Abstract
L'invention concerne une structure de mur coupe-feu (1000) ayant des parois à double panneau ayant une première paroi externe (1002) et une seconde paroi externe (1004) qui est construite de matière renforcée par des fibres. De multiples cavités (1008) sont définies entre les parois externes et sont au moins partiellement remplies par un isolant de polyuréthane (1010). Les surfaces des première et seconde parois externes sont revêtues par une couche de matière (1020) qui résiste au feu et à la chaleur. Selon un mode de réalisation, la couche de matière comprend du latex intumescent qui fonctionne pour créer une couche de produit de carbonisation épaisse lorsqu'il est exposé à des températures élevées ou des flammes.
