본 발명은 튜브형 액상 화장품용기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 겔 상태의 화장용액을 보관하는 튜브형 용기의 용액 토출구에 연질 브러시를 일체로 구비함으로써 편리하게 겔 상태의 화장용액을 얼굴 등에 직접 도포할 수 있는 연질 브러시를 구비한 튜브형 액상 화장품용기에 관한 것이다.
종래의 액상 화장용액을 저장하는 용도의 튜브형 용기는 용기의 상부에 용액 토출구와 캡 결합부가 형성되며, 상기 캡 결합부에 캡을 조립 또는 분리시켜 용액 토출구를 개폐함으로써 용기를 밀폐시키거나 개방시킬 수 있게 되고, 캡을 분리시켜 용액 토출구를 개방한 상태에서 용기의 몸체를 가압하는 것에 의해 용기 내부의 화장용액을 용액 토출구를 통해 외부로 유출시킬 수 있게 된다.
이러한 튜브형 용기는 입술에 바르는 립그로스, 얼굴이나 몸에 바르는 로션이나 크림, 팩 용액 등과 같이 점성이 있는 겔 상태의 화장품 용액을 저장하는 것이 일반적이다.
그러나 이러한 튜브형 용기가 립그로스 용액을 저장하는 용도로 사용될 경우는 한 손으로 용기를 가압하면서 다른 손이나 보조용기를 사용하지 않고도 직접 용액을 입술에 바를 수 있으나, 얼굴에 골고루 펴서 바르는 용도의 팩 용액 등과 같은 화장품 용액을 저장하는 용도로 사용될 경우 화장품 용액을 얼굴에 골고루 펴서 바르기 위해서는 한 손으로 용기의 몸체를 가압하여 다른 한 손이나 별도의 보조 용기에 화장품 용액을 덜어낸 후 적당량을 골고루 얼굴에 펴서 발라야만 하므로 그 사용이 매우 불편하였으며, 특히 팩 용액 등과 같이 점성이 있는 겔 상태의 화장품 용액의 경우 별도의 브러시를 이용하여야만 하는 등의 번거로움이 있었다.
한편, 일반적으로 여성들이 겔 상태의 팩을 얼굴에 바르게 될 때에는 팩용 브러시를 이용하여 팩 용액을 얼굴에 펴 바르게 되는데, 상기와 같이 팩용 브러시는 모나 머리카락 등으로 제조되므로 사용한 뒤에는 반드시 세척하여 건조시킨 후 보관하여야 하는 단점이 있다.
또한 이러한 팩용 브러시는 튜브형 용기에 내장되는 형태가 아니기 때문에 별도의 보관용기를 사용하지 않고 그냥 휴대 가방에 넣어 보관할 경우에는 정전기 등에 의해 먼지 등과 같은 이물질이 쉽게 부착되며, 이러한 이물질의 부착은 곰팡이, 세균 번식 등의 문제를 유발시켜 피부 트러블의 원인이 될 수도 있다.
본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제는, 겔 상태의 화장용액을 보관하는 튜브형 용기의 용액 토출구에 연질 브러시를 일체로 구비함으로써 별도의 브러시를 사용하지 않고도 편리하게 겔 상태의 화장용액을 얼굴 등에 직접 펴 바를 수 있도록 하고, 청결하게 보관할 수 있는 연질 브러시를 구비한 튜브형 액상 화장품용기를 제공하고자 하는 것이다.
본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 다른 기술적 과제는, 피부와 직접 접촉되는 연질 브러시의 상면을 경사지게 형성함으로써, 연질 브러시와 피부와의 접촉면적을 확장 하여 겔 상태 용액의 펴짐 정도를 향상시키고 사용 시간을 단축시킬 수 있는 연질 브러시를 구비한 튜브형 액상 화장품용기를 제공하고자 하는 것이다.

또한 본 발명에 따른 연질 브러시를 구비한 튜브형 액상 화장품 용기에 의하면, 상면이 경사지게 형성된 연질 브러시를 이용하여 피부와의 접촉 면적을 확장할 수 있게 되므로 겔 상태 용액의 펴짐 정도를 향상시킬 수 있어 용이하게 얼굴 전체에 골고루 펴 바를 수 있게 되며, 아울러 사용 시간을 단축시킬 수 있어 공기와의 노출에 의해 화장용액이 쉽게 굳는 것을 방지할 수 있는 이점이 있다.

