- a composite profile 1 (eg a window frame) with a first profile part 2 in the form of a window frame profile outer part and a second profile part 4 in the form of a window frame.
- the first profile part 2 and the second profile part 4 each extend in the longitudinal direction Z.
- the two profile parts 2, 4 are located in the height direction Y, which is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction Z, opposite.
- the profile parts 2, 4 are connected to each other by two insulating webs 6, which extend in the height direction Y between the profile parts 2, 4 and in the longitudinal direction Z.
- a cavity 100 is formed, which extends in the longitudinal direction Z.
- the insulating webs 6 have a first height hl in the height direction Y on.
- the cavity 100 in this embodiment also extends in the height direction Y with the first height hl. In the transverse direction Y, the cavity 100 is limited by the first distance a1 of the insulating ribs 6 from each other.
- the first profile part 2 and the second profile part 4 may have different temperatures or be exposed to different temperatures.
- a heat conduction or heat transfer between the profile parts therefore takes place mainly in the height direction Y.
- the heat conduction takes place, as described above, on the one hand directly through the insulating webs 6 and on the other hand by convection and radiation through the cavity 100th
- the insulating web 6 has an insulating web profile 8, which extends in the longitudinal direction Z and is adapted for fixed connection to the first profile part 2 and the second profile part 4 for connecting the same in the height direction Y.

- the recordings 2a, 4a of the profile parts 2, 4 have a complementary dovetail shape in the rolled-up state.
- the insulating bars 6 are therefore connected in a known manner with the profile parts 2, 4 by rolling.
- the profile parts 2, 4 and the insulating webs 6 define a closed in cross-section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction Z cavity 100th
- a Isolierstegprofil 8 according to the first embodiment further has an inner side 8d, which faces the cavity 100 and the opposite Isolierstegprofil 8.
- an insulating body 10 is attached or formed on the inside 8d of the insulating web profile 8.
- the insulating body 10 extends in the longitudinal direction Z with a constant cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction Z.
- the insulating body 10 extends in the transverse direction X away from the inner side 8d with a second width b2. That is, the insulator protrudes into the cavity 100 having the second width b2.
- the insulating body 10 has a third height h3 in the height direction Y.
- the third height h3 is smaller than the first height hl of the insulating strip profile 8, more preferably smaller than the second height h2 of the middle section 8c.
- the third height h3 is therefore preferably selected so that the insulating body 10 does not touch the profile parts 1, 2 in the assembled state of the composite profile.
- the insulating body 10 has a first base wall 12 (first insulating body wall) and a second base wall 14 (second insulating body wall).
- the base walls 12, 14 are planar and extend perpendicular to the height direction Y (ie in the transverse direction X) with the second width b2 and in the longitudinal direction Z with a constant cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction Z.
- the first base wall 12 is at a second distance a2 is arranged in the height direction Y parallel to the second base wall 14.
- the base walls have a first thickness (wall thickness) dl.
- the first base wall 12 On one of the inner side 8d of the Isolierstegprofils 8 facing edge of the first base wall 12, the first base wall 12 has a first angled mounting portion 12a.
- the first angled mounting portion 12 a extends perpendicular to the transverse direction X with a constant cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction Z in the longitudinal direction Z.
- the first angled fastening region 12a of the first base wall 12 extends with a fourth height h4 in the height direction Y from the side of the first base wall 12 facing away from the second base wall 14.
- the second base wall 14 has a second angled mounting region 14a.
- the second angled mounting portion 14a is also formed on the inner side 8d of the Isolierstegprofils 8 facing edge of the second base wall 14 and extends perpendicular to the transverse direction X with a constant cross-section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction Z in the longitudinal direction Z.
- the second angled connecting portion 14a extends on the side facing away from the first base wall 12 of the second base wall 14 with a fifth height h5 in the height direction Y.
- a first partition wall 16 is formed or arranged.
- the first partition wall 16 extends in the longitudinal direction Z with a constant cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction Z.
- the first partition wall 16 is alternately connected in its transverse direction X with the first base wall 12 and the second base wall 14. That is, in this embodiment, the first partition wall 16 extends "zigzag" between the first base wall 12 and the second base wall 14 in the transverse direction X.
- the partition wall 16 is over a plurality (here five) first connection areas 18 with the first one
- Each adjacent first connecting portions 18 have a third distance a3 to each other in the transverse direction X.
