상보호메쉬 및 하보호메쉬가 각각 가로재와 세로재가 격자형태로 형성되는 형태로 상기 상플레이트와 메인메쉬 및 하플레이트와 메인메쉬 사이에 각각 밀착되어, 상기 메인메쉬가 직접 외부의 상플레이트 및 하플레이트와 접촉하는 것을 방지하여 상플레이트 및 하플레이트에 작용하는 외력에 의해 메인메쉬가 손상되거나 변형되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 슬러리 필터 및 그 슬러리 필터가 적용된 슬러리 화물창 구조를 제공한다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 상판과 필터 모듈 사이에 간격재를 포함하여, 상기 필터 모듈이 상판과 하판 사이에서 유동하지 않고 하판에 밀착되도록 하여 상판에 작용하는 외력으로부터 필터 모듈이 손상되거나 변형되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 슬러리 필터 및 그 슬러리 필터가 적용된 슬러리 화물창 구조를 제공한다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 바닥면에 슬러리 필터가 일정 간격으로 형성됨은 물론 측벽면에는 제2 슬러리 필터가 포함된 제2 배수라인이 형성되도록 하여 바닥면을 통해 슬러리에 함유된 수분을 배출할 수 있음은 물론 측벽면에 형성된 제2 배수라인을 통해서 슬러리 위로 올라오는 수분을 직접 배출할 수 있도록 하여 화물창 내 적재되는 슬러리로부터 수분을 신속하게 배출할 수 있는 슬러리 화물창 구조를 제공한다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 슬러리 화물창의 바닥면에 형성되는 상기 슬러리 필터가 필터 바디 상판의 설치레벨이 슬러리 화물창 바닥면과 동일한 레벨을 이루도록 형성되어, 화물창 바닥면에 수분이 잔존하는 것을 방지할 수 있는 슬러리 화물창 구조를 제공한다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 슬러리 화물창의 바닥면과 측벽면이 만나는 지점에 경사지게 형성되는 경사측벽면을 형성하고 상기 경사측벽면에 상기 슬러리 필터를 일정 간격으로 형성하여, 바닥면과 측벽면이 만나는 코너 하부에서도 슬러리에 함유된 수분이 용이하게 빠져나가도록 하는 슬러리 화물창 구조를 제공한다.
상술한 본 발명의 목적을 달성하기 위한 슬러리 필터 및 그 슬러리 필터가 적용된 슬러리 화물창 구조는 다음과 같은 구성을 포함한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 슬러리 필터는 상판과 하판이 결합하여 형성되는 필터 바디와, 상기 필터 바디 내에 수용되며 슬러리에 함유된 수분이 통과하여 빠져나가도록 하는 필터 모듈을 포함하며, 상기 필터 모듈은 일정 크기의 통공이 일정 간격으로 형성되어 일정 크기 이상의 굵은 입자는 걸러지도록 하면서 외력으로부터 내부의 메쉬를 보호하는 상플레이트 및 하플레이트와, 상기 상플레이트와 하플레이트 사이에 위치하며 수분이 아닌 입자는 통과하지 못하도록 미세공이 일정 간격으로 형성된 메인메쉬와, 상기 상플레이트와 메인메쉬 및 하플레이트와 메인메쉬 사이에 각각 위치하여 상기 메인메쉬를 보호하는 상보호메쉬 및 하보호메쉬를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따르면, 본 발명에 따른 슬러리 필터에 있어서 상기 상플레이트 및 하플레이트는 각각 직경 24㎜의 상기 통공의 중심이 한 변의 길이가 30㎜인 정삼각형의 각 꼭지점에 위치하는 패턴이 상하좌우 반복되는 형태로 플레이트상에 통공이 형성되어, 수분이 빠져나갈 수 있는 통로를 넓게 확보하면서도 외력에 저항하는 내구성을 높일 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따르면, 본 발명에 따른 슬러리 필터에 있어서 상기 상보호메쉬 및 하보호메쉬는 각각 