Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de mesure (3) pour générer une pression différentielle représentative du débit d'un flux gazeux pour l'imagerie médicale, comprenant; un corps central (8) muni de canaux (4) longitudinaux en communication avec une entrée (5) et une sortie (6) du flux gazeux, une enveloppe (9) entourant le corps central, et des joints d'étanchéité (7a, 7b, 7c, 7d) délimitant un premier espace (10) de mesure d'une pression amont et un deuxième espace (11) de mesure d'une pression aval, chacun en communication avec au moins un des canaux longitudinaux, et un troisième espace (12) de mise en température du corps central. L'invention concerne aussi un dispositif de détection de la position d'une zone en mouvement, analysée par imagerie médicale, du corps d'un patient, ainsi qu'un ensemble d'imagerie médicale intégrant un tel dispositif de détection.
