Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Erzeugen eines H2-Produktstromes (P) und eines CO-Produktstromes (Ρ') aus einem Einsatzstrom (E"), aufweisend die Schritte: Einspeisen eines Einsatzstromes (E") aufweisend H2 und CO in eine Trenneinrichtung (20), die insbesondere in einer Cold-Box angeordnet ist, Trennen des Einsatzstromes (E") in jener Trenneinrichtung (20) in eine H2-reiche, CO-haltige Gasfraktion (G) und ein CO-reiches, H2-haltiges Kondensat, wobei das Kondensat in ein H2-reiches Flashgas (F) und den CO-Produktstrom (Ρ') getrennt wird, wobei bei einem H2/CO- Verhältnis des Einsatzstromes (E") oberhalb oder gleich eines vordefinierbaren Schwellenwertes die Gasfraktion (G) zum Abtrennen von CO und anderen Komponenten (z. B. CH4, C02, H20 und Inertgase) durch mindestens einen Adsorber einer Druckwechseladsorptionseinrichtung (30) geleitet wird, so dass diese Komponenten an dem mindestens einen Adsorber adsorbiert werden, wobei der Adsorber zum Reinigen des Adsorbers mit einem Teilstrom des H2-Produktstromes (P) gespült wird, der als Spülgas (S) aus der Druckwechseladsorptionseinrichtung (30) abgezogen wird, wobei jenes Spülgas (S) und das Flashgas (F) stromauf der Trenneinrichtung (20) in den Einsatzstrom (E") zurückgegeben werden, und wobei bei einem H2/CO-Verhältnis, das kleiner dem besagten Schwellenwert ist, die Gasfraktion (G), das Flashgas (F) und bei Bedarf zumindest ein Teil des CO-Produktstroms (Ρ') stromauf der Trenneinrichtung (20) in den Einsatzstrom (E") zurückgegeben werden. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung eine Anlage zum Erzeugen eines H2-Produktstroms (P) und eines CO-Produktstroms (Ρ').
