일측에 의하면, 상기 제2 블레이드는 복수 개로 구비되어 다중날을 형성하며, 상기 제2 슬롯은 상기 제2 블레이드의 수에 대응되도록 상기 카트리지 프레임에 형성될 수 있다.
일측에 의하면, 상기 제2 블레이드의 상단의 위치에 대응되는 높이를 갖는 돌출 가드가 상기 제2 블레이드의 전방 및 후방에 위치하도록 상기 카트리지 프레임에 형성될 수 있다.
일측에 의하면, 상기 빗살 가드는 상기 카트리지 프레임의 폭 방향을 따라 규칙적으로 배치되는 복수 개의 빗살부재를 포함하며, 상기 빗살부재의 선단부는 라운딩 처리될 수 있다.
일측에 의하면, 상기 제1 블레이드 및 상기 제2 블레이드의 사이에 위치하도록 상기 카트리지 프레임에 착탈 가능하게 결합되며, 피부에 윤활력을 제공하는 윤활력 제공부를 더 포함할 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 면도기는, 카트리지 프레임과, 상기 카트리 프레임에 결합되어 체모를 절삭하는 적어도 하나의 블레이드를 갖는 면도기 카트리지; 및 상기 카트리지 프레임을 적어도 일부 감싸도록 상기 카트리지 프레임에 착탈 가능하게 결합되며, 면도 시 상기 체모에 윤활제를 제공하는 비누프레임;을 포함할 수 있으며, 이러한 구성에 의해서, 블레이드를 이용하여 체모를 절삭 및 재절삭함으로써 체모의 길이 또는 굵기에 상관 없이 면도를 신뢰성 있게 수행할 수 있고, 아울러 면도 시 윤활제를 제공함으로써 체모 절삭이 잘 될 뿐만 아니라 면도하는 사람의 피부에 강한 자극이나 상처가 발생되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
일측에 의하면, 상기 블레이드는, 상기 카트리지 프레임의 선단부에 형성된 제1 슬롯에 결합되어 체모를 절삭하는 제1 블레이드; 및 상기 카트리지 프레임의 후단부에 형성된 제2 슬롯에 결합되며 상기 제1 블레이드에 의해 절삭된 상기 체모를 재절삭하는 적어도 하나의 제2 블레이드를 포함할 수 있다.
일측에 의하면, 상기 블레이드의 전방에 해당하는 상기 카트리지 프레임의 선단부에는 상기 블레이드에 의해 상기 체모를 절삭하기 전에 상기 체모를 모아주는 빗살 가드가 구비될 수 있다.
일측에 의하면, 상기 비누프레임은, 면도 시 피부에 의한 가압 또는 피부와의 접촉에 따라 수용된 윤활제를 제공하는 윤활제 수용부를 구비하며, 상기 비누프레임에는 면도 시 체모를 모아줄 수 있다.
일측에 의하면, 상기 비누프레임은, 면도 시 피부에 의한 가압 또는 피부와의 접촉에 따라 수용된 윤활제를 제공하는 윤활제 수용부를 구비하며, 상기 비누프레임에는 면도 시 체모를 모아주는 빗살 가드 및 상기 빗살 가드에 의해 모아진 상기 체모를 일차적으로 절삭하는 보조 블레이드가 구비될 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 외날, 즉 제1 블레이드를 이용하여 빗살 가드에 의해 모아진 체모를 일차적으로 절삭한 후, 다중날, 즉 제2 블레이드들에 의해 절삭된 체모를 재절삭함으로써, 체모의 길이 또는 굵기에 상관 없이 면도를 신뢰성 있게 수행할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 면도 시 윤활제를 제공함으로써 체모 절삭이 잘 될 뿐만 아니라 면도하는 사람의 피부에 강한 자극이나 상처가 발생되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.

이하, 첨부 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 구성 및 적용에 관하여 상세히 설명한다. 이하의 설명은 특허 청구 가능한 본 발명의 여러 태양(aspects) 중 하나이며, 하기의 기술(description)은 본 발명에 대한 상세한 기술(detailed description)의 일부를 이룬다.
다만, 본 발명을 설명함에 있어서, 공지된 기능 혹은 구성에 관한 구체적인 설명은 본 발명의 요지를 명료하게 하기 위하여 생략하기로 한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 면도기의 분해 사시도이고, 도 2는 도 1에 도시된 면도기 카트리지의 분해 사시도이며, 도 3은 도 2에 도시된 면도기 카트리지의 평면도이고, 도 4는 도 3의 Ⅳ-Ⅳ선에 따른 수직 단면도이다.
