Abstract

L'invention porte sur un dispositif de relâchement de frein compact pour un frein électromagnétique, lequel dispositif est apte à relâcher le frein avec précision et avec moins de force qu'un levier de relâchement du type levier. Le dispositif comprend : un arbre qui peut être inséré dans une partie filetée d'un ensemble de sabot de frein qui est renfermé dans un cœur de frein ; une base qui reçoit la force réactive vis-à-vis de la tension dans l'arbre pendant le relâchement du frein ; une vis à bille fixée à l'arbre et un écrou de vis à bille ; un palier radial qui est adapté par pression dans le rebord externe de l'écrou de vis à bille ; un guide fixé au rebord externe du palier radial ; une poignée montée sur la vis à bille dans la direction axiale ; un palier de poussée qui est fixé entre le guide et la base et qui reçoit la force réactive de l'écrou de vis à bille de la vis à bille pendant le relâchement ; une bride disposée sur l'écrou de vis à bille ; un trou de prise disposé de façon concentrique dans la direction périphérique de la bride ; une partie d'accouplement disposée sur l'écrou de vis à bille ; un levier de relâchement apte à être monté dans la partie d'accouplement ; et une partie saillante qui est disposée à l'extrémité distale du levier de relâchement, et qui est apte à être montée dans le trou de prise dans la bride.
