Abstract

Cette invention concerne des récipients de conservation (30) et des systèmes de verrouillage de récipients de conservation utilisés pour conserver des produits à diverses températures dans des environnements sous vide et assurant une commodité d'utilisation du fait de ses innovations techniques. Plus particulièrement, l'invention concerne un récipient de conservation (30) disposé à la base et comprenant d'autres composants, un couvercle (10) requis pour conserver des produits à l'intérieur dudit récipient de conservation (30). Ledit système de verrouillage du récipient de conservation (30) comprend au moins un joint (20) disposé entre ledit récipient de conservation (30) et ledit couvercle (10), et fonctionne sur le principe de la compression dudit joint (20) de manière à empêcher l'admission d'air dans le récipient de conservation (30).
