Definitions
- the present invention relates to an austenitic alloy pipe, and more particularly to an austenitic alloy pipe excellent in general corrosion resistance in a high-temperature water environment such as a nuclear power plant.
- Chromium-containing austenitic alloys such as 600 alloy and 690 alloy are used in heat transfer tubes for steam generators (hereinafter also simply referred to as “SG tubes”) used in nuclear power plants. This is because these alloys have excellent corrosion resistance in a high-temperature water environment.
- a chromium-containing austenitic alloy generally used as an SG tube for a nuclear power plant contains a large amount of Ni and is excellent in corrosion resistance and has a low corrosion rate, but a trace amount of metal components such as Ni are eluted from the base material after long-term use.
- Ni eluted from the SG tube is transported to the core in the process of circulating the reactor water and irradiated with neutrons in the vicinity of the fuel.
- Ni When Ni is irradiated with neutrons, it is converted to radioactive Co by a nuclear reaction. Since this radioactive Co has a very long half-life, it continues to emit radiation for a long time. Therefore, if the amount of Ni elution from the SG tube increases, the periodic inspection cannot be started until the emitted radiation dose decreases to an appropriate value. As a result, the period of the regular inspection is extended and an economic loss occurs.
- Patent Document 1 discloses an oxide film mainly composed of chromium oxide by annealing a Ni-based alloy heat transfer tube in a temperature range of 400 to 750 ° C. in a vacuum atmosphere of 10 ⁇ 2 to 10 ⁇ 4 Torr. A method of forming and improving the overall corrosion resistance is disclosed.

- a method for manufacturing a member for a nuclear power plant that is subjected to heat treatment is disclosed.
- Patent Document 3 discloses a method for producing a Ni-based alloy product, in which a Ni-based alloy product is heat-treated in a hydrogen atmosphere or a mixed atmosphere of hydrogen and argon having a dew point of ⁇ 60 ° C. to + 20 ° C. .
- Patent Document 4 an alloy workpiece containing nickel and chromium is exposed to a gas mixture of water vapor and at least one non-oxidizing gas to form a chromium-enriched layer on the surface of the alloy workpiece. A method is disclosed.
- Patent Document 5 discloses a manufacturing method for forming a chromium oxide film having a predetermined thickness on the inner surface of a Cr-containing nickel-based alloy tube by treating it in an atmosphere made of a non-oxidizing gas containing an oxidizing gas. Is disclosed.
- Patent Document 6 discloses a Ni-based alloy manufacturing method in which an Ni-based alloy is heated in an atmosphere containing carbon dioxide gas to form an oxide film made of chromium oxide on the surface of the Ni-based alloy.

- Patent Document 8 discloses a Ni—Cr alloy tube with improved corrosion resistance by applying a large uniform lattice strain to the extreme surface layer.
- the cross-section reduction rate in the final cold working and the final solution heat treatment temperature are defined.
- the final cold work degree is set to the highest.

- the anodic polarization resistance was larger than When the anodic polarization is large, the reaction resistance when the metal is eluted through the passive film is increased, so that it is considered that the elution amount of the metal component is reduced.
- the ratio of the ⁇ 220 ⁇ integrated intensity I 220 to the integral intensity I 111 of ⁇ be a R a I 220 / I 111) was found to be effective.
- a diffraction peak at ⁇ 110 ⁇ does not appear, but a diffraction peak at ⁇ 220 ⁇ parallel to ⁇ 110 ⁇ is observed. Therefore, in the following description, ⁇ 220 ⁇ will be used instead of ⁇ 110 ⁇ , and ⁇ 110 ⁇ crystal orientation is also referred to as ⁇ 220 ⁇ crystal orientation.
- the half-value width F 111 of the ⁇ 111 ⁇ diffraction peak on the surface layer obtained by the oblique incidence X-ray diffraction method includes information on the dislocation amount, and the half-value width tends to increase as the dislocation amount increases. .

- C is an element having an effect of increasing the grain boundary strength of the alloy.
- C content shall be 0.01% or more.
- the C content is 0.01 to 0.15%.
- a desirable upper limit of the C content is 0.06%.
- Cr 10.0-40.0% Cr is an element necessary for generating an oxide film made of chromium oxide and improving corrosion resistance. In order to produce such an oxide film on the alloy surface, the Cr content needs to be 10.0% or more. However, if the Cr content exceeds 40.0%, workability deteriorates. Therefore, the Cr content is set to 10.0 to 40.0%.
- Ni 8.0 to 80.0%
- Ni is an element necessary for ensuring the corrosion resistance of the austenitic alloy. In order to obtain the effect, it is necessary to contain 8.0% or more. - non-uniform strain that is, dislocations are introduced.
- annealing heat treatment is performed to cause crystal grain growth and rotation by recovery and recrystallization, and a texture, that is, a ⁇ 220 ⁇ oriented structure is formed. If the cross-section reduction rate in cold rolling at this time is less than 65%, the dislocations introduced are insufficient, and the ⁇ 220 ⁇ crystal orientation may not be sufficiently increased. Further, in the annealing heat treatment after cold rolling, it is desirable that the heating temperature is 1000 to 1150 ° C. and the heating time is 0.1 to 40 hours in order to cause sufficient recovery and recrystallization.
- the dimensional accuracy of the austenitic alloy tube can be improved and the wall thickness can be reduced by performing cold drawing.

It became. From this result, it is clear that if the ⁇ 110 ⁇ crystal orientation degree ( ⁇ 220 ⁇ crystal orientation degree) in the structure of the material surface layer is increased, the overall corrosion resistance of the alloy can be improved.

- the full width at half maximum F 111 was calculated from the diffraction peak corresponding to ⁇ 111 ⁇ .
- the divergence length restriction slit was 2 mm, and the other slits were opened.
- the scan speed was 0.5 ° / min and the sampling interval was 0.02 °.

R=I220/I111 ・・・(ii)
f1=0.28×(F111 8.0/(F111 8.0+0.358.0)) ・・・(iii)
R≦f1 ・・・(i)
R=I220/I111 ・・・(ii)
f1=0.28×(F111 8.0/(F111 8.0+0.358.0)) ・・・(iii)
f2=0.26×(F111 9.9/(F111 9.9+0.3759.9))・・・(iv)
f3=0.235×(F111 12.0/(F111 12.0+0.412.0))・・・(v)
