Abstract

Une unité d'usinage (8) pourvue d'un porte-tête adaptable (9) et/ou d'un système de remplacement d'outil (10) est disposée de manière à pouvoir être déplacée longitudinalement sur le deuxième banc de machine (3). L'unité d'usinage (8) pouvant être déplacée longitudinalement sur le deuxième banc de machine (3) est constituée d'un chariot de banc (13) installé de manière hydrostatique sur le deuxième banc de machine (3), ledit chariot de banc (13) étant pourvu d'une structure porteuse (13a) disposée sur ledit chariot (13) de banc et réalisée sous la forme d'une boîte. Un chariot d'outils (16) est installé de manière hydrostatique et peut être déplacé verticalement entre des systèmes de guidage (14), dans les ou au niveau des deux côtés (15) de la structure porteuse (13). Un coulisseau (17) entouré par le chariot d'outils (16) est installé de manière hydrostatique dans le chariot d'outils (16) et peut être déplacé horizontalement en direction de chaque pièce à usiner et de manière à s'en éloigner.
