Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Laststufenschalter (1) zur Spannungsregelung mit Halbleiter-Schaltelementen (61, 62, 71, 72) und ein Verfahren zur Spannungsregelung für einen Regeltransformator (2). Der Laststufenschalter (1) hat einen ersten Lastzweig (6) und einen parallel dazu angeordneten zweiten Lastzweig (7). Zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Lastzweig (6, 7) ist eine Teilwicklung (8) angeordnet. Im ersten Lastzweig (6) ist ein erstes Halbleiter-Schaltelement (61) vor der Teilwicklung (8) und zweites ein Halbleiter-Schaltelement (62) nach der Teilwicklung (8) vorgesehen. Im zweiten Lastzweig (7) sind ein erstes Halbleiter- Schaltelement (71) vor der Teilwicklung (8) und ein zweites Halbleiter- Schaltelement (72) nach der Teilwicklung (8) vorgesehen. Der Laststufenschalter (1) besteht aus mindestens einem Schaltmodul (5), das den ersten Lastzweig (6) und den zweiten Lastzweig (7) des Laststufenschalters umfasst. Durch Takten der entsprechenden Schalter in den Halbleiter-Schaltelemente sowie Bestimmung der Strompfade im jeweiligen Schaltmodul (5) sollen die Schaltverluste und damit die Wärmeentwicklung reduziert werden.
