Die Erfindung betrifft eine Ladeanschlussvorrichtung (1) für Elektrofahrzeuge (V), mit wenigstens einer Eingangsschnittstelle (3) zur Einspeisung von elektrischer Energie aus einem ortsfesten Stromversorgungsnetz (M) in die Ladeanschlussvorrichtung (1), mit wenigstens einer Ladeschnittstelle (5) zur gesteuerten Abgabe von elektrischer Energie an ein Elektrofahrzeug (V), mit einer Mehrzahl von elektrotechnischen Komponenten umfassend eine elektronische Steuervorrichtung (9) zum Schalten, Messen oder Überwachen der aufgenommenen und/oder der abgegebenen elektrischen Energie, und mit einem die elektrotechnischen Komponenten umschließenden Gehäuse (2). Die Ladeanschlussvorrichtung (1) weist ein mechanisches Sperrschloss (8) zur Regulierung von Nutzungsrechten für die Ladeanschlussvorrichtung (1) auf, oder sie ist zur nachträglichen, bedarfsweisen Zuordnung eines mechanischen Sperrschlosses (8) für die Regulierung von Nutzungsrechten vorgesehen. Das Sperrschloss (8) ist zumindest überwiegend in einer in der Gehäuseoberfläche (16) ausgebildeten Aufnahme- vertiefung eingesetzt oder darin einsetzbar. Die Aufnahmevertiefung ist als flüssigkeitsdichte oder spritzwassergeschützte Abgrenzung zwischen der Außenseite und dem Innenraum (19) des Gehäuses (2) ausgebildet.