가로재와 세로재가 격자형태로 형성되는 형태로 상기 상플레이트와 메인메쉬 및 하플레이트와 메인메쉬 사이에 각각 밀착되어, 상기 메인메쉬가 직접 외부의 상플레이트 및 하플레이트와 접촉하는 것을 방지하여 상플레이트 및 하플레이트에 작용하는 외력에 의해 메인메쉬가 손상되거나 변형되는 것을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따르면, 본 발명에 따른 슬러리 필터는 상기 상판과 필터 모듈 사이에 간격재를 포함하여, 상기 필터 모듈이 상판과 하판 사이에서 유동하지 않고 하판에 밀착되도록 하여 상판에 작용하는 외력으로부터 필터 모듈이 손상되거나 변형되는 것을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 슬러리 필터가 적용된 슬러리 화물창 구조는 위 슬러리 필터가 바닥면에 일정 간격으로 형성되고, 상기 바닥면에서 수직으로 연장되는 측벽면에는 높이 방향을 따라 일정 간격으로 제2 슬러리 필터가 포함된 제2 배수라인이 형성되며, 상기 제2 슬러리 필터는 일정 크기의 통공이 일정 간격으로 형성되어 일정 크기 이상의 굵은 입자는 걸러지도록 하면서 외력으로부터 내부의 메쉬를 보호하는 상플레이트 및 하플레이트와, 상기 상플레이트와 하플레이트 사이에 위치하며 수분이 아닌 입자는 통과하지 못하도록 미세공이 일정 간격으로 형성된 메인메쉬와, 상기 상플레이트와 메인메쉬 및 하플레이트와 메인메쉬 사이에 각각 위치하여 상기 메인메쉬를 보호하는 상보호메쉬 및 하보호메쉬를 포함하는 필터 모듈이 케이스 내에 수용되는 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따르면, 상기 슬러리 화물창 구조는 바닥면에 형성되는 상기 슬러리 필터가 필터 바디 상판의 설치레벨이 슬러리 화물창 바닥면과 동일한 레벨을 이루도록 형성되어, 화물창 바닥면에 수분이 잔존하는 것을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따르면, 상기 슬러리 화물창 구조는 상기 바닥면과 측벽면이 만나는 지점에 경사지게 형성되는 경사측벽면을 형성하고, 상기 경사측벽면에 상기 슬러리 필터를 일정 간격으로 형성하여, 바닥면과 측벽면이 만나는 코너 하부에서도 슬러리에 함유된 수분이 용이하게 빠져나가도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명은 앞서 본 실시예와 하기에 설명할 구성과 결합, 사용관계에 의해 다음과 같은 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

이하에서는 본 발명에 따른 슬러리 필터 및 그 슬러리 필터가 적용된 슬러리 화물창 구조의 바람직한 실시예들을 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다. 하기에서 본 발명을 설명함에 있어서 공지 기능 또는 구성에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 불필요하게 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우에는 그 상세한 설명을 생략하도록 한다.
도 1 내지 9를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 슬러리 필터(10)는 상판(111)과 하판(112)이 결합하여 형성되는 필터 바디(110)와; 상기 필터 바디(110) 내에 수용되며 슬러리(2)에 함유된 수분(3)이 통과하여 빠져나가도록 하는 필터 모듈(120);을 포함하며, 상기 필터 모듈(120)은 일정 크기의 통공(1221)이 일정 간격으로 형성되어 일정 크기 이상의 굵은 입자는 걸러지도록 하면서 외력으로부터 내부의 메쉬를 보호하는 상플레이트(122) 및 하플레이트(126)와, 상기 상플레이트(122)와 하플레이트(126) 사이에 위치하며 수분이 아닌 입자는 통과하지 