Abstract

L'invention concerne un ensemble robinet-vanne comportant un alésage traversant conçu pour une communication fluidique avec un trou de forage et préparé pour recevoir un élément allongé. L'ensemble robinet-vanne comprend un élément de vanne qui est agencé mobile dans un boîtier de robinet-vanne, l'élément de vanne comportant un alésage de vanne conçu pour recevoir l'élément allongé, un outil de coupe étant agencé dans les premier et second sièges d'alésage de vanne, le premier et/ou le second siège étant agencé pour fournir un contact étanche avec une surface de scellement étanche de l'élément de vanne. L'invention concerne également un élément de support comportant une ouverture englobant l'alésage traversant et une partie d'ouverture étendue qui est ouverte sur l'alésage traversant dans la direction axiale de l'alésage traversant, une section réduite de l'élément de support définissant la partie d'ouverture étendue, et l'ouverture présentant un rayon décroissant le long de la section réduite dans la direction axiale de l'élément de support vers une zone de surface de contact agencée à une partie d'extrémité de l'élément de support adjacente à l'outil de coupe, le rayon de l'ouverture correspondant essentiellement au rayon de l'alésage traversant. La zone de surface de contact est préparée pour une mise en prise avec l'élément allongé et fournit une zone d'action réciproque entrant en interaction avec l'outil de coupe lors du cisaillement de l'élément allongé. L'invention concerne également un procédé.