- the transverse outer portions 18 are near or on the respective edge of the first base wall 12 in the transverse direction X.
- the partition is 16 are connected to the second base wall 14 through a plurality of (here four) second connection portions 22 which are offset in the transverse direction X between the first connection portions 18 but offset in the height direction Y due to the arrangement on the second base wall 14.
- the second connection portions 22 are arrange with the third distance a3 in the transverse direction X to each other et, wherein each second connection region 22 has a distance (a3) / 2 in the transverse direction X to the respectively adjacent first connection region 18.
- Each of the first connection portions 18 and the second connection portion 22 extends straight in the longitudinal direction Z. Due to the described arrangement, between each two adjacent to the first base wall 12 first connecting portions 18 by the first base wall 12 and the first partition wall 16, a first cavity 20 is limited.
- a second cavity 24 is defined between each two adjacent to the second base wall 14 second connecting portions 22 through the second base wall 14 and the first partition wall 16.
- first and second cavities 20, 24 can thus be formed.
- Both the first cavities 20 and the second cavities 24 extend in the longitudinal direction Z with a constant cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction Z.
- the cavities have in this embodiment, seen in cross section to the longitudinal direction Z, the shape of an isosceles triangle, in which the base is formed respectively by a portion of the base wall 12, 14 between two adjacent connection portions 18, 22 having a length in the transverse direction X corresponding to the third distance a3, and the equilateral legs are formed by the partition wall 16, respectively.
- the height of this equilateral triangle corresponds essentially to the second distance a2 between the first base wall 12 and the second base wall 14 in the height direction Y.
- An angle ⁇ between the partition wall 16 or the legs and the base wall 12, 14 is approximately 60 ° here so that an equilateral triangle is formed.
- a further end cavity 26, 28 is formed due to the "zigzag" shape of the partition, which corresponds to half of one of the first or second cavities 20,24.
- a cover or a closure cap can optionally be placed on the end faces of the insulating body 10 in the longitudinal direction Z, which serves to close the cavities 20, 24. This can prevent that, for example, in a pretreatment for powder coating of the insulating bars in a bath liquid in the cavities 20, 24 penetrates.
- the base walls 12, 14 are made of a first film of a first plastic film material or are a first film of the first film material and have a first thickness dl.
- the partition wall 16 is formed of a second film of a second plastic film material or a second film of the second film material, which corresponds to the first in this embodiment, and has a second thickness d2.
- the first connection regions 18 and second connection regions 20 in this embodiment are welded joints, which are preferably produced by laser welding.
- the base walls 12, 14 and / or the partition wall 8 wholly or partially of laser light absorbing and / or laser light permeable or in transparent and / or transparent plastic material can be prepared so that a welding by means of a laser by melting the partition wall 16 and / or the base walls 12, 14 can be made.
- the welding is preferably continuous in the longitudinal direction. But it is also possible to provide these only in sections.
- the insulating body 10 formed as described is designed to be self-supporting and structurally rigid due to the described structure of base walls 12, 14, which are connected to one another by the "zigzag" -shaped partition 18.
- the individual cavities or connecting areas are preferably made airtight.
- the insulating body 10 is fixed to the inner side 8d of the insulating rib profile 8 by the first fixing portion 12a and the second fixing portion 14a.
- the second end cavity 28 of the insulating body 10 in the transverse direction X is thus bounded by the second base wall 22, the partition wall 16 and the Isolierstegprofil 8 and extends in the longitudinal direction Z with a constant cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction Z.
- the shape of the second end cavity 28 corresponds the mirrored at a plane perpendicular to the transverse direction X shape of the first end cavity 26.
- the mounting portions 12 a, 14 a are also preferably connected by welding to the Isolierstegprofil 8. Again, welding may preferably be accomplished by forming the attachment regions 12a, 14a of light-absorbing or non-absorbent plastic film material.
- an insulating space 32 with a rectangular cross section is formed between the base walls transversely to the longitudinal direction Z, which in the longitudinal direction Z with constant transverse section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction Z and having a fifth height in the height direction Y and the second width b2 in the transverse direction X.
- the fifth height corresponds to the second distance a2.
- the composite profile 1 is formed from the profile parts 2, 4 and two of the insulating webs 6 described above.
- the insulating webs 6 are arranged so that the insulating body 10 are arranged in the defined by the profile parts 2, 4 and the Isolierstegprofile 8 cavity 100.
