Abstract

La présente invention concerne un corps de poids d'un équipement d'exercice comprenant : un cadre de support (10) ; un premier disque rotatif (20) qui est installé horizontalement dans le cadre de support (10) ; une première partie de raccordement de type bande (30), dont une extrémité est fixée au premier disque rotatif (20) ; un second disque rotatif (40) auquel l'autre extrémité de la première partie de raccordement de type bande (30) est fixée ; une partie de mouvement rotatif (50) raccordée au second disque rotatif (40) au moyen d'un cadre de raccordement (51) ; un dispositif de réglage de poids (60) raccordé à la partie de mouvement rotatif (50) ; et une charge (70) qui est raccordée de manière sélective au dispositif de réglage de poids (60) et est levée le long de la direction de rotation de la partie de mouvement rotatif (50). La présente invention permet à une charge du corps de poids d'être levée de manière sélective, facilitant ainsi la sélection du poids. En outre, une charge peut être facilement sélectionnée en tournant un bouton de réglage. De plus, au lieu de lever le corps de poids au moyen d'un câble, le corps de poids est levé à la manière d'une rotation d'articulation au cours de laquelle un seul côté du corps de poids est levé tandis que l'autre côté est fixe. Par conséquent, le volume de l'équipement d'exercice peut être réduit et l'équipement d'exercice peut être installé avec une occupation de l'espace significativement améliorée.
