Abstract

Zur Einspeisung von Solarenergie in ein Energieversorgungsnetz wird ein modular aufgebauter Solarwechselrichter (1) vorgeschlagen, der ohne Transformator an das Energieversorgungsnetz (3) angeschlossen werden kann. Der Solarwechselrichter (1) weist dazu mindestens zwei parallele Stromrichterarme (11) auf. Das eine Ende der Stromrichterarme (11) ist mit einem positiven Potentialanschluss (15) an einem Eingang (14) des Solarwechselrichters (1) und das andere Ende der Stromrichterarme (11) mit einem negativen Potentialanschluss (16) am Eingang (14) des Solarwechselrichters (1) verbunden. Ein Stromrichterarm (11) weist eine Reihenschaltung von zwei Stromrichterzweigen (12) auf und der Verbindungspunkt der beiden in Reihe geschalteten Stromrichterzweige (12) stellt einen ausgangsseitigen Potentialanschluss (18) an einem Ausgang (17) des Solarwechselrichters (1) dar. Die Stromrichterzweige (12) weisen eine Reihenschaltung von Submodulen (13) auf. Die Submodule (13) weisen wiederum eine Leistungshalbleiterschaltung (31) und eine Kondensatoreinheit (32) auf. Der Eingang (14) des Solarwechselrichters (1) ist zum Anschluss von mindestens einem Solarmodul (2) und der Ausgang (17) ist zum Anschluss an das Energieversorgungsnetz (3) vorgesehen.