도 1을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 면도기 카트리지(100)는, 체모를 다단계로 절삭하는 블레이드(121, 125)들을 구비하는 블레이드유닛(110)과, 상기 블레이드유닛(110)이 착탈 가능하게 결합되며 면도시 윤활제를 제공함으로써 면도하는 당사자에게 부드러움을 제공하는 비누프레임(150)을 포함할 수 있다.
각각의 구성에 대해 설명하면, 본 실시예의 블레이드유닛(110)은, 도 2 내지 도 4에 자세하게 도시된 바와 같이, 카트리지 프레임(111)과, 카트리지 프레임(111)의 선단부에 결합되어 체모를 일차적으로 절삭하는 제1 블레이드(121)와, 카트리지 프레임(111)의 후단부에 결합되어 절삭된 체모를 재절삭하는 복수 개의 제2 블레이드(125)을 구비할 수 있다. 즉, 본 발명에 의한 면도기 카트리지의 프레임은 비누프레임(150) 및 카트리지 프레임(111)을 포함하게 된다.
본 실시예의 카트리지 프레임(111)은, 블레이드유닛(110)의 기본 틀을 형성하는 부분으로서, 제1 블레이드(121) 및 제2 블레이드(125)들이 결합되는 슬롯(112s, 113s)이 형성되어 있으며, 블레이드(121, 125)들에 의해 절삭 시 피부와 접촉을 안전하게 유지한 상태에서 절삭이 신뢰성 있게 이루어질 수 있도록 블레이드(121, 125)의 돌출 정도를 결정하는 가드(115, 118)들이 구비되어 있다.
슬롯(112s, 113s)은, 제1 블레이드(121)이 결합되는 제1 슬롯(112s)과, 복수 개로 마련되는 제2 블레이드(125)들이 결합되는 제2 슬롯(113s)으로 이루어진다.
도 4를 참조하면, 제1 슬롯(112s)은 제1 블레이드(121)의 하단부가 끼움 결합되도록 하부 영역이 슬롯 형태로 형성되고, 상단부 중 일측벽은 제1 블레이드(121)의 상단의 경사진 형상에 대응되게 형성됨으로써 제1 블레이드(121)을 지지하며, 이를 통해 제1 블레이드(121)의 형상이 변하는 것을 방지하다.
복수 개로 마련되는 제2 슬롯(113s) 역시, 도 4에 도시된 것처럼, 하부 영역이 슬롯 형태로 형성되고 일측벽이 제2 블레이드(125)의 경사진 상단을 받침으로써 제2 블레이드(125)의 상태를 견고하게 유지시킬 수 있다.
한편, 카트리지 프레임(111)의 선단부, 즉 제1 블레이드(121)의 전방에는, 도 2를 참조하면, 빗살 가드(115)가 구비되는데, 이러한 빗살 가드(115)를 통해 체모를 모으고 정렬할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 제1 블레이드(121)의 돌출 정도를 결정할 수 있다.
본 실시예의 빗살 가드(115)는, 카트리지 프레임(111)의 폭 방향을 따라 규칙적으로 배치되는 복수 개의 빗살부재(116)를 구비하며, 면도 시 빗살부재(116)들 사이로 체모가 모아짐으로써 제1 블레이드(121)에 의해 모아진 체모를 일차적으로 절삭할 수 있어 체모의 절삭 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
각각의 빗살부재(116)는 면도 시 피부와 직접 접촉하는 부분이므로 선단부가 라운딩(rounding) 처리되며, 따라서 피부에 자극 또는 상처를 주는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
이러한 구성의 빗살 가드(115)는, 도 4에 도시된 것처럼, 상단이 제1 블레이드(121)에 상단의 위치에 대응되게 마련된다. 즉, 빗살 가드(115)는 후단으로 갈수록 완만하게 높이가 상승하는 곡면 형상을 갖는데, 이러한 곡면의 곡률에 대응되게 제1 블레이드(121)의 상단이 돌출됨으로써 제1 블레이드(121)에 의한 체모의 절삭이 원활하게 이루어질 수 있다.
부연 설명하면, 도 4에 도시된 것처럼, 빗살 가드(115)의 상단으로부터 제1 블레이드(121)의 상단을 연결하는 가상의 선(Ⅰ-Ⅰ선)이 제1 블레이드 접촉면이 된다. 이때, 빗살 가드(115)의 곡률 정도에 대응되도록 제1 블레이드(121)의 상단 위치를 결정함으로써, 면도 시 빗살 가드(115)가 피부에 접촉되어 이동할 때 상대적으로 긴 체모들을 모아주며 이를 통해 긴 체모의 1차 절삭이 신뢰성 있게 이루어질 수 있다.
