Le procédé d'enregistrement comprend les opérations suivantes : après avoir reçu un message de requête de mise à jour de zone de routage (RAU) périodique envoyé par un équipement utilisateur (UE), un second nœud de support de service général de radiocommunication par paquets de service (SGSN) détermine, conformément à des informations d'identité de zone de routage (RAI) véhiculées par le message de requête RAU périodique, que l'UE a migré d'un premier SGSN au second SGSN, l'UE s'étant co-enregistré dans le premier SGSN, et le premier SGSN et le second SGSN appartenant au même groupe de SGSN ; et le second SGSN notifie à l'UE d'effectuer un co-enregistrement. Les modes de réalisation de l'invention, en permettant à l'UE de maintenir un enregistrement combiné dans le groupe de SGSN, assurent que des services vocaux du domaine à commutation de circuits (CS) de l'UE ayant migré sont plus réguliers, ce qui permet d'améliorer l'expérience utilisateur de services vocaux CS.