연질 브러시(30)는, 하부 캡(20)의 상면에 대응하되 단면이 원형 또는 타원형을 이루면서 그 표면이 매끈하고 부드러운 연성 재질, 즉 실리콘 재질 등으로 형성된다. 또한, 연질 브러시(30)는 중앙 부분에 상단 및 하단을 관통하는 노즐 끼움 구멍(31)이 형성되고, 하부 캡(20)의 상부로 연장된 노즐(22)에 끼워지며 하부 캡(20)의 상부에 접착제(50)를 이용하여 부착된다. 여기서 연질 브러시(30)는 재료비를 절감할 수 있으면서 내용물을 연질 브러시(30)의 좁은 폭 방향으로 도포할 때 피부에 넓게 펴서 도포할 수 있도록 단면이 길죽한 타원형 또는 바(BAR) 형태로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한 연질 브러시(30)는 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 상면을 일정각도로 경사지게 형성하여 피부와의 접촉 면적을 확장시킬 수 있도록 형성할 수 있다. 바람직하게는 길이방향에 대하여 30°~ 60°의 경사각을 갖도록 구성하는 것이다. 이 경사각이 30°보다 작으면 노즐(22)의 접촉 면적이 작아지거나 표면으로 유출된 화장용액이 쉽게 흘러내릴 수 있으며, 60°보다 크면 화장용액을 피부에 골고루 펴서 도포하는 효율이 떨어질 수 있다. 즉, 60°보다 크면 연질 브러시(30)를 과도하게 눕혀서 사용해야 하므로 도포하는 효율이 떨어질 수 있다. 따라서 튜브형 용기(10)의 가압에 의해 화장용액이 노즐(22)을 통해 연질 브러시(30)의 끝단으로 배출되면 경사면으로 형성된 연질 브러시(30)의 끝단 표면을 따라 더욱 넓은 영역으로 확장되고, 경사면을 가진 타원형 또는 원형 단면의 연질 브러시(30)를 이용하여 화장품 용액을 얼굴에 골고루 펴 바를 수 있게 된다. 특히, 연질 브러시(30)를 피부에 밀착할 때 브러시의 경사진 면에 의해서 연질 브러시(30)와 피부 사이에 틈새가 발생하고 이 틈새로 화장용액이 용이하게 배출되어 화장용액의 도포가 더욱 용이해지며, 화장용액을 박막형태로 얇고 고르게 도포할 수 있다. 게다가 연질 브러시(30)는 연성이 서로 다른 제1 연질부(32a)와 제2 연질부(32b)가 연결되어 이루어질 수 있는데, 이 경우 연성이 높은 제1 연질부(32a)가 제1 연질부(32a)보다 연성이 낮은 제2 연질부(32b)의 상부에 배치한다. 이에 따라, 제2 연질부(32b)는 연질 브러시(30)가 그 형태를 견고하게 유지할 수 있고, 제2 연질부(32b)보다 연성이 높은 제1 연질부(32a)는 피부와 직접 맞닿는 부분에 대해서 부드러운 촉감을 연출할 수 있으면서 피부가 손상되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
한편, 노즐(22)은 제2 연질부(32b)의 상단 높이까지 끼워질 수 있다. 이에 따라, 튜브형 용기(10)로부터 노즐(22) 상부로 배출되어 나온 화장용액은 제1 연질부(32a) 부분의 노즐 끼움 구멍(31)을 통해서 배출되고, 화장용액 배출 후 노즐 끼움 구멍(31)에 화장용액의 잔여물을 최소화시킬 수 있다. 이때 제1 연질부(32a)의 상면을 피부에 밀착시킨 상태에서 움직이면, 노즐 끼움 구멍(31) 끝 부분에서 배출된 화장용액은 연질 브러시(30)의 경사면을 따라 확장되면서 화장용액을 피부에 골고루 펴서 도포할 수 있다.
상부 캡(40)은, 하부 캡(20)으로부터 탈착 방식으로 결합 또는 분리되도록 하부 내주면에 복수의 결합돌기(42)가 형성되고, 내부 천장 중앙 부분에는 노즐(22) 내부로 끼움 결합되거나 분리되는 동작에 의해 노즐(22)의 통로를 폐쇄하거나 개방할 수 있는 노즐 마개(41)가 형성된다. 이에 따라, 외력을 가해 상부 캡(40)의 결합 돌기(42)와 하부 캡(20)의 결합홈(23)을 결합 또는 분리시킴으로써 상부 캡(40)을 하부 캡(20)으로부터 분리하거나 결합할 수 있다. 이러한 조립 동작에 의해 상부 캡(40)의 노즐 마개(41)가 연질 브러시(30)의 제1 연질부(32a)의 노즐 끼움 구멍(31)을 통해 상부에서 하부로 삽입되며, 나아가 제2 연질부(32b)의 높이까지 끼워져 있는 노즐(22)의 입구를 폐쇄할 수 있다.
