Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Beschichten von metallischen Oberflächen mit einer wässerigen Zusammensetzung, die eine wässerige Lösung eines Zink-Salzes enthält, durch Fluten, Spritzen oder/und Tauchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die anfängliche Substrattemperatur beim Spritzen oder Tauchen im Bereich von 5 bis 400 °C liegt, dass die anfängliche Substrattemperatur beim Fluten im Bereich von 100 bis 400 °C liegt und dass auf der metallischen Oberfläche eine korrosionsschützende nanokristalline Zinkoxidschicht ausgebildet wird. Die Erfindung betrifft auch die entsprechende wässerige Zusammensetzung, die nanokristalline Zinkoxidschicht und die Verwendung der beschichteten Substrate.