한편, 제2 블레이드(125)들이 결합되는 제2 슬롯(113s)의 앞뒤에는 제2 블레이드(125)들의 돌출 정도를 결정함으로써 제2 블레이드(125)들의 피부에 대한 접촉 정도를 조절하도록 하는 돌출 가드(118)가 구비된다.
도 4를 참조하면, 본 실시예의 돌출 가드(118)는, 제2 블레이드(125)들의 상단의 위치에 대응되는 높이를 갖도록 카트리지 프레임(111)으로부터 돌출 형성되며, 이를 통해 제2 블레이드(125)로 절삭된 체모를 재절삭할 때 제2 블레이드(125)과 피부 간의 접촉 정도를 적절하게 유지할 수 있어, 절삭된 체모를 다시 한 번 재절삭함으로써 면도 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
부연 설명하면, 제2 슬롯(113s)의 앞 및 뒤에 위치하는 돌출 가드(118)의 상단을 연결하는 가상의 선(Ⅰ'-Ⅰ'선)이 제2 블레이드 접촉면을 이룸으로써 접촉면 상으로 노출되는 제2 블레이드(125)들에 의해 체모의 재절삭이 이루어질 수 있다. 이 때 제2 블레이드(125)의 상단과 돌출 가드(118)의 상단의 위치가 대응됨으로써 제2 블레이드(125)이 과도하게 피부 방향으로 돌출되지 않으며 따라서 피부에 자극 또는 상처가 발생되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 블레이드유닛(110)은, 면도시 절삭된 체모에 윤활력을 제공함으로써 체모의 재절삭이 보다 잘 이루어지게 하는 윤활력 제공부(140)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 실시예의 윤활력 제공부(140)는, 도 1및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 윤활밴드 타입으로 마련되며, 제1 슬롯(112s) 및 제2 슬롯(113s) 사이의 카트리지 프레임(111)의 상면에 결합될 수 있다.
이러한 구성에 의해서, 제1 블레이드(121)에 의해 체모의 긴 부분이 절삭된 후 제2 블레이드(125)에 의하여 재절삭이 이루어지기 전에 상기 윤활력 제공부(140)에 의하여 피부에 윤활물질이 도포되어 안정화시킴과 동시에 제2 블레이드(125)에 의하여 더욱 절삭이 잘 일어날 수 있도록 할 수 있다.
이처럼, 본 실시예의 블레이드유닛(110)은, 제1 블레이드(121)에 의해 일차적으로 체모를 절삭한 후, 이어서 다중날 타입의 제2 블레이드(125)들에 의해 절삭된 체모의 재절삭을 행함으로써 면도의 신뢰성을 높일 수 있다.
이때, 빗살 가드(115)에 의해서 체모가 모여지기 때문에 블레이드(121, 125)에서의 체모 절삭 효율이 증대될 수 있으며, 빗살 가드(115) 및 돌출 가드(118)가 체모의 절삭 시 피부에 대한 블레이드(121, 125)들의 돌출 정도를 조절함으로써 피부에 상처가 발생되거나 자극이 가해지는 것도 방지할 수 있다.
한편, 전술한 블레이드유닛(110)은, 도 1에 도시된 것처럼, 비누프레임(150)에 착탈 가능하게 결합될 수 있다. 비누프레임(150)은 면도 시 비누 거품과 갖은 윤활제를 제공함으로써 면도 시 체모의 절삭 효율을 향상시킬 수 있고 면도하는 사람에게 부드러운 느낌을 제공할 수 있다.
본 실시예의 비누프레임(150)은, 도 1에 도시된 것처럼, 'ㄷ'자 형상으로 마련되어 카트리지 프레임(111)의 양측부 및 후단부를 감싼다. 이러한 비누프레임(150)에는, 세정 및 윤활작용을 하는 비누(160)가 구비되며, 면도 시 비누(160)가 피부에 의해서 접촉(또는 가압)될 때 피부에 비누 거품과 같은 윤활제를 제공할 수 있다.
이와 같이, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 블레이드유닛(110) 및 비누프레임(150)의 착탈 결합 구조에 의해 면도 시 윤활제가 공급됨으로써 면도를 원활하게 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 일단계가 아닌 다단계에 의해서 면도를 할 수 있어 면도의 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.
한편, 이하에서는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 면도기에 대해 설명하되, 전술한 일 실시예의 면도기와 실질적으로 동일한 부분에 대해서는 그 설명을 생략하기로 한다.
도 5는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 면도기 카트리지의 분해 사시도이다.
