That is, applicator portion 303/603 is shaped such that it is small enough in diameter to permit the makeup to be applied in a thin line but round enough to prevent discomfort or injury to eyelid margins 105/106, platform 107 or eye upon accidental contact. Varying diameters of the applicator portion 303/603 are contemplated to apply the tight line/water line in varying thicknesses. [0025] Ideally, the applicator portion 303/603 has a tip between 0.5 mm and 1.5 mm in diameter, is slightly rounded and composed from a soft rubber material. The size can be varied depending on the need for a thinner or thicker line. A combination of the shape and composition of applicator portion 303/603 will achieve and maximize the desired results.
