La présente invention concerne une unité d'électrode pour un appareil thérapeutique haute fréquence, dans lequel : une plaque d'électrode qui entre en contact avec le corps est formée pour avoir une surface incurvée concave, et peut venir en contact étroit avec le corps et être fixée à celui-ci en plaçant une bande de fixation autour de la plaque d'électrode et du corps, permettant ainsi facilement un contact étroit avec une zone plus grande sur la surface du corps contrairement aux plaques plates classiques ; et la force de fixation du contact étroit est renforcée par la bande de fixation de telle sorte que la plaque d'électrode ne se sépare pas facilement de la surface du corps et le contact étroit est maintenu même lorsqu'un patient se déplace durant la thérapie, empêchant ainsi les étincelles et promouvant une thérapie plus sûre.