못하도록 미세공(1241)이 일정 간격으로 형성된 메인메쉬(124)와, 상기 상플레이트(122)와 메인메쉬(124) 및 하플레이트(126)와 메인메쉬(124) 사이에 각각 위치하여 상기 메인메쉬(124)를 보호하는 상보호메쉬(123) 및 하보호메쉬(125)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 필터 바디(110)는 상판(111)과 하판(112)이 결합하여 형성되며, 내부에 후술할 필터 모듈(120)이 수용되는 본 발명에 따른 슬러리 필터(10)의 외부 골격프레임을 형성하는 구성으로, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 필터 바디(110)는 내부에 필터 모듈(120)을 포함하면서 상판(111)과 하판(112)이 각각 필터 모듈(120)의 상하를 둘러싸며 볼트 등에 결합하여 형성될 수 있다. 상기 상판(111) 및 하판(112)은 모두 적재된 슬러리로부터 작용하는 하중에 견딜 수 있을 정도의 내구성을 갖도록 강성을 갖는 강재(특히, 수분에 의한 부식을 방지하기 위한 방청기능을 포함하는 스테인레스 스틸 소재) 등으로 형성되게 된다. 도 2 등에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 필터 바디(110) 내에 수용되는 필터 모듈(120)의 경우 적재된 슬러리로부터의 하중을 직접 받는 상기 상판(111)으로부터는 일정 간격 이격되게 형성되며 동시에 필터 모듈(120)이 필터 바디(110) 내에서 유동하지 않고 고정될 수 있도록, 상기 상판(111)과 필터 모듈(120) 사이에 간격재(130)를 포함하여, 상기 필터 모듈(120)이 상판(111)과 하판(112) 사이에서 유동하지 않고 하판(112) 측에 밀착되도록 하여 상판(111)에 작용하는 외력으로부터 필터 모듈(120)이 손상되거나 변형되는 것을 방지하도록 할 수 있다.
상기 간격재(130)는 별도의 구성으로 상기 상판(111)과 필터 모듈(120) 사이에 위치고정될 수도 있으며, 다른 방식으로는 상기 상판(111)의 밑면으로부터 돌출되어 필터 모듈(120)의 상부를 가압하는 타입으로 형성될 수도 있다. 이와 같이 상기 간격재(130)를 통해 필터 바디(110) 내에 수용되는 필터 모듈(120)이 적재된 슬러리로부터의 하중을 직접 받는 상기 상판(111)으로부터는 일정 간격 이격되도록 함과 동시에 아울러 필터 모듈(120)이 필터 바디(110) 내에서 유동하지 않고 하판(112)측에 밀착되어 고정되도록 함으로써, 상판(111) 위에 적재된 슬러리의 하중 등에 의해 작용하는 외력으로부터 내부에 수용된 필터 모듈(120)이 손상되거나 변형되는 것을 방지할 수 있게 된다. 상기 간격재(130)는 일정 간격으로 필터 모듈(120)의 상부 전체면을 고루 가압할 수 있도록 위치하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 필터 모듈(120)은 상기 필터 바디(110) 내에 수용되며 슬러리(2)에 함유된 수분(3)이 통과하여 빠져나가도록 하는 구성으로, 이를 위해 상기 필터 모듈(120)은 별도의 케이스(121) 내에 플레이트 및 메쉬가 적층된 다층 구조를 이루게 되는데, 보다 구체적으로는 일정 크기의 통공(1221)이 일정 간격으로 형성되어 일정 크기 이상의 굵은 입자는 걸러지도록 하면서 외력으로부터 내부의 메쉬를 보호하는 상플레이트(122) 및 하플레이트(126)와, 상기 상플레이트(122)와 하플레이트(126) 사이에 위치하며 수분이 아닌 입자는 통과하지 못하도록 미세공(1241)이 일정 간격으로 형성된 메인메쉬(124)와, 상기 상플레이트(122)와 메인메쉬(124) 및 하플레이트(126)와 메인메쉬(124) 사이에 각각 위치하여 상기 메인메쉬(124)를 보호하는 상보호메쉬(123) 및 하보호메쉬(125)가 순차적으로 적층된 다층 구조로 형성될 수 있다.
