Description
本发明涉及电热产品领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟。
现有技术中的电子烟,包括雾化器以及与雾化器连接的第一电极,第一电极内依次套设有绝缘环以及第二电极;雾化器内还设有雾化件,雾化件负极夹持于绝缘环以及第二电极之间并与第二电极实现电连接;正极夹持于绝缘环以及第一电极之间。这样的结构由于装配方式的限制,从外往里插入第二电极时,有可能将雾化件正极或者负极挤出,导致接触不良,再者,雾化件的负极有可能随着第二电极的插入而使绝缘环刺破导致雾化件正负极之间短路,致使产品功能失效。此外,还不方便组装。
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述雾化件正极或者负极之间容易短路的缺陷,提供一种雾化件正负极不易短路且方便组装的电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是构造一种电子烟,包括雾化器、以及插置于所述雾化器端部的第一电极及第二电极,所述雾化器内还容置有用于将烟油雾化的雾化件,以及与所述雾化件雾化件电连接的第一引线以及第二引线,所述第二电极具有伸入到所述雾化器内部的延伸部;所述延伸部端部套设有夹持件,所述第二引线夹持于所述延伸部以及所述夹持件之间并与所述第二电极电性连接,所述第一引线与所述第一电极电性连接。
所述第二电极的所述延伸部周向设有至少一个第一通孔,所述第一通孔、所述第二电极内部以及所述雾化器内部相互连通形成用于使空气流通的通道。
所述延伸部的端部轴向设有盲孔,所述夹持件的轴向截面呈与所述盲孔相适应的'E'字型结构。
所述延伸部的端部轴向设有盲孔,所述夹持件的轴向截面呈与所述盲孔相适应的'T'字型结构。
所述夹持件上设有第二通孔,所述第二电极内部设有贯穿所述第二电极两端的气道,所述第二通孔、所述气道以及所述雾化器内部相互连通形成用于使空气流通的通道。

所述第一引线夹持于所述绝缘环与所述第一电极之间。
所述第二电极远离所述延伸部的一端轴向向外延伸形成凸缘,所述凸缘抵接于所述绝缘环远离所述延伸部的一端端部。
所述第一通孔的形状可以为圆形、椭圆形或者多边形。
每个所述第一通孔的面积范围为2 mm2~20 mm2。
所述延伸部凸出于所述绝缘环的距离为5mm~10mm。
所述夹持件为硅胶件。
所述第一引线以及所述第二引线为分别为由雾化件引出的正极引线以及负极引线。
所述雾化件包括发热丝、或者超声波振荡器。
实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:通过将第二电极设置伸入到雾化器中的延伸部,同时在延伸部设置用于夹持雾化件负极(第二引线)的夹持件,从而可以避免将现有技术中因在第二电极插入的过程中容易将雾化件负极(第二引线)挤出的缺陷,以及因为第二电极的插入而使绝缘环被第二引线刺破而产生的雾化件正负级(第一引线以及第二引线)短路的缺陷,此外还方便组装。

