Abstract

L'invention concerne une forme posologique pharmaceutique pour l'administration de, au niveau d'un site cible dans un corps humain ou animal, d'un principe actif pharmaceutique (API), ladite forme posologique pharmaceutique comprenant une écorce définissant à l'intérieur un orifice de sortie; une matrice polymérique ayant au moins un API, la matrice polymérique reçue à l'intérieur de l'écorce; et un corps de polymère dilatable localisé à l'intérieur de l'écorce, le corps polymère dilatable étant sensible au pH, de telle sorte que lors de l'utilisation, l'exposition du corps à un milieu de pH croissant provoque une augmentation de la dilation et une augmentation du volume du corps polymère dilatable, qui à son tour, facilite le déplacement de la matrice à travers l'orifice de sortie vers le site cible pour l'administration de l'API.