따라서 본 발명은 화장에 사용되는 겔 상태의 화장용액을 보관하기 위한 튜브형 용기에 경사면을 가진 타원형 단면의 실리콘 브러시를 일체로 구성하게 되므로, 상부 캡 만을 개방하게 되면 연질 브러시의 노즐을 개방시켜 튜브형 용기에 담긴 화장용액을 배출시킬 수 있으며, 이러한 상태에서 별도의 브러시를 사용하지 않고도 편리하면서 청결하게 화장용액을 직접 피부에 골고루 펴 바를 수 있다.
또한 본 발명은 상부 캡(40)을 탈착 방식으로 하부 캡(20)에 결합하여 연질 브러시(30)의 상단부에 형성되는 노즐(22)의 입구를 직접 밀폐함으로써, 화장용액의 누출을 방지하면서 동시에 이물질이 용기 내부로 유입되는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 청결하게 보관할 수 있다.
이상과 같이 본 발명은 비록 한정된 실시예와 도면에 의해 설명되었으나, 본 발명은 상기의 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 이는 본 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이러한 기재로부터 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능하다. 따라서, 본 발명의 사상은 아래에 기재된 특허청구범위에 의해서만 파악되어야 하고, 이의 균등 또는 등가적 변형 모두는 본 발명 사상의 범주에 속한다고 할 것이다.
본 발명은 붓 형태의 브러시를 사용하지 않고 일체로 형성된 실리콘 브러시를 이용함으로써 화장용액이 낭비되는 것을 줄이고 세균이 서식하는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 특히, 세척 및 관리가 용이하고 손을 쓰지 않고도 직접 피부에 바를 수 있어서 세균에 의한 감염을 예방할 수 있으며, 또한 실리콘으로 형성함으로써 제작이 용이하고 생산성이 향상되어 산업발전에 이바지할 수 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 상부에 용액 토출구를 형성하고 상기 용액 토출구의 주변으로 외향 나사부를 형성하는 튜브형 용기;
    하부 둘레가 상기 튜브형 용기의 둘레에 대응하고, 하부 외주면에 형성되는 결합홈과, 하부 중앙 부분에 상기 튜브형 용기의 외향 나사부에 대응하는 내향 나사부와, 상부 중앙 부분에 내향 나사부의 내부 공간과 이어지는 노즐을 구비하는 하부 캡;
    연성 재질로 형성되고, 중앙 부분에 상하로 관통하는 노즐 끼움 구멍이 형성되되 상기 노즐이 상기 노즐 끼움 구멍에 삽입되어 상기 하부 캡의 상부에 설치되는 연질 브러시;
    하부 내주면에 상기 결합홈에 대응하는 결합돌기가 형성되고, 내부 천장에 노즐 마개를 구비하여 상기 노즐을 개폐하며 상기 하부 캡으로부터 탈착되는 상부 캡;을 포함하되,
    상기 튜브형 용기에 내용물이 담긴 상태에서 상기 튜브형 용기를 가압하면 상기 토출구를 거쳐 상기 노즐 및 상기 노즐 끼움 구멍을 통해 상기 내용물이 배출되고, 상기 연질 브러시로 배출된 내용물을 피부에 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연질 브러시를 구비한 튜브형 액상 화장품용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 연질 브러시는, 브러시의 상면을 경사지게 형성하여 피부접촉시 상기 피부 및 상기 연질 브러시 사이에 틈새가 발생하여 상기 내용물이 용이하게 배출되고 접촉면적을 확장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연질 브러시를 구비한 튜브형 액상 화장품 용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 연질 브러시는, 상기 내용물 도포 시 도포 면적을 확장할 수 있도록 단면이 타원형 또는 바(BAR) 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연질 브러시를 구비한 튜브형 액상 화장품 용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 연질 브러시는, 연성이 높은 제1 연질부와 제1 연질부보다 연성이 낮은 제2 연질부가 상기 제1 연질부의 하부에 배치되되, 상기 제2 연질부에 의해서 상기 연질 브러시의 형태를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연질 브러시를 구비한 튜브형 액상 화장품 용기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 노즐은, 상기 내용물을 피부에 도포한 후 상기 연질 브러시에 상기 내용물의 잔여물이 남는 것을 최소화하도록 상기 제2 연질부의 높이까지 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연질 브러시를 구비한 튜브형 액상 화장품 용기.
