Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Faserverbundbauteils durch Infiltrieren und Aushärten wenigstens einer textilen Bauteilpreform (12), auf die in einem an einer formgebenden Werkzeugfläche (14) aufgelegten und mit einer luftdichten Umhüllung abgedeckten Zustand, in wenigstens einem Stadium des Herstellungsverfahrens, durch Evakuieren einer zwischen der formgebenden Werkzeugfläche (14) und der luftdichten Umhüllung ausgebildeten Vakuumkammer (20) Druck ausgeübt wird. Mit der Erfindung wird ein neuartiger Weg zur Realisierung der "luftdichten Umhüllung" bei einem derartigen Herstellungsverfahren aufgezeigt. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass die luftdichte Umhüllung aus einem Harzfilm (16) gebildet wird.