이에 도시된 것처럼, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 면도기 카트리지(200) 역시, 블레이드유닛(210) 및 상기 블레이드유닛(210)이 착탈 가능하게 결합되는 비누프레임(250)을 구비하는데, 여기서 빗살 가드(215)의 위치에 있어서 전술한 일 실시예의 면도기 카트리지(100, 도 1 참조)와 차이가 있다.
전술한 일 실시예에서는 빗살 가드(115, 도 1 참조)가 카트리지 프레임(111)의 선단부에 마련되는 구조를 가졌지만, 본 실시예의 경우 빗살 가드(215)가 비누프레임(250)에 구비되는 구조를 갖는다.
즉, 비누프레임(250)은 전체적으로 중공의 'ㅁ'자 형상을 가지며, 면도기 카트리지(210)의 전방에 해당하는 부분에 빗살 가드(215)가 위치되는 것이다.
따라서, 블레이드유닛(210)을 비누프레임(250)에 결합하는 경우 도 6과 같이 결합되므로 전술한 일 실시예의 면도기 카트리지(100, 도 1 참조)와 실질적으로 동일한 구조를 가질 수 있으며, 이에 따라 빗살 가드(215)에 의해 체모를 모은 후 제1 블레이드(221) 및 제2 블레이드(225)에 의해 면도를 신뢰성 있게 수행할 수 있다.
한편, 도시하지는 않았지만, 제1 블레이드에 대응되는 보조 블레이드가 면도기 카트리지가 아닌 비누프레임에 마련될 수 있다. 즉, 비누프레임에 구비된 빗살 가드 뒤에 제1 블레이드가 구비되도록 비누프레임을 제작할 수 있고, 이에 대응하여 면도기 카트리지에는 제2 블레이드만이 구비될 수 있다. 이의 경우도, 블레이드유닛과 비누프레임을 결합하는 경우, 전술한 실시예들의 면도기 카트리지(100, 200)와 실질적으로 동일한 구성을 가질 수 있으며, 따라서 면도를 신뢰성 있게 수행할 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명은 기재된 실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니고, 본 발명의 사상 및 범위를 벗어나지 않고 다양하게 수정 및 변형할 수 있음은 이 기술의 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 자명하다. 따라서 그러한 수정예 또는 변형예들은 본 발명의 특허청구범위에 속한다 하여야 할 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 외관을 형성하는 프레임;
    상기 프레임의 선단부에 돌출되게 형성되어 면도시 체모를 정렬시키는 빗살 가드;
    상기 프레임의 선단부에 형성된 제1 슬롯에 결합되며, 상기 빗살 가드 후방에 인접하여 상기 빗살 가드에 의해 정렬된 상기 체모를 절삭하는 제1 블레이드; 및
    상기 카트리지 프레임의 후단부에 형성된 제2 슬롯에 결합되며, 상기 제1 블레이드에 의해 절삭된 상기 체모를 재절삭하는 적어도 하나의 제2 블레이드를 포함하는 면도기 카트리지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 면도기 카트리지는 블레이드유닛이 별도로 구비되며,
    상기 블레이드유닛은,
    상기 제1 블레이드 및 제2 블레이드가 수용되는 카트리지 프레임;
    상기 카트리지 프레임의 선단부에 상기 빗살 가드가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 면도기 카트리지.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 블레이드의 상단부는 상기 빗살 가드 방향으로 절곡되어 경사지게 형성되며,
    상기 제1 블레이드의 상단과 상기 빗살 가드의 상단의 위치는 대응되는 면도기 카트리지.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제2 블레이드는 복수 개로 구비되어 다중날을 형성하며,
    상기 제2 슬롯은 상기 제2 블레이드의 수에 대응되도록 상기 프레임에 형성되는 면도기 카트리지.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 제2 블레이드의 상단의 위치에 대응되는 높이를 갖는 돌출 가드가 상기 제2 블레이드의 전방 및 후방에 위치하도록 상기 프레임에 형성되는 면도기 카트리지.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 빗살 가드는 상기 카트리지 프레임의 폭 방향을 따라 규칙적으로 배치되는 복수 개의 빗살부재를 포함하며, 상기 빗살부재의 선단부는 라운딩 처리되는 면도기 카트리지.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 블레이드 및 상기 제2 블레이드의 사이에 위치하도록 상기 프레임에 결합되며, 피부에 윤활력을 제공하는 윤활력 제공부를 더 포함하는 면도기 카트리지.
  8. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 카트리지 프레임을 적어도 일부 감싸도록 상기 카트리지 프레임에 착탈 가능하게 결합되며, 면도시 세정 및 윤활작용을 하는 비누를 포함하는 비누프레임을 가지는 면도기 카트리지.
