Abstract

A rotor for a machine shaft of an electric axial flux machine, wherein the rotor has a central bearing bore for the machine shaft, and multiple permanent magnets are arranged circularly around the bearing bore and the machine shaft, which permanent magnets each extend through an opening in the rotor and are each held in the rotor so as to be secured against axial and radial displacement. In a first embodiment, the rotor according to the invention is composed of two identical disks which are arranged alternately with respect to one another and are connected to one another, wherein each disk has firstly a planar side and secondly, on the side situated opposite said planar side, a structure which is composed of a multiplicity of uniformly distributed depressions and a multiplicity of uniformly distributed elevations. After the disks have been joined together alternately, the elevations of each of said disks engage with a form fit into the depressions of the respective other disk, and the planar sides of the disks form the outer sides of the rotor. The openings for the permanent magnets have, in each case on that side thereof which is directed toward the planar sides of the disks or the outer sides of the rotor, a recessed encircling edge on which the respective permanent magnet is supported in an axial direction. The encircling edge on the openings makes it possible, during the assembly of the rotor, for the permanent magnets to be able to be placed with a form fit into the opening of the first disk and to be held so as to be secured against falling out and displacement. After the first disk has been equipped with all of the permanent magnets, the second disk is placed onto the first disk and centered therein by way of the depressions and elevations.