상기 상플레이트(122) 및 하플레이트(126)는 일정 크기의 통공(1221)이 일정 간격으로 형성되어 일정 크기 이상의 굵은 입자는 걸러지도록 하면서 외력으로부터 내부의 메쉬를 보호하는 구성으로, 도 3 및 4에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 상플레이트(122) 및 하플레이트(126)는 적층구조를 형성하는 상기 필터 모듈(120)에서 가장 상측과 하측에 적층되어 필터 모듈(120)을 감싸는 케이스(121)와 맞닿게 되므로, 외부에서 작용하는 하중이나 충격을 직접 받으면서 그 충격이 후술할 메인메쉬(124) 등에 전달되지 않도록 충격을 일차적으로 흡수하는 보호재로서의 기능을 수행하게 된다. 따라서, 상기 상플레이트(122) 및 하플레이트(126)는 충분한 내구성을 확보할 수 있는 일정 두께 이상(3.2t 이상)을 갖는 스테인레스 재질의 강재로 형성됨이 바람직하다. 상기 상플레이트(122) 및 하플레이트(126) 상에는 적재된 슬러리에 포함된 수분이 메인메쉬(124)까지 도달하여 전달될 수 있도록 각각 통공(1221)이 형성되는데, 본 발명에서는 특히 상기 상플레이트(122) 및 하플레이트(126)가 수분이 빠져나갈 수 있는 통로는 넓게 확보하면서도 외력에 저항하는 내구성을 높일 수 있도록 통공(1221)이 형성되는 크기 및 간격을 특별히 한정하고 있는데, 구체적으로 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 직경 24㎜의 상기 통공(1221)의 중심이 한 변의 길이가 30㎜인 정삼각형의 각 꼭지점에 위치하는 패턴이 상하좌우 반복되는 형태(즉, 한 라인을 따라 정삼각형과 역삼각형 패턴이 순차로 연접하여 반복되는 형태)로 상플레이트(122) 및 하플레이트(126) 상에 통공(1221)이 형성되도록 특정하고 있다. 이와 같은 패턴으로 상기 상플레이트(122) 및 하플레이트(126) 상에 통공(1221)을 형성시킴으로써, 본 발명의 필터 모듈(120)에 사용되는 상기 상플레이트(122) 및 하플레이트(126)는 각각 수분이 빠져나갈 수 있는 통로를 넓게 확보하면서도 외력에 저항하는 내구성을 높일 수 있는 특징을 갖게 된다.
상기 메인메쉬(124)는 상기 상플레이트(122)와 하플레이트(126) 사이에 위치하며 수분이 아닌 입자는 통과하지 못하도록 미세공(1241)이 일정 간격으로 형성된 구성으로, 본 발명의 상기 필터 모듈(120)에서 실질적으로 슬러리에 포함된 수분만이 통과하여 빠져나갈 수 있도록 하는 필터링 기능을 수행하는 주요 구성에 해당한다. 따라서, 본 발명에서는 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 필터 모듈(120)에서 상기 메인메쉬(124)를 하중이나 충격에 의한 손상, 변형으로부터 보호할 수 있도록 상기 상플레이트(122) 및 하플레이트(126)나 후술할 상보호메쉬(123) 및 하보호메쉬(125)와 같은 구성들을 메인메쉬(124) 상하에 각각 겹겹이 적층하여 하나의 필터 모듈(120)을 형성시키고 있다. 상기 메인메쉬(124)에 형성되는 미세공(1241)의 크기는 통상 75㎛ 내외로 형성됨이 바람직하다.
상기 상보호메쉬(123) 및 하보호메쉬(125)는 상기 상플레이트(122)와 메인메쉬(124) 및 하플레이트(126)와 메인메쉬(124) 사이에 각각 위치하여 상기 메인메쉬(124)를 보호하는 기능을 수행하는 구성으로, 이를 위해 상기 상보호메쉬(123) 및 하보호메쉬(125)는 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 각각 가로재(1231)와 세로재(1232)가 격자형태로 형성되는 형태로 형성되어 상기 상플레이트(122)와 메인메쉬(124) 및 하플레이트(126)와 메인메쉬(124) 사이에 각각 상기 상보호메쉬(123) 및 하보호메쉬(125)가 밀착되어, 상기 메인메쉬(124)가 직접 최외곽층의 상플레이트(122) 및 하플레이트(126)와 접촉하는 것을 방지하여 상플레이트(122) 및 하플레이트(126)에 작용하는 외력에 의해 메인메쉬(124) 자체가 손상되거나 변형되는 것을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있도록 한다. 즉, 상기 상보호메쉬(123) 및 하보호메쉬(125)는 각각 상기 메인메쉬(124)가 최외곽의 상플레이트(122) 및 하플레이트(126)와 직접 맞닿아 상플레이트(122) 및 하플레이트(126)가 받는 하중과 충격에 의해 메인메쉬(124)가 직접 손상 또는 변형되는 것을 방지하는 차단막과 완충재 기능을 수행하는 구성이라 할 수 있다.
