Claims (3)
- 양측으로부터 온수유로(12a)와 냉수유로(14a)가 마련되고, 냉,온수유로를 통합하는 물 배출구(16a)가 마련되며, 상부에는 유로를 차단하기 위한 밸브(V) 및 밸브를 조정하기 위한 레버가 구비된 수전금구 본체(10)의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 수전금구 본체(10)는,ABS수지에 유리섬유가 혼합된 소재로서 각 부분을 분할 성형하되, 상기 밸브(V)가 설치되는 기준몸체(11)와, 온수유로(12a) 및 연결조립부(12b)가 형성된 제1조립체(12)와, 냉수유로(14a) 및 연결조립부(14b)가 형성된 제2조립체(14)와, 물 배출로(16a) 및 연결조립부(16b)가 형성된 제3조립체(16)로 나뉘어 성형한 다음, 연결조립부(12b, 14b, 16b)를 상호 조합하는 단계(S10);조합된 상기 기준몸체(11), 제1 내지 제3조립체(12,14,16)의 외부에 190 내지 210℃로 용융된 ABS수지 조성물을 덧씌우는 형태로 각각의 외부 성형체(22)를 이중으로 사출성형하는 단계(S20);외부 성형체(22)의 외표면 손상을 방지하기 위해 니켈크롬을 도금처리하는 단계(S30);로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 수전금구용 본체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1조립체(12)와 제2조립체(14)의 성형은 급수관과의 연결을 위한 체결너트(N)를 매입하여 이중으로 사출성형한 것을 특징으로 하는 수전금구용 본체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 ABS수지에 대한 유리섬유의 혼합은 ABS수지 100중량부를 기준으로 15 내지 30중량부의 유리섬유를 배합한 것을 특징으로 하는 수전금구용 본체의 제조방법.
