Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition additive alimentaire pour boissons qui comprend dans sa formulation: un premier additif alimentaire de silicate de potassium et d'aluminium (E555) ; un second additif alimentaire choisi parmi le dioxyde de titane (E171), les oxydes et les hydroxydes de fer (E172) ou un quelconque mélange des deux ; et de l'eau ou un quelconque autre liquide du secteur alimentaire (le jus, le moût...) jusqu'à compléter les 100% en poids du total de la composition. Un autre objet de la présente invention concerne une boisson qui contient la composition additive alimentaire en question dans une quantité comprise entre 0,01% et 10% en poids du total de la boisson (grammes par litre de boisson), ainsi que le procédé d'obtention de ladite boisson consistant à mélanger les deux composants, la boisson et la composition additive ; à remuer pendant au moins 30 minutes ; et à remplir le contenant.