본 발명의 다른 실시예에서는 상기 슬러리 필터(10)가 적용되는 새로운 형태의 슬러리 화물창(1) 구조를 제시하고 있는데, 도 6 내지 9를 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 슬러리 화물창(1)은 상기 슬러리 필터(10)가 바닥면(30)에 일정 간격으로 형성되면서 적재된 슬러리(2)에 함유된 수분(3)을 배출하는 배수라인(20)을 형성하고, 상기 바닥면(30)에서 수직으로 연장되는 측벽면(60)에는 높이 방향을 따라 일정 간격으로 제2 슬러리 필터(40)가 포함된 제2 배수라인(50)이 형성되며, 상기 제2 슬러리 필터(40)는 일정 크기의 통공(1221)이 일정 간격으로 형성되어 일정 크기 이상의 굵은 입자는 걸러지도록 하면서 외력으로부터 내부의 메쉬를 보호하는 상플레이트(122) 및 하플레이트(126)와, 상기 상플레이트(122)와 하플레이트(126) 사이에 위치하며 수분이 아닌 입자는 통과하지 못하도록 미세공(1241)이 일정 간격으로 형성된 메인메쉬(124)와, 상기 상플레이트(122)와 메인메쉬(124) 및 하플레이트(126)와 메인메쉬(124) 사이에 각각 위치하여 상기 메인메쉬(124)를 보호하는 상보호메쉬(123) 및 하보호메쉬(125)를 포함하는 필터 모듈(120)이 케이스(121) 내에 수용되는 형태로 형성될 수 있다.
상기 슬러리 화물창(1)의 바닥면(30)에는 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 슬러리 필터(10)가 바닥면(30) 전체에 걸쳐 일정 간격으로 배치되고, 바닥면(30)에 배치된 다수의 슬러리 필터(10) 상호 간을 연결하는 배수라인(20)을 통해, 상기 슬러리 필터(10)를 통해 필터링되어 유출되는 화물창() 내 슬러리(2)에 함유된 수분(3)을 취합하여 배출시키게 된다. 이때, 본 발명에서는 특히 슬러리 화물창(1)의 바닥면(30)에 상기 슬러리 필터(10)를 배치시킴에 있어, 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 슬러리 화물창(1)의 바닥면(30)에 형성되는 상기 슬러리 필터(10)가 필터 바디(110) 상판(111)의 설치레벨(즉, 상기 상판(111)의 가장 윗면의 설치높이)이 슬러리 화물창(1) 바닥면(30)과 동일한 레벨을 이루도록(즉, 상기 상판(111)의 가장 윗면의 설치높이가 바닥면(30)과 동일한 높이를 이루도록) 상기 슬러리 필터(10)가 슬러리 화물창(1)의 바닥면(30)에 매입,형성되도록 함으로써, 화물창 바닥면(30)에 수분(3)이 계속 잔존하게 되는 것을 방지하게 된다. 즉, 화물창 바닥면(30)에 상기 슬러리 필터(10)를 형성함에 있어 슬러리 필터(10)의 설치레벨이 바닥면(30)의 레벨보다 높게 되면, 화물창 바닥면(30)에 있는 슬러리(2)에 함유된 수분(3)은 항상 상기 슬러리 필터(10)를 통해 배출되지 못하고 화물창 바닥면(30)에 고여 있게 되므로 이로 인해 바닥면(30)이 보다 빨리 부식되는 등의 내구성 문제를 유발하게 되므로 본 발명에서는 위와 같은 설치구조를 통해 이러한 문제를 방지하게 된다.
