Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé mis en œuvre par un ordinateur pour l'apprentissage d'un utilisateur dans une procédure, lequel procédé met en œuvre l'enregistrement d'un profil de l'utilisateur, et la réception d'une sélection d'une aide à l'apprentissage à partir d'un menu à l'aide d'une interface d'utilisateur graphique de l'ordinateur. Le procédé met de plus en œuvre l'affichage de l'aide à l'apprentissage sur l'interface d'utilisateur graphique de l'ordinateur. L'aide à l'apprentissage répond à une entrée à partir de l'utilisateur. L'aide à l'apprentissage accède à un espace de stockage de l'ordinateur, comprenant une première base de données stockant une représentation graphique associée à la procédure, et une deuxième base de données stockant une multitude de questions et une multitude de réponses associées. L'espace de stockage comprend de plus une troisième base de données stockant une multitude de symptômes et une multitude de solutions associées, et une quatrième base de données stockant une multitude de séquences associées à la procédure.