- the insulating webs 6 are arranged in mirror image with respect to a plane perpendicular to the transverse direction X extending plane of symmetry. That is, the insulators 10 are arranged in the height direction Y at the same height.
- the maximum second width of the insulating body is therefore al / 2 in this embodiment.
- each isolation space 32 Due to the arrangement of the insulating body 6, which each form one of the above-described isolation spaces 32, in the cavity 100, a heat radiation transmission and heat transfer by convection within the cavity 100 in particular in the height direction Y can be prevented or reduced. Furthermore, a heat transfer within each isolation space 32 or through each isolation space 32 is reduced or prevented, since each isolation space 32 itself is divided by the partition wall 16 into individual hollow chambers 20, 24, 26, 28.
- the insulating body 10 therefore forms an insulating wall, in particular in the height direction, in the cavity 100.
- the insulating body 10 is formed so that it is not in contact with the profile parts 2, 4 and is fastened exclusively to the central region 8c of the Isolierstegprofils 8, no direct heat conduction between the profile parts 2, 4 takes place through the insulating body 10 therethrough.
- the insulating body 10 is formed by the described arrangement preferably self-supporting and structurally stiff at the same time very light weight.
- the Isolierstegprofil 6 may be formed with a smaller first width bl in the transverse direction X, since on the one hand, the weight of the insulator is very low and on the other, the structural rigidity of the insulating body 10 contributes to stiffen the Isolierstegprofil 8.
- the plastic film material of the insulating body 10 may correspond to the first plastic material of the insulating web profile 8, so that the insulating web 6 is made entirely of one and the same material.
- the insulating bar can be recycled or utilized "in one piece" without the need for further separation or sorting steps.
- the insulating web profile 8 is preferably produced by extrusion with predetermined, desired dimensions and assembled or cut to length. Separately, the insulator 10 can be manufactured. For this purpose, conventional or special plastic films with a desired length are used.
- a first film which forms the partition wall 16 is inserted in a "zigzag" shape and welded to the first base wall 12 in the first connection regions 18.
- the "zigzag" shape is formed in accordance with the desired width and height of the insulating body.
- the second base wall 14 is welded to the partition wall 16 in the second connection regions 22.
- the "insulating mat” thus obtained is then sawed off or cut to the desired width in the transverse direction X so that at least one end coincides with a first or second connecting region 18, 22.
- the desired width is made up of the second width b2 of the trainees insulating body 10 and the third and fourth height h3, h4 of the mounting portions 12a, 14a together.
- the attachment areas 12a, 14a of the base walls 12, 14 are optionally angled. This can be done for example by kinking with simultaneous heating.
- the "loose" remainder of the dividing wall 16 existing between the fastening areas 12a, 14a is cut off as far as the closest connecting area 18, 22.
- the thus formed, self-supporting and structurally rigid insulating body 10 by means of the mounting portions 112a, 14a on the insulating body 5 by welding or Glued attached.
- the insulating web thus formed is inserted into the receptacles 2 a, 4 a formed in the profile parts 1, 2.
- the insulating bars 6 are then connected by rolling the rolling hammer 2b fixed to the profile parts 2, 4 for producing the composite profile according to the first embodiment.
- Figures 4 and 5 show an insulating web 6 according to a second embodiment.
- the insulating bar 6 according to the second embodiment has an insulating body 10, which has three Isolier Sciences significance.
- the insulating body walls lying in the vertical direction are referred to as base walls 12, 14, while the further insulating body wall arranged between them is referred to as intermediate wall 34.
- the base walls 12, 14 are, as in the first embodiment, arranged at a first distance al in the height direction Y.
- the intermediate wall 34 extends in the longitudinal direction Z parallel to the base walls 12, 14 with a constant cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction Z.
- the intermediate wall 34 has a third thickness d3, which corresponds in this embodiment, the first thickness dl of the base walls.
- the intermediate wall 34 is arranged in the vertical direction Y in the middle in this embodiment with a fourth distance a4 to the first base wall 12 and a fifth distance a5 to the second base wall 14 between the base walls 12, 14.
- the intermediate wall 34 in this embodiment has a width which corresponds to the width of the base walls 12, 14 in the first embodiment.
- the intermediate wall 34 divides the insulating space 32 of the first embodiment delimited by the base walls 12, 14 into two partial insulating spaces 32a and 32b (see FIG. 4).
