  • the low temperature juice (CJ45) from juice jackets (105) is sprayed over the plate pack ( 101 ) of the first module (A l ) of first effect by spray nozzles ( 103) or other distributing means and collected juice at the bottom of the plate pack (101 ) is again pumped with the help of pump (108) to the juice jackets ( 105) for spraying over plate packs (101) of first module (Al) of first effect for progressive concentration of juice.
  • the vapour outlet (VO) of entrainment separator of first module (B l) of second effect is connected with vapour inlet of plate pack of first module (C I ) of third effect.
  • the vapour outlet (VO) of entrainment separator of first module (C I ) of third effect is connected to the condenser ( 104) for the final condensation of the vapours.
