Definitions
- the field of application is the industrial sector that needs cameras for industrial process monitoring, commonly located in places where the environment is adverse.
- Camcorders whose applications are well known are well known, ie monitoring images in various types of environments.
- camcorders on the market are designed to work under normal environmental conditions but not in an industrial environment, for example, they are not sufficient to accommodate the refrigerated box camera for viewing inside ovens, nor at high temperature, much less in a furnace environment with corrosive gases.
- a camcorder apparatus and a video surveillance system having a camcorder is provided with a video compression unit that utilizes quantization for spatial processing and motion vectors for temporal processing.
- the camera device and surveillance system include a camera (ICOM) adjustment mechanism that allows the camera to pan, tilt, pan and tilt. zoom and focus of the camera.
- the adjustment mechanism has a device for generating adjustment indication signals that indicate the state of camera adjustment. Adjustment indication signals are generated from a remote control panel or power transformers that detect the state of camera panning, pan, tilt, zoom, or focus.
- VIDEO CAMERA FOR APPLICATION IN ADVERSE ENVIRONMENTS which can be broadly defined as a camera with a protection cone and CCD disassembly and reassembly via a FLATCABLE allow different types of cameras necessary to meet all shooting requirements in industrial environment with temperature, noxious, corrosive gas etc. Mounted on a protective capsule for good performance as well as additionally allow insertion of it in any adverse environment.
- this product allows a considerable reduction in maintenance and deployment costs mainly, for example in high temperature furnaces, chemical industries, boilers etc.
- the developed camera allows you to visualize interiors of adverse environments, dangerous for humans, enabling the monitoring of industrial processes and also to film the interior of these environments to assess the state of productive environments without need. to discontinue production.
- the camcorder will have angular mounting variations, with the same functionalities of each preserved.
- ADVERSE ", with this multifunctional manufacturing uniquely for each type of application, if necessary, the camera's CCD wiring is reversed, enabling the process supervisor to obtain an" as if he were in front "image of the industrial process. be supervised and this in real time.
- ADVERSE another innovation is the insertion of an electronic circuit which performs the functions of electronic filter assisting the camera circuits in very bright environments or where it is necessary to select a specific flame color for example.

- the "VIDEO CAMERA FOR APPLICATION IN ADVERSE ENVIRONMENTS”, object of this patent application, consists essentially of a video camera (1), which has a power and signal connector (AC), a back cover (2), a machined body (3), preferably aluminum, a circuit of electronic filters (4), encased in high-strength resin (R), an interconnecting microchip (5), the CCD (6), the light filter (7) ) and a cooling air or gas flow cap (8), the highlight of which is the camera (1) allowing the visualization of interiors of adverse environments, hazardous to humans, allowing the monitoring of industrial processes and also filming the interior these environments to assess the state of productive environments without discontinuing production.
- the present invention consists essentially of a video camera (1) composed of a CCD (6) welded to a printed wiring board in which the different electronic filter circuits (4) of the camcorder (1).
- a high resistivity resin is inserted into the camcorder assembly (1) thus protecting all circuits against vibration, as well as mechanically extending the distance between the CCD (6) and the lens to ensure the focus adjustment of the camcorder. system ensuring a high end strength of the product.
- an interconnect microcode (5) can connect the CCD (6) through its circuit board to the original circuit, and with this modification the electronic filter circuit (4) can be inserted.
- the CCD (6) can be connected at a different angle (a) from the original circuit, as well as having cameras (1) available, for example to view a production line on the left or right side by simply reversing the CCD scanning electronic filter circuits (4) wiring (6).
- camcorder (1) can be inserted into any adverse environment, reducing deployment and maintenance costs.
- this mounting assembly is preferably placed within a machined body (3) machined aluminum so that the receptacle of the filter (4) and the lens is in the desired position to view, for example, 'unria production line.
- the mechanical flow cap device (8) for air or refrigerant gas with the hole (9) suitable for receiving the air or the inflated gas and having an outlet hole (9) so a protective cone (P) of the light filters (7) and lenses is formed.
- These cameras (1) can preferably be housed in protective enclosures (CP) depending on the user's end use, namely: in high temperature, corrosive environment or any environment with adverse characteristic that needs visual supervision.
