Abstract

La présente invention concerne une nouvelle technique économique et fiable pour étendre l'utilisation du protocole ELISA conventionnel pour la détection d'un pathogène unique à la détection de multiples pathogènes (tels que VIH, VHC et HBsAg) dans un seul test avec une sensibilité améliorée. Ce résultat a été obtenu grâce à l'incorporation d'un grand nombre d'un type spécifique d'anticorps ou de types multiples d'anticorps dans des nanoparticules gonflables auto-assemblées conçues de façon distincte et/ou d'hydrogel suivie par la fixation des nanoparticules chargées d'anticorps sur la plaque de test ELISA.
