Abstract

L'invention concerne un accessoire perceur d'aliments destiné à couper des aliments. L'accessoire comprend une partie coupante ; et une tige à laquelle la partie coupante est fixée au niveau de l'extrémité distale de la tige. La partie coupante a une forme globalement cylindrique et une paire de sections coupantes. Chacune des sections coupantes possède : un fond ; une lame coupante incurvée globalement perpendiculaire au fond ; et une pluralité de dents coupantes. Les sections coupantes délimitent un évidement de réception d'aliment et un espace par lequel peut passer, pendant l'opération, l'alimentation qui a été coupé, permettant ainsi au perceur de percer profond dans l'aliment.