为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1至图8所示所示本发明构造一种电子烟,包括雾化器1、以及插置于雾化器1端部的第一电极2,第一电极2内套设有与第一电极2电性绝缘的第二电极3,雾化器1内还容置有用于将烟油雾化的雾化件5,以及与雾化件5电连接的第一引线51以及第二引线52,第二电极3具有伸入到雾化器1内部的延伸部31;延伸部31端部还套设有夹持件6,第二引线52夹持于延伸部31以及夹持件6之间并与第二电极3的电性连接。
可以理解的是,夹持件6为硅胶件,或者由其他软质材料制成。雾化件5包括发热丝、或者超声波振荡器。
第二引线52以及第二电极3连接的方式有以下几个实施例。
实施例一:
第二电极3的延伸部31周向设有至少一个第一通孔32,第一通孔32、第二电极3内部以及雾化器1内部相互连通形成用于使空气流通的通道。
实施方式一:具体如图1、图2所示,延伸部31的端部轴向设有盲孔,夹持件6呈与盲孔相适应的'E'字型结构。可以理解的是,设置夹持件6的目的是为了使第二引线52连接于延伸部31的端部。'E'型的夹持件6可以将第二引线52紧固定在延伸部31上。夹持件6过盈配合地套设于延伸部31上。
实施方式二:具体如图5、图6所示,延伸部31的端部轴向设有盲孔,夹持件6的轴向截面呈与盲孔相适应的'T'字型结构。
可以理解的是,夹持件6的形状没有特别的限制,只要是能将紧紧套设于延伸部31的端部即可。
实施例二:夹持件6上设有第二通孔,第二电极3内部设有贯穿第二电极3两端的气道35,第二通孔、气道35以及雾化器5内部相互连通形成用于使空气流通的通道。
实施方式一:具体如图3、图4所示,夹持件6轴向截面呈与延伸部31端部相适应的'E'字型结构;第二通孔轴向贯穿于'E'字型结构的中部。即该实施方式与实施例一中的实施方式一不同的是,第二电极3中形成有贯穿于第二电极3两端的气道35,夹持件6的中部轴向贯穿有第二通孔。
实施方式二:夹持件6的轴向截面呈与延伸部31端部形状相适应的'T'字型结构;第二通孔轴向贯穿于'T'字形结构的中部。即该实施方式与实施例一中的实施方式二不同的是,第二电极3中形成有贯穿于第二电极3两端的气道35,夹持件6的中部轴向贯穿有第二通孔(未在图中表示)。
实施方式三:夹持件6轴向截面呈包覆延伸部31的端面及部分周面的'U'字型结构,第二通孔轴向贯穿于'U'字形结构的中部。
在第二实施例中,在第二电极3的周向设置第一通孔32也是可以的。
在上述两个实施例中,第一电极2与第二电极3之间套设有绝缘环34,绝缘环34的周向设有环形凹槽41,第一电极2内设有与环形凹槽41相适应的环形突起21,环形突起21卡置于环形凹槽41中,实现第一电极2与绝缘环34的相互连接,再者,第二电极3为过盈配合地插置于绝缘环34中,从而实现第一电极2、第二电极3以及绝缘环34三者之间的连接。第一引线51夹持于绝缘环34与第一电极2之间,实现第一引线51以及第一电极2的电性连接。
优选的,第一引线51以及第二引线52设置于第二电极3的不同两侧,或者是第一引线51与第二引线52间隔设置,以免第一引线51以及第二引线52误接触而造成短路。
可以理解的是,在装配的过程中是在已经装配于第一电极2以及绝缘环34上的第二电极3上过盈配合夹持件6,而现有技术中是将第二引线52夹持于第二电极3以及绝缘环34中,从而本发明中可以避免现有技术中因将第二电极3插置于绝缘环34中时第二引线52容易刺破绝缘环34而导致的第一引线51以及第二引线52短路(即雾化件正极以及雾化件负极短路)的情况。
第二电极3远离延伸部31的一端轴向向外延伸有凸缘33,凸缘33抵接于绝缘环34远离延伸部31的一端端部,以实现绝缘环34对第二电极3的限位。
第一通孔32的形状可以为圆形、椭圆形、或者多边形。
每个第一通孔32的面积范围为2 mm2~20 mm2。
延伸部31凸出于绝缘环34的距离为5mm~10mm。使得第二电极3的延伸部31不至于因为伸入到雾化器1中的长度过长而使得第一引线51以及第二电极3误接触而短路。
综上,通过将第二电极3设置伸入到雾化器1中的延伸部31,同时在延伸部31设置用于夹持第二引线52(雾化件负极)的夹持件6,在将雾化件负极紧紧夹持的同时还可以避免现有技术中雾化件的正负极短路的缺陷。

- 一种电子烟,包括雾化器(1)、以及插置于所述雾化器(1)端部的第一电极(2)及第二电极(3),所述雾化器(1)内还容置有用于将烟油雾化的雾化件(5),以及与所述雾化件(5)电连接的第一引线(51)以及第二引线(52),其特征在于,所述第二电极(3)具有伸入到所述雾化器(1)内部的延伸部(31);所述延伸部(31)端部套设有夹持件(6),所述第二引线(52)夹持于所述延伸部(31)以及所述夹持件(6)之间并与所述第二电极(3)电性连接,所述第一引线(51)与所述第一电极(2)电性连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二电极(3)的所述延伸部(31)周向设有至少一个第一通孔(32),所述第一通孔(32)、所述第二电极(3)内部以及所述雾化器(1)内部相互连通形成用于使空气流通的通道。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述延伸部(31)的端部轴向设有盲孔,所述夹持件(6)的轴向截面呈与所述盲孔相适应的'E'字型结构。

- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一电极(2)与所述第二电极(3)之间套设有绝缘环(34),所述绝缘环(34)的周向设有环形凹槽(41),所述第一电极(2)内设有与所述环形凹槽(41)相适应的环形突起(21),所述环形突起(21)卡置于所述环形凹槽(41)中,所述绝缘环(34)过盈配合地套设于所述第二电极(3)的外侧。
- 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一引线(51)夹持于所述绝缘环(34)与所述第一电极(2)之间。
- 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述第二电极(3)远离所述延伸部(31)的一端轴向向外延伸形成凸缘(33),所述凸缘(33)抵接于所述绝缘环(34)远离所述延伸部(31)的一端端部。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一通孔(32)的形状可以为圆形、椭圆形或者多边形。
- 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 每个所述第一通孔(32)的面积范围为2 mm2~20 mm2。
- 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述延伸部(31)凸出于所述绝缘环(34)的距离为5mm~10mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述夹持件(6)为硅胶件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一引线(51)以及所述第二引线(52)为分别为由所述雾化件(5)引出的正极引线以及负极引线。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化件(5)包括发热丝、或者超声波振荡器。