- the first partial insulating space 32 a corresponds to the insulating space 32 of the first embodiment and is formed between the first base wall 12 and the intermediate wall 34.
- the second partial insulation space 32 b is formed between the second base wall 14 and the intermediate wall 34.
- the height of the Operaisolierippo 32a, 32b corresponds to the distance a4, a5 of the respective walls.
- a first partition wall 16 a is formed, which is connected according to the partition wall 16 of the first embodiment via a plurality of first connecting portions 18 a with the base wall 12 and a plurality of second connecting portions 22 a with the intermediate wall 34 is connected.
- the first connection regions 18a correspond to those in the first embodiment.
- the second connection portions 22a on the intermediate wall 34 are formed straight in the longitudinal direction Z like the second connection portions 22 of the first embodiment.
- the first partition wall 16a is alternately connected to the first base wall 12 and the intermediate wall 34 via first and second connection portions 18a, 22a so that the first partition wall 16a has a zigzag shape and in FIG the transverse direction X runs.
- the base wall 12 and the intermediate wall 34 cavities 20, 24 are formed, which according to the first embodiment in cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction Z have a triangular shape and in the longitudinal direction Z with a constant cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction Z and extend in the same.
- a second partition 16 b is arranged or formed.
- the second partition wall 16b is arranged between the intermediate wall 34 and the second base wall 14 such that the intermediate wall 34 forms a plane of symmetry with respect to the first partition wall 16a. That is, the second partition wall 16b is connected to the second base wall 14 by first connection portions 18a in the transverse direction X at the same position as the first partition wall 16a is connected to the first base wall 12. Accordingly, the second partition wall 16b is also connected to the partition wall 34 through second connection portions 22a at the same position in the transverse direction X (only just on the side facing away from the first base wall 12 side of the intermediate wall 34) as the first partition 16a connected.
- the cavities 20, 24 are closed.
- an insulating body 10 is formed in the same order in the height direction Y.
- the insulating body 10 is divided into the first partial insulating space 32a extending between the first base wall 12 and the intermediate wall 34 and the second partial insulating space 32b extending between the intermediate wall 34 and the second base wall 14.
- the Generalisolierippo 32 a, 32 b are each divided by a partition 16 a, 16 b in the cavities 20, 24 which extend perpendicular to the height direction Y.
- the insulating body 10 thus formed is self-supporting and structurally rigid.
- the insulating body 10 according to the second embodiment may be formed higher in the height direction Y with a constant size of the cavities 20, 24.
- the insulating body 10 has twice as many cavities 20, 24 as that of the first embodiment. Therefore, the insulating properties of the insulating body 10 are further improved.
- the insulating body 10 is stiffer with respect to a bend in the height direction Y and the longitudinal direction Z, respectively.
- the insulating bar 6 can be formed wider in the transverse direction X as well. That is, the insulator 10 may have a larger second width b2 than the insulator 10 of the first embodiment.
- the insulating body 10 is fastened to the inner side 8d of the insulating strip profile 8, preferably by welding, by means of the fastening regions 12a, 14a provided on the base walls 12, 14 in accordance with the first embodiment.
- the insulator 10 may have a larger width b2 in the transverse direction X.
- 1 Isolierstege 6 are to be used in the composite profile, in which the insulating body 10 are arranged at the same height in the height direction Y and in which the insulating body 10 have a second width b2, which is more than half of the first distance al between the insulating bars 6 carries, the insulator 10 must be placed on the insulating bars 6 in the vertical direction Y offset from each other so as not to touch or abut each other.
- the Isolierstege 6 are formed identical but automatically arranged during installation due to the opposite mounting position so that the insulating body overlap (in Fig. 4 right insulating bar 6 is 180 ° about an axis in the vertical direction Y. twisted to the left insulating bar 6).
- the insulating body 10 does not touch the profile parts 2, 4, so that no direct heat transfer takes place by heat conduction.
- the insulating bar 6 has an insulating rib profile 8, on the inside of which 8d two of the insulating bodies 10 according to the first embodiment are fixed at different positions in the height direction Y.
- a composite profile (not shown), which is assembled with such a Isoliersteg 6, the limited by the profile parts 2, 4 and the Isolierstegprofile 8 cavity is filled on the one hand by a plurality of insulator 10 and divided on the other in a plurality of sub-cavities between the insulators 8.
- an "overlapping" arrangement as shown in Fig. 4, are formed.
