Abstract

L'invention concerne un moule de formage (3) comprenant une partie de support de moule côté filière (6) et une partie de support côté éjecteur (7), ainsi qu'un insert de moule (9) divisible en parties d'insert de moule (10, 11). Les parties de support de moule (6, 7) et les parties d'insert de moule (10, 11) maintenues sur ces parties de support de moule peuvent être ajustées dans un plan de joint (8) du moule entre une position de travail fermée et une position de libération espacée de cette dernière. Chaque partie d'insert de moule (10, 11) est orientée au moyen d'au moins deux dispositifs de centrage (23, 24) sur la partie de support de moule (6, 7) respective par rapport à celle-ci. Le premier dispositif de centrage (23) est disposé approximativement au centre de gravité d'une surface d'appui (25, 26) de la partie d'insert de moule (10, 11) orientée vers la partie de support de moule (6, 7). L'autre dispositif de centrage (24) est disposé approximativement dans une zone périphérique en bordure de la partie d'insert de moule (10, 11).