상기 슬러리 화물창(1)의 측벽면(60)에는 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 높이 방향을 따라 일정 간격으로 제2 슬러리 필터(40)가 포함된 제2 배수라인(50)이 형성되는데, 도 6에서 볼 수 있는 바와 같이 슬러리 화물창(1) 내에 적재되는 슬러리(2)에는 많은 양의 수분(3)이 포함되어 있으면서 슬러리 화물창(1) 내에 적재된 다음에는 슬러리(2) 내 무거운 입자는 아래로 향하고 수분(3)은 통상 위로 향하게 되므로, 슬러리 화물창(1)에 적재된 슬러리(2)의 적재높이, 보다 구체적으로는 슬러리(2) 위로 모여 있는 수분(3)의 높이에 연동하여 상기 측벽면(60)의 높이 방향을 따라 일정 간격으로 형성된 상기 제2 배수라인(50)의 개폐밸브를 순차적으로 조절한다면 슬러리 화물창(1) 내에서 슬러리(2) 위로 상승한 수분(3)만을 빠르고 효과적으로 제2 배수라인(50)을 통해 배출할 수 있게 된다.
상기 제2 슬러리 필터(40)는 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 제2 배수라인(50)을 통해 슬러리 화물창(1) 내에 적재된 슬러리(2)에 함유된 수분 내지는 슬러리(2) 위로 상승한 수분(3)을 배출할 시에 제2 배수라인(50)을 통해 수분(3)만이 통과하여 필터링될 수 있도록 제2 배수라인(50) 내에 부착되는 필터 부재로, 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 제2 슬러리 필터(40)가 갖는 고유한 구조적 특징인 필터 모듈 내 '상플레이트-상보호메쉬-메인메쉬-하보호메쉬-하플레이트'의 적층구조 및 구성들은 앞서 설명한 상기 슬러리 필터(10)의 구성들(케이스(121), 상플레이트(122), 상보호메쉬(123), 메인메쉬(124), 하보호메쉬(125), 하플레이트(126))과 동일한 구성들인바, 이하에서는 중복기재를 피하기 위해 구체적 설명은 생략하도록 한다. 도 8에 도시된 대로, 상기 제2 슬러리 필터(40)가 상기 제2 배수라인(50) 내에 부착됨으로써, 상기 제2 배수라인(50)을 통해 슬러리 화물창(1) 내에 적재된 슬러리(2)에 함유된 수분 내지는 슬러리(2) 위로 상승한 수분(3)을 배출할 시에 상기 제2 슬러리 필터(40)에 의해 수분(3)만이 통과하여 배출되게 된다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 상기 슬러리 화물창(1)에서는 상기 바닥면(30)과 측벽면(60)이 만나는 지점에 경사지게 형성되는 경사측벽면(70)을 형성하고, 상기 경사측벽면(70)에 상기 슬러리 필터(10)를 일정 간격으로 형성함으로써, 바닥면(30)과 측벽면(60)이 만나는 슬러리 화물창(1)의 코너 하부에서도 슬러리(2)에 함유된 수분(3)이 용이하게 빠져나가도록 하고 있다.
통상 단면이 사각형 형태로 형성되는 통상적인 슬러리 화물창에서 바닥면만을 이용하여(즉, 바닥면에만 슬러리 필터를 배치하여) 슬러리에 함유된 수분을 필터링 배출하는 경우에는, 바닥면에 형성된 슬러리 필터에 작용하는 하중이 보다 가중됨은 물론 수분의 필터링 배출속도 역시 떨어지게 되며, 특히 사각형 형태의 단면을 갖는 슬러리 화물창 구조에서 바닥면과 측벽면이 만나는 코너 하부의 경우에는 슬러리에 함유된 수분이 바닥면의 슬러리 필터를 통해 쉽게 배출되지 못하고 잔존하게 되는 구조적인 문제를 안게 되는바, 본 발명에서는 위와 같은 구조적인 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 하기 위해 앞서 설명한 바와 같이, 상기 바닥면(30)과 측벽면(60)이 만나는 지점에 경사지게 형성되는 경사측벽면(70)을 형성하고 상기 경사측벽면(70)에 상기 슬러리 필터(10)를 일정 간격으로 형성함으로써, 바닥면(30)과 측벽면(60)이 만나는 슬러리 화물창(1)의 코너 하부에서도 슬러리(2)에 함유된 수분(3)이 용이하게 빠져나갈 수 있도록 하는 특징을 갖게 된다.
