Claims (21)
- 분리판을 사이에 두고 서로 반대 극성을 가진 극판들이 평면을 기준으로 높이 방향으로 적층되어 있고 최상단과 최하단의 극판의 극성이 상호 동일하며 전극탭들이 극판으로부터 돌출되어 형성되어 있는 구조의 단위셀들 짝수 개; 및상기 단위셀들의 일면 및 대향면과 전극 탭 비 형성 부위인 단위셀의 측면을 감싸고 있는 일 단위의 시트형 분리 필름;을 포함하고,상기 단위셀들은 상기 분리 필름을 사이에 두고 서로 반대 극성을 갖는 극판들이 대면하도록 평면을 기준으로 높이 방향을 따라 적층되어 있으며,서로 다른 크기의 단위셀들의 적층 구조를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분리 필름을 사이에 두고 인접하고 있는 극판들 중에서, 상대적으로 크기가 큰 극판의 극성은 모두 음극인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분리 필름을 사이에 두고 인접하고 있는 극판들 중에서, 상대적으로 크기가 큰 극판의 극성은 모두 양극인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분리 필름을 사이에 두고 인접하고 있는 극판들 중에서, 상대적으로 크기가 큰 극판의 극성은 음극이거나 양극인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 적층된 단위셀들 중에서, 최하단에 적층되어 있는 단위셀의 최하단 극판의 극성이 음극인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 적층된 단위셀들 중에서, 최하단에 적층되어 있는 단위셀의 최하단 극판의 극성이 양극인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 조립체.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 최하단 양극판은, 분리판과 접촉하는 일면에만 양극 슬러리가 도포되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 조립체.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 양극판의 일면은, 분리판을 사이에 두고 적층되어 있는 음극판의 일면에 대응하는 부위에만 양극 슬러리가 도포되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 평면을 기준으로 높이 방향으로 적층된 단위셀들과 대칭 또는 비대칭적으로 상기 높이 방향과 반대 방향으로, 분리 필름을 사이에 두고 서로 반대되는 극성을 가진 극판들이 대면하도록 하나 또는 둘 이상의 단위셀들이 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 계단 구조는, 전극 탭 비 형성 부위에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 극판은, 전극탭 형성부위의 길이인 전폭, 전극탭 비형성 부위의 길이인 전장, 및 극판의 높이인 전고를 갖는 평행 육면체 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 조립체.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 극판은, 전장 > 전폭 > 전고가 순서대로 짧아지는 직육면체 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 조립체.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 극판은, 전장과 전폭이 동일하고 전폭에 비해 전고가 짧은 직육면체 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 조립체.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 극판은, 전장, 전폭 및 전고가 모두 동일한 정육면체 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 조립체.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 극판은 모서리들 중 적어도 하나의 모서리가 곡선을 이루고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 계단 구조는, (i) 단의 높이는 동일하고 폭이 상이하거나, 또는 (ii) 폭과 단의 높이가 모두 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 조립체.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 폭 및/또는 단의 높이는 전극 조립체를 내장한 전지셀이 장착된 디바이스의 곡률에 따라 변화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 조립체.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 폭은 적층된 전극군들의 전폭의 차이 또는 전장의 차이에 대응하고, 상기 단의 높이는 전극군의 높이에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분리 필름은, 상기 단위셀들의 일면 및 대향면과 전극 탭 비형성 부위인 단위셀의 측면에 밀착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분리 필름은 적층된 전극군들 전체를 감싸고 말단이 열융착되거나 테이프가 붙여져 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 조립체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 20 항 중 어느 하나에 따른 전극 조립체가 전지 케이스 내에 내장되어 전해질로 함침되고 밀봉된 구조로 이루어진 리튬 이차전지.
