Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Bedienschnittstelle eines Kraftfahrzeugs, wobei bei Erfassen einer Bedienhandlung eines Benutzers an einem Bedienelement (32, 46) der Bedienschnittstelle eine der Bedienhandlung zugeordnete Bedienfunktion des Kraftfahrzeugs ausgelöst wird. Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, die Bedienschnittstelle in dem Kraftfahrzeug mit geringem Schaltungsaufwand und bauraumsparend bereitzustellen. Durch eine optische Sensoreinrichtung (10) wird hierzu mit einer 3D-Kamera (26) in einem Innenraum (28) des Kraftfahrzeugs eine Position einer Hand (24) des Benutzers ermittelt und aus der Position ein Abstand der Hand (24) von dem Bedienelement (32, 46) ermittelt. Nur wenn der Abstand kleiner als eine vorbestimmter Schwellenwert (38) ist, werden auf einer von dem Bedienelement (32, 46) verschiedenen Anzeigeeinrichtung (34) Bedieninformationen (42) betreffend zumindest eine mit dem Bedienelement (32, 46) momentan auslösbare Bedienfunktion angezeigt. Ansonsten kann die Anzeige vollständig für die Ausgabe von Nutzinformationen genutzt werden.