이상에서, 출원인은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예들을 설명하였지만, 이와 같은 실시예들은 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 구현하는 일 실시예일 뿐이며 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 구현하는 한 어떠한 변경예 또는 수정예도 본 발명의 범위에 속하는 것으로 해석되어야 한다.

Claims (7)

  1. 상판과 하판이 결합하여 형성되는 필터 바디와,
    상기 필터 바디 내에 수용되며 슬러리에 함유된 수분이 통과하여 빠져나가도록 하는 필터 모듈을 포함하며,
    상기 필터 모듈은 일정 크기의 통공이 일정 간격으로 형성되어 일정 크기 이상의 굵은 입자는 걸러지도록 하면서 외력으로부터 내부의 메쉬를 보호하는 상플레이트 및 하플레이트와, 상기 상플레이트와 하플레이트 사이에 위치하며 수분이 아닌 입자는 통과하지 못하도록 미세공이 일정 간격으로 형성된 메인메쉬와, 상기 상플레이트와 메인메쉬 및 하플레이트와 메인메쉬 사이에 각각 위치하여 상기 메인메쉬를 보호하는 상보호메쉬 및 하보호메쉬를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리 필터.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 상플레이트 및 하플레이트는 각각 직경 24㎜의 상기 통공의 중심이 한 변의 길이가 30㎜인 정삼각형의 각 꼭지점에 위치하는 패턴이 상하좌우 반복되는 형태로 플레이트상에 통공이 형성되어, 수분이 빠져나갈 수 있는 통로를 넓게 확보하면서도 외력에 저항하는 내구성을 높일 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리 필터.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 상보호메쉬 및 하보호메쉬는 각각 가로재와 세로재가 격자형태로 형성되는 형태로 상기 상플레이트와 메인메쉬 및 하플레이트와 메인메쉬 사이에 각각 밀착되어, 상기 메인메쉬가 직접 외부의 상플레이트 및 하플레이트와 접촉하는 것을 방지하여 상플레이트 및 하플레이트에 작용하는 외력에 의해 메인메쉬가 손상되거나 변형되는 것을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리 필터.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 슬러리 필터는 상기 상판과 필터 모듈 사이에 간격재를 포함하여, 상기 필터 모듈이 상판과 하판 사이에서 유동하지 않고 하판에 밀착되도록 하여 상판에 작용하는 외력으로부터 필터 모듈이 손상되거나 변형되는 것을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리 필터.
  5. 제 1 내지 4 항 중 어느 하나의 항의 슬러리 필터가 바닥면에 일정 간격으로 형성되고,
    상기 바닥면에서 수직으로 연장되는 측벽면에는 높이 방향을 따라 일정 간격으로 제2 슬러리 필터가 포함된 제2 배수라인이 형성되며,
    상기 제2 슬러리 필터는 일정 크기의 통공이 일정 간격으로 형성되어 일정 크기 이상의 굵은 입자는 걸러지도록 하면서 외력으로부터 내부의 메쉬를 보호하는 상플레이트 및 하플레이트와, 상기 상플레이트와 하플레이트 사이에 위치하며 수분이 아닌 입자는 통과하지 못하도록 미세공이 일정 간격으로 형성된 메인메쉬와, 상기 상플레이트와 메인메쉬 및 하플레이트와 메인메쉬 사이에 각각 위치하여 상기 메인메쉬를 보호하는 상보호메쉬 및 하보호메쉬를 포함하는 필터 모듈이 케이스 내에 수용되는 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리 화물창 구조.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서,
    상기 슬러리 화물창 구조는 바닥면에 형성되는 상기 슬러리 필터가 필터 바디 상판의 설치레벨이 슬러리 화물창 바닥면과 동일한 레벨을 이루도록 형성되어, 화물창 바닥면에 수분이 잔존하는 것을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리 화물창 구조.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 슬러리 화물창 구조는 상기 바닥면과 측벽면이 만나는 지점에 경사지게 형성되는 경사측벽면을 형성하고,
    상기 경사측벽면에 상기 슬러리 필터를 일정 간격으로 형성하여, 바닥면과 측벽면이 만나는 코너 하부에서도 슬러리에 함유된 수분이 용이하게 빠져나가도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리 화물창 구조.
