Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de soudage à l'arc comprenant un chalumeau de soudage, une électrode et une alimentation électrique dotée d'un convertisseur de puissance de type à découpage raccordé au chalumeau. Un contrôleur parallèle à état est relié au convertisseur de puissance et lui délivre un signal de commande de forme d'onde pour commander son fonctionnement. Le contrôleur génère un signal de commande de mouvement pour commander les mouvements de l'électrode et/ou du chalumeau. Un capteur détecte la tension de soudage ou le courant de soudage. Une mémoire stocke une table des états de soudage comprenant des états de commande séquentiels et stocke une table des états du système de commande de mouvement comprenant des états de commande séquentiels supplémentaires. La forme d'onde de soudage est définie dans la table des états de soudage. Le contrôleur commande le fonctionnement du convertisseur de puissance par le biais du signal de commande de forme d'onde conformément à la table des états de soudage, ajustant simultanément le signal de commande de mouvement conformément à la table des états du système de commande de mouvement. Le contrôleur transite entre les états de commande conformément au signal reçu de la part du capteur.
