Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines polymeren Kfz-Bauteils (2), insbesondere eines Außenanbauteils in Form eines Stoßfängers, Spoilers, Schwellers, Kotflügels oder dergleichen. Zunächst wird, vorzugsweise mittels eines Spritzgussverfahrens, ein polymeres Rohbauteil (6) hergestellt wird, wobei danach optional mittels eines ersten au- tomatisierten Verfahrensschrittes mindestens ein Durchbruch (3) im Rohbauteil (6) erzeugt wird, der sodann eine Innenberandung (7) des Rohbauteils (6) definiert und wobei danach in einem separaten, zweiten automatisierten Verfahrensschritt eine Radiusanprägung (R) an die von äußerer Rohbauteiloberfläche (8) und Innenberandung (7) gebildete umlaufende Kante (9) und/oder an eine von der Außenberandung des Rohbauteils (6) gebildete Außen- kante erfolgt, indem ein Prägewerkzeug (10) mit einer dem gewünschten Radius (r) der Anprägung (R) entsprechenden Kontur entlang der Innenberandung (7) gegen die umlaufende Kante (9) und/oder entlang der Außenberandung des Rohbauteils (6) gegen die Außenkante gedrückt wird.