- the insulating bar 6 according to the fourth embodiment is substantially an extension of the insulating bar 6 according to the second embodiment.
- the insulating bar 6 according to the fourth embodiment has not only one but a plurality (here four) of partitions 34 (base walls that are sandwiched between two base walls lying in the height direction 12, 14 are formed), which according to the intermediate wall 34 in the second embodiment in the longitudinal direction tion Z parallel to the base walls 12, 14 extend.
- the sixth distance a6 between two adjacent intermediate walls 32 in this embodiment corresponds to the fourth or fifth distance a4, a5 between the base wall 12, 14 and the corresponding adjacent intermediate wall 34.
- This isolation space 32 is divided by the partitions 34 in Sectionisolierschreib 32 a, 32 b, 32 c, which are limited in the height direction Y by the distance between adjacent partitions 32 and / or base walls 12, 14.
- each partition wall 16a, 16b Between the base walls 12, 14 and in each case in the height direction Y adjacent intermediate wall 34 is formed as in the second embodiment, in each case a partition wall 16a, 16b according to the second embodiment. Between each adjacent partition walls 34 is also a partition wall 16c, which also according to the partition walls 16a, 16b zigzag-shaped extending between the intermediate walls and is connected via first and second connecting portions with them arranged. - the insulating body 10 shown in Fig. 7a extends in the height direction Y almost over the entire second height h2 of the central portion 8c of the Isolierstegprofils 8 (see Fig. 2). For this reason, if, as shown in Fig. 7b, in a composite section 1, two insulating ribs 6 according to the fourth embodiment are used, the second width b2 of the insulating body 10 in the transverse direction X may not be greater than al / 2. Only in this way can it be ensured that the insulating webs 6 do not interfere with one another during the assembly of the composite profile, as shown in FIG. 7b.
- an insulating body 10 is provided, which is particularly stable, and when inserted into a composite profile as shown in FIG. 7b fills the cavity 100 to a high degree.

- the insulating bar 6 according to the fifth embodiment has an insulating body 10 different from the insulating body 10 according to the second embodiment in that the first and second connecting areas 18a, 22a between the partition walls 16a , 16b are made wider in the transverse direction X.
- the respective connection portions 18a, 22a have a third width b3 in the transverse direction X in the insulating fin according to the fifth embodiment. Due to the greater width of the connecting regions 46, the angle ⁇ between the base walls 12, 14 or the intermediate wall 42 and the partition walls 161, 162 is increased at a constant number of connecting regions 18a, 22a with respect to the second embodiment. Alternatively, the number of connection regions 18 a, 22 a and thus of the cavities 20, 24 can be reduced.
- the connecting regions 18a, 22a Due to the widened design of the connecting regions 18a, 22a, the connection between the dividing walls 16a, 16b and the base walls 12, 14 or the intermediate wall 34 is reinforced.
- the insulating body can therefore be made more stable.
- Fig. 9 shows an insulating bar 6 according to a sixth embodiment.
- the insulator 10 has two intermediate walls 34 between the two base walls 12, 14. Between the intermediate walls 34 and between the intermediate walls 34 and the corresponding base walls 12, 14, that is, in the Operaisolierpion a partition 16d is arranged as well as in the previous embodiments. Each partition wall 16d is connected to the intermediate walls 34 and the base walls 12, 14 via first and second connection areas 18a, 22a, which extend in a straight line (only) in the transverse direction X, contrary to the previous embodiments.
- the triangular cavities 20a, 24a defined in the transverse direction X by the base walls 12, 14 and partitions 34 and partitions 16d, respectively, extend across the second width b2 of the insulator of uniform cross section perpendicular to the transverse direction X.
- Partitions 16d thus extend in the transverse direction X with a constant cross-section perpendicular to the transverse direction X and in the longitudinal direction Z zigzag.
- the cavities 20a, 24a formed in the insulator extend perpendicular to the height direction Y in which heat is transmitted through the insulator 6.
- insulating webs of this embodiment, with which a composite profile is formed can effectively prevent heat conduction by convection or thermal radiation, since the longitudinal direction of the cavities 20a, 24s are formed perpendicular to the direction of heat conduction.
- a seventh embodiment of the insulating bar 6 is shown.
- the insulating bar 6 according to the seventh embodiment is a combination of the insulating bar 6 according to the sixth embodiment and one of the insulating bars described above.
