Abstract

Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к офтальмологии, и предназначено для лечения дегенеративных заболеваний роговицы, таких как кератоконус и других кератэктазий. Один из аспектов изобретения представляет собой лекарственное средство для лечения кератоконуса и других дегенеративных заболеваний роговицы, содержащее в качестве активного компонента эффективное количество амина с функциональными группами в виде соли или в составе комплексного соединения переходного металла или их смеси. Другими аспектами настоящего изобретения являются фармацевтические препараты, в которых применено названное лекарственное средство, а именно: 1) фармацевтический препарат, представляющий собой водный раствор лекарственного средства, предназначенный для введения в конъюнктивальный мешок путем инсталляций; 2) фармацевтический препарат в виде глазного геля, содержащего в своем составе лекарственное средство, предназначенный для закладывания за нижнее веко; 3) фармацевтический препарат, представляющий собой лекарственную пленку, содержащую в своем составе лекарственное средство, предназначенный для закладывания за нижнее веко; 4) фармацевтический препарат, представляющий собой лечебные контактные линзы, содержащие в своем составе лекарственное средство, предназначенный для помещения на поверхность роговицы.
