Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un procédé pour la préparation de chlorhydrate de lurasidone présentant un profil d'impuretés moindre, consistant à isoler de la lurasidone sous forme de base sous forme d'un solide et soumettre la base à un mélange alcool isopropylique-acide chlorhydrique.
