Description

INSTRUMENTO MUSICAL DE PERCUSSÃO
Esse modelo de utilidade trata-se de um instrumento musical de percussão feito de material plástico ou outro adequado, com a textura externa parecendo palha entrelaçada para permitir a reprodução de sons similares a um reco-reco, além do som do caxixi. A cavidade interna do instrumento foi projetada para permitir ao usuário diferentes tipos de movimentos (giro, ataque, cascavel, etc.) reproduzindo diversas harmonias e o fundo tem o formato côncavo para melhorar a acústica do instrumento, permitindo uma maior variedade de sons. Os sons são produzidos pelo elemento interno que foi projetado com base nas características de diferentes tipos de sementes brasileiras.
Esse instrumento musical possui três alças menores, que sobressaem na lateral e foram projetadas para serem penetradas pelos dedos, empunhando o instrumento com mais firmeza, facilitando o manejo e aprendizado dos usuários de qualquer idade e sexo, e, uma alça maior na parte superior que poderá ser usada para diversas finalidades.
O objeto desta patente será a fabricação em larga escala, em cores diferentes, podendo levar impresso a propaganda do patrocinador.
Nos desenhos que acompanham e integram o presente relatório descritivo, a fig. 1 mostra o instrumento musical numa vista em perspectiva inferior e a fig. 2 mostra outro aspecto do mesmo instrumento.
Como se infere dos desenhos das figs. 1 e 2, o objeto desta patente (1) tem a textura externa parecendo palha entrelaçada e possui três alças menores (2), que sobressaem na lateral e uma alça maior (3) na parte superior. Exclusivamente na fig. 1 vê-se a parte inferior do instrumento (4) com formato côncavo e quatro fios (5) parecendo palhas que sustentam o fundo.

Claims

REIVINDICAÇÃO
INSTRUMENTO MUSICAL DE PERCUSSÃO, feito para permitir ao usuário diferentes tipos de movimentos (giro, ataque, cascavel, etc.) provocando uma variedade de sons, caracterizado por uma textura parecendo palha entrelaçada, ou lisa ou com qualquer outra asperidade, com três alças menores
(2) que se sobressaem na lateral, e, uma alça maior
(3) na parte superior, como também poderá ser desprovida de qualquer alça, tendo inclusive as laterais onduladas fig.
(2), com fundo (4) em formato côncavo ou convexo, podendo ter quatro fios (5) parecendo palhas para sustentar o fundo, os sons são produzidos por imitação de sementes.
